We wouldn't tell you that a food is bad for you just because we assume. We wouldn't insult who you are as a person. We don't play games. You have not come across information where everything is "for" this and "against" that. This information is based entirely on the books of the Healing Medium and the only words "anti" you will find here are anti-viral and anti-bacterial - which is all in the name of your healing. Anthony William and we as his followers are all about the truth, about what happening in our body and how we can finally heal ourselves.
When you wake up every day and instantly realize that the symptom you're struggling with is still there, or that your next doctor's appointment for your chronic illness is still waiting, and part of each day is consumed by the fact that you don't feel well, that matters to us. We believe you have the right to heal and live symptom-free. We don't just believe it - we know it! We understand what you are going through as you suffer emotionally, mentally and physically from a symptom that most likely remains unexplained to health experts. Even if they have given you a diagnosis, if the problem has not disappeared, then it is a mystery to them. We realize it's hard, really hard.
It's not just that the foods you'll read about in this article aren't good for you. It is about something that is happening in your body and which remains inexplicable to you, to your relatives and friends, to doctors and scientists. People get sick because of the presence of two things in the body - toxins and pathogens. This is extremely important to know when talking about food. If you understand how certain foods support your illness, you will see the solution and know what to do to heal.
This is a tiered list of problem foods that summarizes all of the foods that Anthony William says are problematic. More information about each of them, expect in our blog in the form of separate articles.

THE TRUTH ABOUT SEPARATE FOOD
If you follow the modern split-nutrition diets, you should know that combining radical fats and sugar will cause health problems. Avoiding the combination of fat and sugar should be your focus if you're trying to eat separately. Insulin resistance is a major concern with this combination.
Fat plus sugar: this is the main food combination to avoid, and this is where the creators of the split meal method are wrong. Fat plus sugar also means fat plus starch and fat plus grains. As well as protein plus sugar, protein plus starch, protein plus grain, because protein contains fat. A donut is fat plus sugar. As is the biscuit. Healthier options are oatmeal with peanut butter or coconut yogurt with fruit, maple syrup, nuts and seeds – but that's still fat plus sugar. The real problem in the fat plus sugar equation is free radicals.
If you love plant-based protein, there is a chance you won't break this rule of true split nutrition. For example, you could eat rice and beans and cut out butter, cheese, avocado, or oil. Spinach is a rich source of protein and does not contain radical fats. So spinach with gluten-free grains is also a good combination, as long as you don't include oil, avocado, or animal protein because that's how you add fat. It's this addition of fat to starch (which the body breaks down into sugar) that messes things up. It's not the starch that's the problem, it's the radical fats.
If you're into animal protein, then animal protein plus green leafy vegetables go well together. Grains and animal proteins do not go together. The problem is the fat in animal protein plus the sugar that grains turn into in our bodies. For example, chicken with rice is not a good combination because the fat in the chicken combined with the starch in the rice is a nightmare combination. Even split-eating experts don't realize that radical fats are the real problem with food pairing.
THE TRUTH ABOUT FATS AND HEALING
People rarely follow low-fat diets these days. Even among health enthusiasts, whether plant-based or not, it is very rare for anyone to leave fat out of their diet or limit their consumption for long enough. The claim that the lack of fat or their small amount in the menu predisposes us to aneurysm, stroke or other vascular diseases of the brain is unfounded. This is an assumption rather than a conclusion based on research. These are fictions inspired by popular hypotheses.
People around the world consume huge amounts of fat and there are numerous cases of strokes, aneurysms and embolisms. Masses of people are sick and obviously eating a lot of fat is not good for our health. A diet high in healthy fats is at least a more acceptable option than the standard one. Nuts, seeds, olives and avocados can reduce the risk of some diseases if taken instead of red meat, chicken, butter, oil and bacon. Various neurological diseases, including strokes, aneurysms, Alzheimer's disease, dementia and Parkinson's disease, can improve when we eliminate processed and convenience foods and empty calories that are high in harmful fats.
A person who consumes certain types of fish, olives, avocados, nuts and seeds, while not consuming ready-made and processed foods, can say to himself, "Wow, I hit the ten" because he feels better after removing the problematic fats. What he doesn't understand, however, is that he can make an even bigger effort—to cut even more fat and, as a result, reduce the likelihood of these brain conditions and other diseases. High fat, even good fat, can weaken and burn your liver over time. This, in turn, can set you up for illness and disease. Any form of fat thickens the blood. While fats from junk, processed and fast foods cause the blood to clot more quickly, healthy fats also have this effect. Either way, thick blood leads to less oxygen in the brain's cells—because high fat in the blood chokes oxygen out of circulation—and this lack of oxygen in the brain ages the brain faster.
When we say fat-free, we don't mean they're devoid of any fat. It is impossible not to consume any fat. Bananas have fat. Sweet potatoes contain fat. Potatoes have fat. Mango contains fat. And so is the lettuce. All fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, seaweed and herbs contain beneficial omega fatty acids. Some plant foods, such as figs, bananas or lettuce, contain a little more natural fat, while others, such as celery, have negligible amounts. Even when (and sometimes especially when) the content is minimal, the body uses these healthy fats, and because of their low levels, they combine perfectly with natural sugars. So when we eliminate radical fats from our diet, we do ourselves no harm. When we eat a "fat-free" diet - that is, we do not take radical fats - we still get the necessary fats. For example, when we eat steamed potatoes (without butter, oil or cream) in combination with some kind of green salad, we get a small amount of fat, which is quite enough to keep us healthy. We don't need to eat a handful of mixed seeds to get healthy fats. We have already supplied ourselves with the necessary.
No one stops aneurysm growth by adding fat to their coffee. There is no study to prove it and yet people are convinced it will save them. And while the idea sounds great, the truth is that if you fill your bloodstream with fat, you'll cause more problems for your brain. Do not overdo it with healthy fats, and use radical fats rarely and in small quantities. Ideally, you shouldn't consume them every day.
The 3:6:9 Cleanse will help you figure out how to do this by getting into a rhythm of eating healing foods that don't contain radical fats. If your condition is really severe, it will be a good idea to continue to abstain from radical fats after the cleanse and wait before reintroducing them into your diet. The fats found in fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, seaweed, and herbs do not overtax the liver, digestive system, or immune system. This is the ideal amount that your body can process when healing.
]]>On the other hand, don't worry if the cleanse includes foods you don't have access to or can't eat. In cases where the verbatim implementation of the instructions is not to your liking, there are adaptations and substitutions available to you, which we will consider in this article.
Also, there is a way to enhance the effect of the Original or Simplified 3:6:9 Cleansing of the Healer Medium and that is with the Heavy Metal Detox modification. ( The 3:6:9 Intensive Cleanse includes heavy metal detoxification.) Let's look at this modification first.
If you are specifically interested in the Toxic Heavy Metal Cleanse , you should know that the 3:6:9 cleanses will generally help you eliminate some heavy metals. Most importantly, each version of 3:6:9 draws other poisons and toxins out of the liver so you can then more successfully detox from toxic heavy metals. One option is to do the Original or Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse and then tackle the Toxic Heavy Metal Cleanse , which will make the latter even more effective. Another option is to choose the Intensive Cleansing 3:6:9 , which includes heavy metal detox.
And another possibility is the next modification, which includes targeted heavy metal detoxification in the Original or Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse .
Just drink the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie in the morning. It is! It is so easy! You choose whether to add it from Day 1 to Day 8 or start it from Day 4 to Day 8. Either way, do not consume the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie on Day 9 and follow the protocols as described.
If you are doing the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse , the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie is not at the expense of the Liver Aid Smoothie , but rather in addition to it. It is best to drink the detox smoothie later in the morning after drinking the Liver Aid Smoothie. If you cannot take the full amount of fluids from both within the morning, prepare a smaller amount than is in the recipe. You don't have to leave a time gap between them and if you want, drink the detox smoothie immediately after, which helps the liver.
See the article "Toxic Heavy Metal Cleansing of the Healing Medium" for how to deal with the missing ingredients. There is also the option to consume the smoothie ingredients individually instead of mixing them in the blender.
No heavy metal detox smoothie on Day 9 of the 3:6:9 cleanse. This day is not about removing heavy metals. It is about removing everything that is ready to leave the liver and other organs at that moment. It's about pushing all those poisons, toxins, dissolved fats, and old adrenaline build-ups out of the body's liver cells and circulation and directing them to the kidneys and intestinal tract. This naturally includes the toxic heavy metals that have been loosened in the cleansing process and have already begun to leave thanks to your heavy metal detox smoothies the other days. And thanks to these final smoothies, you'll still have leftovers of the five key ingredients—spirulina, cilantro, barley grass juice powder, Atlantic dulce, and wild blueberries—enough leftover to flush out all the toxic heavy metals you shed on Day 9 .So remember, to cleanse your blood as intended, skip the heavy metal detox smoothie on day 9 and focus on the fluid-focused day 9 protocol of any version of the cleanse 3:6:9 that you selected.
It is not always possible to have access to the foods mentioned in the 3:6:9 cleanse. You may also have problems with chewing, digestion or sensitivities to some of the foods. Here you will find guidance on these matters.
Some people think they have food sensitivities to fruit. If you are still hesitant in the article "Repeat the Healing Medium 3:6:9 Cleanse" we have shared guidelines for repeating Days 1 through 3 to help your body begin to heal enough so that you can once again consume more fruits to benefit from their cleansing power. For more information on what's behind the fear of fruit, check out The Truth About Fruit .
If for some reason you don't eat apples, there are other options for you. First, if you have a hard time chewing them, you can blend them in a food processor. There are people who do not like raw apples and cook them. In that case, make or buy plain applesauce - from organic apples, without additives such as citric acid, sugar or natural flavors.
If you can't stand applesauce and for some physical reason you can't chew raw apples, apple juice is the option for you. In this case, however, it is important to know that apple juice is not like celery juice, where turning it into a juice unlocks all of its beneficial properties. In the case of apples, the fleshy interior and pectin are part of their healing effect. Also, if you only consume apple juice, you will be hungry because you will be deprived of their satiating effect, which is important during a cleanse.
As already mentioned in the article "The Original 3:6:9 Healer Medium Cleanse" , if necessary, you can replace the zucchini or squash with asparagus or Brussels sprouts.
Here are a few more notes about asparagus and Brussels sprouts:
If you have difficulty chewing, try mashing, processing, or grinding steamed or raw asparagus or Brussels sprouts (or zucchini). You can even mix them together with the ingredients of the Liver Aid soup (or just the green leaves of the soup) and then drink the mixture.
You can also boil asparagus or Brussels sprouts (zucchini) in a little water or Liver Aid broth and then puree and eat as a warm soup. This is a very easy option. For the recipe, see "Asparagus Soup" and "Vegetable Soup with Brussels Sprouts" .
These foods are varied enough that they'll be enough for Day 9. It's up to you whether you want to pick one and sip on it throughout the day, or try, say, mashed melon in the morning and mashed papaya later in the day. If you are going to mix them, be careful not to mix them together (for example, don't mix orange juice and pear). Enjoy each one on its own.
If you don't like dates, don't have access to them, or want to diversify your diet, mulberries (dried or fresh), raisins, grapes, and figs (dried or fresh), in that order, can replace dates as useful liver-warming foods. You can replace the dates with a handful of each. It is good to cut them or mix them with the apples that you will eat at the same time.
The celery stalk bites that go with the apples on certain days can be replaced with cucumber if you don't have enough celery. Likewise, you can use extra celery stalks in place of cucumber when needed. And remember, if chewing celery (or cucumber) is difficult for you, you can finely chop it in the food processor or puree it with the apples.
If you don't have access to celery stalks for juicing and your local fresh bar doesn't stock fresh celeriac juice, don't despair. Cucumber juice is the perfect substitute in this case. While it may not offer the specific healing benefits that celery stalk juice has, it does have unique benefits such as hydration that supports your health. Treat it the same way you treat celery stalk juice – make it neat (cucumber only) and drink it on an empty stomach, separate from other food and drink.
Ginger water, aloe water, and lemon or lime water are alternatives if you can't get hold of either celery stalk juice or cucumber juice.
As already mentioned in the articles on the 3:6:9 cleanses, the rule of thumb for the cucumber and apple juice on Day 9 of the Healer Medium's Original and Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse is to stick to a 1:1 ratio. If you prefer apple to cucumber or vice versa, it is not a problem to make it 4:1 in favor of the product you like better. And if you don't like raw apples, you can make cucumber and pear juice instead.
If there's a specific reason you can't drink hibiscus, lemon balm, or chaga tea—for example, a doctor's prescription to avoid the herbs or you experience physical discomfort when drinking them—it's okay to skip evening tea during the cleanse.
If for some reason you don't like lemons and limes or don't have access to them, drink ginger water in the morning and plain water in the evening.
If desired, add 1 tsp of raw honey to the lemon/lime water.
Sometimes people have difficulty chewing raw vegetables. In this case, you can finely chop the salad in a food processor, or puree the ingredients in a blender. That's exactly what the Liver Aid Soup recipe is for - an easy blended salad for anyone who needs it during the Healing Medium's Original or Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse .
If you're doing the 3:6:9 Intensive Cleanse , you can easily put the ingredients of the Kale Salad , the Cauliflower and Green Leafy Vegetable Salad , the Tomato, Cucumber and Fresh Herb Salad or the Nori Rolls with Green Leafy Vegetables into the blender and blend them into a raw soup. or prepare spinach soup .
If you don't like bananas, you can replace them with the Maradol papaya variety, or you can not add any additional fruit, but simply blend the pitaya (dragon fruit) together with the other ingredients of the chosen smoothie option.
If you can't get pitaya, or you can't stand it at all, substitute wild blueberries or, as a last resort, blackberries, regular cultivated blueberries, or frozen cherries. You have to get anthocyanins one way or another.
If you want to avoid the slight laxative effect that pitaya can sometimes have (and which makes it very good for constipation), reduce the amount of pitaya in the smoothie and increase the amount of bananas or papaya.
If you prefer not to mash the fruit, you can eat it chopped up in a fruit salad instead.
The main ingredients in the Spinach Soup recipe are spinach and tomatoes. If spinach is not suitable for you, you can replace it with lettuce. If tomatoes aren't your thing, there are a few options. First, you can use mango instead. If you have trouble finding fresh, sweet mangoes, buy frozen mango chunks instead and thaw them. Or you can replace the tomatoes with bananas—as long as you're sure not to mix bananas with tomatoes, because these two foods don't digest well together.
On Day 9 of the Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse , skip the cucumber noodles for the Spinach Soup . Alternatively, can you blend the cucumber into the soup instead of eating it as noodles? Absolutely.
If for some reason none of these options work for you as dinner for Day 7 of the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse , replace them with Brussels sprouts that you steam until they're soft enough to poke a fork through.
]]>Although monofeeding is the most gut-soothing regimen, people with sensitive gastrointestinal tracts can still feel the movement of food and panic that something is wrong. If you experience any discomfort and follow through with any of these plans, don't let your anxiety get the better of you. When the walls and lining of your intestines are inflamed, they can be hypersensitive when food passes through them. Delicate foods such as banana, papaya, lettuce or steamed potatoes, peas, squash, green beans, Brussels sprouts or asparagus do not harm you.
This may seem illogical, because when you eat a piece of cheese or an egg, you don't feel any discomfort. This is deceptive. This is because the cheese and eggs move through the body as a soft mush, so they don't rub against the hypersensitive nerves at this point. However, they feed the very bacteria, viruses and even non-productive fungi that create inflammation in our intestinal tract, ultimately exacerbating this hypersensitivity. Don't go back to the eggs and cheese (which are actually the root of the problem). It will become a vicious cycle if you don't know what is really going on.
Gastroparesis is becoming an increasingly popular diagnosis, but its causes remain a mystery to medical research and science. There is no real way to tell if there is paralysis of the stomach, duodenum, small intestine, large intestine, or rectum unless someone has suffered an actual physical injury or undergone a surgical procedure that damaged the nerve endings in a particular area of the digestive tract. In fact, many cases of gastroparesis are caused by the brain, with toxic heavy metals and pathogens causing brain inflammation that can minimize nerve strength in all areas of the digestive tract, resulting in a range of symptoms. The nerves around the lining of the gut can also become inflamed under the influence of viruses such as EBV, herpes zoster and human herpes virus type 6 (HHV-6), which compromise the functioning of the nerve endings, which in turn leads to sluggish peristalsis.
There are different levels of gastroparesis. If you are able to chew food and are not attached to a feeding device, monofeeding can be extremely helpful in treating gastroparesis, allowing the nerves to repair inside the digestive linings. A mono-meal cleanse also provides critically needed minerals and glucose to the brain so that neurons can strengthen and neurotransmitter activity can be restored, helping to send signals to areas of the gut lining that are in critical need of peristaltic action . At the same time, these mononutrient regimens are antiviral, meaning they can reduce low-grade viral infections that cause scarring and nerve damage in the lining of the digestive tract and other areas of the digestive system. Essentially, monoeating can retrain the digestive system, help it align with the central nervous system, and allow a person to heal.
As mentioned earlier, problems with the digestive tract often go undiagnosed. In reality, the nerves in the stomach, duodenum, small intestine, and/or colon are hypersensitive due to inflammation caused by an increased bacterial or viral load. This can lead to immense discomfort that feels like the digestive system cannot process or digest food properly. The answer is monofeeding.
Not to mention that most people in the world are hydrochloric acid deficient. This means that they don't break down their proteins properly, so those proteins rot and break down in the intestinal tract, creating a situation that eventually becomes swelling in the upper or lower part of the intestinal tract. When food decomposes, it becomes food for unproductive bacteria. This can cause bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine or even Crohn's disease or colitis .
In many people, the stomach lining may be covered with scar tissue or have other structural changes.
Also, a small pouch can form at the bottom of the stomach, where putrefying proteins, fats, and other waste material begin to collect and weigh down.
Monofeeding interrupts this process and gives the stomach a chance to start healing and strengthening. One day his lining may recover and he may function normally.
When people struggle with any digestive issues, regardless of the symptoms, they all have one thing in common: a weakened liver that doesn't produce enough bile to properly break down fat. Filled with toxins, poisons and pathogens, it is a liver that is stagnant or sluggish, with a slower moving blood supply, which is a problem for digestion because a weakened liver puts more strain on the digestive tract, including the gastric glands that produce hydrochloric acid . Monofood cleansing is beneficial for the liver, which automatically supports the digestive tract and hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
The mono meal plans in this article are an excellent way to deal with food intolerances or allergies. In part, this is because restricting yourself to one of these plans prevents you from eating the problem foods that feed the pathogens causing the allergy problem. Monoeating gives your body a break from the toxic byproduct of pathogen reproduction that occurs when problematic foods enter your body. High-fat foods thicken the blood, which lowers circulating oxygen and weakens the liver, allowing viruses and unproductive bacteria to thrive. When viruses thrive, they release neurotoxins that disrupt how our bodies work and can make us sensitive to foods, even those that seem healthy. By cutting out these problem foods, monoeating breaks this cycle. The pathogens that cause food allergies and sensitivities begin to starve and die, and you begin to recover.
In addition to a protocol for dealing with food sensitivities, monofeeding has a cleansing effect. While it won't cleanse the liver to the same extent as the 3:6:9 Cleanse, the mono-food cleanse can gently release mild levels of toxins in the liver while gently detoxifying all the other organs—stomach, duodenum, small intestine, colon intestine and rectum.
The monofeeding options in this article also have an anti-pathogenic effect. They fight viruses, bacteria, fungi, yeasts and molds. As well as offering physical benefits, this cleansing effect can mean that monoeating has the potential to surface food cravings and emotions to work on.
Many people fear that mono-eating doesn't offer enough quantity or variety of nutrients. These unfounded concerns are rooted in the misinformation that the more colorful the portion, the more nutrients it contains. In fact, when one's health is compromised, monofeeding can really help. This is not done by giving the body all possible nutrients, because in a number of diseases we cannot process all of it and take advantage of it. To solve this problem, we need to give the body what it needs at that moment to trigger its natural ability to heal itself. After that, you will be able to consume a lot more foods. However, at this time, you should make an effort to correct the current problem. Until you do, you can't reap the benefits of a varied diet.
During a mono-eating cleanse, the larger amounts you consume of a healing food like papaya and the way your body benefits from it overrides the need for variety. If you're trying to fit the whole rainbow on your plate, you're taking in very little of each food. It's not like eating a whole bowl of tomatoes or a whole head of cauliflower in one sitting. Instead, you distribute the nutrients into small pieces of food. If your digestion is not a problem, you can make a salad with tomato, cucumber, grated carrot, broccoli, red pepper, avocado and orange (if you allow yourself to eat fruit at all), and add pieces of chicken breast on top. Sometimes, however, even when we do not follow a mono-eating regime, it is better to concentrate on stronger foods and their intake in larger quantities.
Celery juice is also an important part of these mono meal plans and is more than a superfood. You could be someone who has never had celery juice, but still eats a super variety and gets sick because the real, underlying problem hasn't been addressed. If food variety is the key to health, why do so many people who eat in seemingly healthy and varied ways still get sick?
One of the questions you have to be prepared for when you're on a mono-food diet and eat, say, only papaya for all your meals is "Where's the protein?" If you believe that protein is the most important nutrient, you will most likely be tempted to reject mono-eating and lose all of its healing benefits. Or you will know how to answer the question.
Remember this: we live in a protein-rich world and many people are sick. More and more people are eating more and more protein and this is leading to more diseases. So why do so many people think protein is the answer? Or do you think there might be another reason why people get sick?
Often, sufferers of chronic illness or symptoms receive the following advice from their treating physician: "Maybe you need more protein." Shouldn't the doctor say, "Let's look for other causes of your illness"? What's missing isn't the proteins. The bioavailable amino acids, antioxidants, becca-carotene, glucose, mineral salts, antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal compounds, trace minerals and phytochemical compounds in papaya and other foods in the monoprotocols offer true healing because they actively help to neutralize the viruses and pathogenic bacteria responsible for many of our diseases. Proteins do not destroy viruses and bacteria. They do not remove toxic heavy metals. They do not purify the body. They do not promote the work of the central nervous system, neurotransmitters and neurons. Protein doesn't get us back on our feet after we've been through the hell of a chronic illness.
Sometimes it's not the protein, the fat, or the variety of nutrients that your loved ones worry about when you start monoeating, but that you follow the diet with maniacal dedication. Let's not forget that we are actually all obsessed with food. Even those who claim they don't care what they eat, look at their reaction when their favorite food is taken away and replaced with something they don't like. Food is important to all of us and no one is an exception.
When someone struggling with a symptom or condition uses food to heal themselves, they can only be accused of being obsessed with food by someone who hasn't yet had the same issues in their life. Food rules our lives. It is human nature to think about the next meal. If we don't plan, we'll choose something unhealthy when we're hungry, and that can lead to another kind of obsessive thinking when we later regret reaching for the cookie or cupcake.
You're unlikely to be on a mono diet for the rest of your life. Nor should you stop before you're ready – if you've made progress on a mono diet cleanse, it's logical to be afraid to change it and risk your progress.
Either way, the day will come when you're ready to go back to eating more variety, whether you're impatient or hesitant, whether it's in days or weeks or a long stretch of months because you've needed to from monofeeding to deal with a more serious problem. You need to consider when and how to make this transition. You don't want to go overboard with monoeating, nor is it good for you to go back to a variety of foods too quickly.
If you've decided to try the mono-eating regimen, not because you've had serious symptoms, but simply to improve your general condition, you can go back to eating a variety of foods at any time. However, if you have overcome a chronic illness with the help of mono-eating, it is normal to not want to eat any other way. Very often, a person himself understands when the time has come to switch to a varied menu.
When the time is right, it's best not to go back to the problem foods. Instead, keep it simple and add one new (non-problem) food at a time that you like. You may even decide to switch from one mono-food plan to another long-term before you start introducing a wide variety of foods. For example, if you've been on a potato and lettuce mononutrient cleanse for a long time and you're ready for a change, and at the same time you're worried about reintroducing too much, you can instead choose another mononutrient cleanse option from the first part of this article , "Cleanse with monofeeding of the Healer Medium (part 1)” .
How do you know you're ready to move on? One of the ways you can tell your nerves are healing naturally is that you gradually get your life back. You feel better than before. When you add different foods one at a time, you feel your digestion is doing well with them. You see that your condition has changed a lot since you started.
When you're ready to eat more food, you shouldn't jump right into a steak with fried onions and a butter roll and chocolate ice cream for dessert. You shouldn't even start right away with other, healthier free radical fats. It will be good to give yourself some time so that your body can adapt. This means:
Keep in mind that after the Mono Cleanse, healthy, fiber-rich foods (such as kale, red peppers, oranges, cauliflower, broccoli, and asparagus) or those that contain primarily fat (such as salmon, nuts, seeds, nut oils, and gluten-free grains) that are not on the list of problem foods may also cause discomfort when you start eating them again. This does not mean that they are bad for you. When people get treatment, sometimes they don't realize how much they've improved. For example, they may have started a monofeed cleanse with severe bloating , discomfort, lots of gas and cramping. As they begin to wean themselves from monofeeding, they may feel that the new foods they are introducing are rubbing on the lining of their digestive tract, or they may even feel a little bloated. Although the foods they introduce are not problematic, they can be frightening.
If this happens to you, remind yourself how much better you feel than before. You are now more attuned to your health than ever before, more aware of subtle sensitivities or subtle differences. A mononutrient cleanse makes you feel so comfortable that when you make the transition, even though your digestion is much better than when you started, you're more likely to feel your body's tolerance to different foods than ever before before. Don't confuse this with how bad you were before monofeeding.
If you're worried about some subtle sensitivity symptoms, even though you've come a long way, you can always go back to your comfort zone with the foods you felt good about while monoeating. No matter how much you've gotten better, you may have leftover inflammation from leftover pathogens and toxins. It's normal to go back to monofeeding for a while when you start switching foods. Or you may want to experiment in your own way with another version of monofeeding. Or you could try introducing a few foods from this article and find a new comfort zone. Even if it's not a shortcut to returning to a more varied diet, remember how far you've come in your recovery process. You are in a much better place than you were before. You've come this far.
]]>When a person is facing digestive problems, it can be very difficult for them to decide what to eat. Many people struggle with celiac disease, colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine , constipation, diarrhea, cramping, stomach pain and bloating . They switch from one fad diet to another in a desperate attempt to find the food that will help them. This is quite understandable when diagnoses do not help a person to find a solution to his problems.
One unknown aspect of many digestive problems is viral and bacterial activity. Both viruses and non-productive bacteria can colonize the mucous membranes of the intestinal tract. There, these pathogens will feed on the pests they pass by – pathogenic foods ranging from eggs, dairy and gluten to toxic heavy metals. When bacteria grow, they can irritate and inflame the lining, and when some viruses grow, they release neurotoxins that are highly allergenic to the gut's nerve endings in that lining. Viruses and bacteria often live in the liver as well. When viruses are there, they often produce neurotoxins that can reach the digestive tract. Any of these things can cause digestive discomfort, stomach cramps, intestinal cramps, excess gas, or even a case of ulcerative colitis.
Monofeeding aims to solve this dilemma. By "mono" we don't mean mononucleosis, just "single." This way of eating consists of eating very simply, sticking to just one or two (and sometimes three) specific foods to help your digestive tract recover. The techniques we'll cover in this article are aimed at bringing life back to the stomach glands that produce stomach acid so that hydrochloric acid can be restored to break down food. These techniques also improve the condition of the liver. Monofeeding can cleanse the liver, restoring it so that bile production can properly break down fat.
These protocols are ideal for people with a hypersensitive intestinal tract because the included foods have a calming effect. At the same time, these mono-eating plans starve pathogens such as viruses and bacteria, which are very often the cause of gastrointestinal disturbances. Monofeeding also offers your body a gentle detox that doesn't overload your body.
For these reasons and more, monoeating can be an invaluable recovery technique from the flu, stomach infections, food poisoning, food allergies or sensitivities, eating disorders, starvation, ulcers, or when overwhelming hardship or stress has put a strain on digestion. When you're going through any of these physical and emotional states, monoeating is the perfect choice.
Monofeeding differs from other Healer Medium cleanses. It does trigger a gentle detox or mini-cleanse that will help you realign and clarify your senses, but its main purpose is to improve your relationship with food.
Here are the options when choosing a mono meal plan. Read more about each of these options further down in this article. Also remember that whichever you choose, you will start each day with celery stalk juice as described above.
If you're worried about monoeating deficiencies, keep in mind that by starting a monoeating cleanse, you're already deficient. Everyone has deficiencies, whether they live with digestive problems, chronic illnesses, or even if they feel well and don't complain of any symptoms.
Correct implementation of the monofeeding regime will not lead to a deficiency. It will do the exact opposite. Not only will mononutrition provide critically needed healing phytochemicals, antioxidants, trace elements, minerals, antiviral compounds, and antibacterial compounds, it will help repair damaged mucous membranes and starve out the viruses and nonproductive bacteria that originally created these lesions. mucous membranes. At the same time, monofeeding can help restore hydrochloric acid, which will help you better break down proteins and other nutrients in food and kill viruses and bacteria naturally.
Even if you follow the principles of this protocol for a long time, it will not only not deprive you of valuable substances, but will also fill their deficit.
Monofood cleansing is not about choosing one food and only eating it, but choosing one of the options listed in this article and implementing it the right way. These options are nourishing and soothing to the stomach and intestines; they are not astringent, acidic, irritating and harsh like nuts, seeds and grains can be.
You may have heard that certain health professionals recommend eating only grapes. They don't realize that the astringency, acidity, and tartness of grapes can make a person with an indigestion even more uncomfortable.
Neither blueberries nor grapes are suitable for monofeeding, nor do they provide enough calories for prolonged monofeeding. Short-term (that is, a day or two) intake of these healing fruits is fine, though not recommended for people with chronic digestive discomfort or pain. All of these healing fruits are suitable as snacks and ingredients in a more varied diet so that you can access their healing benefits.
We can't rely on what we've been taught about sparing foods when making our choices for monofeeding. You can't choose eggs, for example, because as we already know, even if they don't seem irritating at the moment, they aggressively feed all the pathogens in the body, both in the intestinal tract and in other organs and circulation, aggravating the sensitive digestive system, and also thus, in the long run, they worsen any other conditions you may have been diagnosed with.
For guidance on the use of nutritional supplements during a mono-eating cleanse, refer to Chapter 27 "What You Need to Know About Nutritional Supplements" of Anthony William's book Cleansing for Health .
If you are taking medication, check with your doctor before starting the monofeed cleanse.
Each person faces a different combination of different pathogens, toxic heavy metals, and other toxins, so it can be difficult to know exactly which of these mononutrient options will work best for you. Don't overthink it. All of them are useful and you can try any of them. Experiment until you find the one you like best.
If you need time to get used to the idea of monofeeding for days, you can try one meal a day. For example, consider a dinner of plain steamed potatoes (with or without salad) or a breakfast of just bananas (with or without salad).
Let's note again that monoeating is not about choosing one type of food and eating only that for a while.
Whichever option you choose, start your day with lemon or lime water, followed by celery stalk juice . Anthony William recommends having your first meal at 10 a.m. if you're hungry. Sometime in the afternoon, eat a second portion of the same food. The last portion will be for dinner - a total of three "meals" per day. Another option is to consume 4-5 smaller portions or 2 larger ones. Experiment with smaller portions the first day and then increase them if you feel like it that the food didn't give you enough energy, or if you felt very hungry. You shouldn't eat too little on the first day either, but it wouldn't be good if you ate two kilos of potatoes in one go and then feel like you're going to burst There should also not be too long an interval between meals - your blood sugar may drop and you may feel sick or irritable if you do not get glucose and mineral salts in time.
Now let's take a closer look at the healing foods from the monofeeding options:
So much can be said about the benefits of celery stem juice . We have published about 20 articles about celery stem juice on the Prirodnik blog alone, and if these are not enough for you - Anthony William has published a whole book about it called "Celery Juice" (not yet translated into Bulgarian). In it you will find answers to all your questions.
Needless to say, it is not advisable to consume lettuce as your only meal of the day. It does not contain enough calories and will not give you enough strength. If you decide to include lettuce in your mono meal, you should eat it on the same day as papaya, bananas, potatoes or steamed vegetables. You can eat it whole as a snack or side dish, use it as a base for a salad, wrap it in your food like a tortilla or taco, slice it or even puree it with your choice of mono meal.
Look for 'Winter Butterhead' lettuce when possible. Of all the varieties, it is the most gentle on the intestinal mucosa. Another such is red lettuce. Both have a very soothing effect and are easy to digest.
Bananas are suitable if you have a dynamic lifestyle. They are easy to find and do not require any time in the kitchen, and for the most part they are inexpensive. If you're worried about bananas having too much sugar, fear not. The calories in a banana aren't as many as you might think, and a banana isn't just made up of natural glucose. Bananas also contain bioavailable proteins, beneficial omega compounds, fiber, water, antioxidants and healing phytochemicals such as potassium. Foods high in potassium, such as bananas, are extremely beneficial for many ailments of the digestive system; this potassium content is part of what makes banana monofeeding so healing. Potassium helps regulate the heart's activity for cardiovascular health, nourishes the central nervous system and is beneficial for the nerves in the digestive tract.
When a person has bowel movement problems, papaya, banana or papaya plus banana are very useful mono-food options. Papaya is useful for relieving persistent and chronic constipation and is also suitable for people with acute hydrochloric acid deficiency. (Symptoms may include extreme indigestion with bloating, stomach pain, inflammation, cramping, cramping, acid reflux , hiatal hernia, obstruction due to scar tissue or surgery, bowel disease.) If your constipation is more intermittent, you may add banana.
Monofeeding with potatoes is ideal for people who have problems with loose bowels or too frequent bowel movements. Steamed potatoes are also good for people with very low hydrochloric acid in their stomach acids. Potatoes are filling enough for a person who is used to getting their calories from animal protein (such as eggs, chicken, fish, turkey, or beef) or plant proteins (such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, or tofu) but cannot to eat these things because of intestinal inflammation or other acute sensitivity. Potatoes not only have highly digestible protein, but are also rich in minerals such as potassium, as well as the amino acid L-lysine, which helps reduce inflammation caused by pathogens. Potatoes are good for ulcers and heartburn.
Monofeeding with peas is excellent as a backup plan for someone who is unable to find bananas, papayas, or potatoes. Gentle on the intestinal tract, although not as gentle as other options, steamed peas do not feed pathogens. (None of the mono-food options do.) Peas contain easily digestible healing phytochemicals and carbohydrates, plus an abundance of chlorophyll, which is easily absorbed into the intestinal lining, where these components fuel healthy cell growth and help repair mucus membranes. when the lining of the intestinal tract has been damaged by excess adrenaline, toxic pests, problem foods and pathogens.
This plan is designed for people with a less sensitive intestinal tract who find the concept of mono-eating very difficult and need a little more variety in their meals. With the combination of pumpkin and green beans, Brussels sprouts or steamed asparagus, you get a day full of antioxidants, chlorophyll, sulfur-rich compounds, antiviral compounds, antibacterial compounds, beta-carotene and vital glucose, which are great for liver repair and the digestive tract, simultaneously knocking down and even killing pathogens. These foods help the liver produce bile and help repair the nerves in the lining of the intestines. They are gentle enough to monofeed, reliable and easy to find.
The portion size you choose when monoeating depends on how much food you are used to eating normally. This will determine how much food you will fill up on and when to stick to one or two foods at a time.
During the first day of monofeeding, it may be a good idea to experiment with smaller amounts of food. If you feel a drop in energy or hunger pangs, eat more. This is not about abstaining and starving yourself. The idea here is not to abstain and not get full - it just wouldn't be good to stuff yourself to bursting with 2 kg of peas or 20 bananas on the first day. Since one of the main purposes of monofeeding is to help heal the digestive system, you don't want to stress your gut by overeating.
You also won't help your healing process by starving yourself—it'll only make you lash out at a problem food because you're starving.
Start moderately and over time you can gradually increase the amount.
]]>Whether you've done one cycle of the 3:6:9 Cleanse, or many cycles in a row, these measures will help stabilize your body as it adjusts to coming out of the cleanse:
Incorporating the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie into the post-cleanse transition period is a great way to capture any toxic heavy metal residue in your body. It is best to drink it every morning for at least 1-2 weeks after the 3:6:9 Cleanse.
You can use the protocols from Part III of Anthony William's book Cleansing for Health - Other Life-Saving Cleanses as methods for coming out of the cleanse smoothly. For example, you can continue following the Healing Medium Morning Cleanse or avoiding problem foods from the Antipathogen Cleanse for as long as you wish.
Keep in mind that some of the problem foods provide fuel for the very pathogens that make us sick. Viruses such as EBV, herpes zoster, HHV-6, HHV-7, herpes simplex 1/2 and other viruses, as well as bacteria such as strep and Escherichia coli, thrive when we eat foods that these pathogens like. When we eliminate these problematic foods from our diet, the pathogens starve. As we've explained many times in our articles, these viruses and bacteria are responsible for most chronic symptoms and conditions, so if you have a chronic health problem, the longer you stay away from some or all of the problem foods, the better.
However, try not to overwhelm yourself with these tips. These longer term practices are only meant to give you strength if you want to continue healing after the 3:6:9 cleanse. The nutritional supplement lists in Anthony William's book Cleanse for Health are also there to offer you individual support.
No matter how you choose to proceed after completing the 3:6:9 Cleanse, know that you have already done so much for your body's cleansing and healing. The progress you have made is significant.
]]>After completing one cycle of the 3:6:9 Cleanse you may wish to repeat it, starting again from Day 1 and going through the nine days as many times as you like until your symptoms are gone. If you're aiming for more gradual changes in your health, you'll probably be better off doing the protocol once a month, and doing the Morning Cleanse the rest of the time. It is best to do at least one cycle of the 3:6:9 Cleanse every 1-3 months if you suspect you are dealing with a solid amount of pests in your body. You may also find that the very first cycle gave you exactly what you needed at this stage. The choice is yours.
If you don't have symptoms, but rather aim for prevention, this is another case where it's good to do one cycle of the 3:6:9 Cleanse every month, or at least every three months. For example, if a family member suffers from a disease that you worry you may have inherited, remember that it's not our genes that make us sick. The truth is that diseases run in families due to toxins and pathogens passed down from generation to generation. We have the power to break this cycle by clearing our inherited pests and cleansing our livers.
Our lives are dynamic and sometimes you have to be patient and do what you can. If six months have passed since the last cleansing, and you should have repeated it three years ago, do not waste time in self-blame and do not give up on the repetition just because you missed the planned moment. Do a new cleaning cycle, regardless of how much time has passed since the previous one.
Start on Day 1 of the 3:6:9 Cleanse and follow it to the end unless something extraordinary happens to you. In that case, go back to the beginning on Day 1, rather than starting from the middle. If you make it through all nine days and decide to repeat the cleanse, in most cases, go back to Day 1 and start over.
There are a few exceptions. The exact fulfillment of the nine days as set forth in the three versions of 3:6:9 does not apply to the following situations:
Here's another change you can make: you can eliminate radical fat completely in the first three days of the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse . Skipping the allowed fats for dinner during the 3 days will keep you in a boosted cleanse mode, which is exactly what people are looking for when they want to repeat the mid-term cleanse. (Note that with the Simplified and Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanses, radical fats are not present on either day anyway.)
You can repeat the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse repeatedly in this way - without any radical fats - if you are aiming for a faster healing process. Skip the allowed fats during the 3 days even if you are following the protocol for the first time.
If you're doing reps, you can include a serving of radical fats when you return to the beginning of the cleanse. It all depends on you and how you feel.
There is no hard and fast rule for how many times to do the 3:6:9 Cleansing. It all depends on the state of your health and the treatment you need. Making cleansing a regular part of your life, in a form that is comfortable for you, is more important than focusing on how many cleansing cycles you need to do. You can rely on cleansing as a tool for life.
Every time you do the 3:6:9 Cleanse, you make progress. Each time you achieve a change for your body. If you have more viruses and toxic heavy metals in your body, one cycle of the 3:6:9 Cleanse will certainly affect your health, but it is quite possible that it will not be enough for you to feel tangible positive changes. If so, repeat it. You can do it repeatedly, as many times as you need to feel better.
In many cases, the 3:6:9 Cleanse quite quickly clears the underlying toxins and poisons that are the cause of illness, while also killing some viruses and bacteria and slowly depriving other pathogens of the toxic foods they like to eat. Even if the problem is fixed - ie. the pathogen is killed and the toxins are removed from your organs - you will need more time to heal because it is now the turn of the nerves, organs, tissues and cells to repair and renew. This is where the right nutritional supplements can be very helpful. To do this, read Chapter 29 "The Real Cause of Symptoms and Conditions and Doses to Treat Them" from Anthony William's book "Cleansing for Health" , where you will find a list of diseases and symptoms, as well as a brief explanation of the causes and which herbs and supplements can help. (Be sure to also read Chapter 27, “What You Should Know About Dietary Supplements,” for important guidelines about supplements.)
For example, if you have experienced severe body pain for years and your nerves have been severely inflamed for a long time due to toxins and pathogens in the body, it may take months for the nerves to recover and strengthen. This does not mean that your pain and suffering will not subside after the Purification 3:6:9. Many people experience relief during or immediately after the cleanse. Don't be discouraged if pins and needles, numbness, neuropathy, pain, dizziness, balance problems, dizziness, tics, spasms, burning skin, or other symptoms of inflamed nerves don't go away right away. Having been chronically ill with them for years, you are an expert on the ups and downs of these symptoms. If you regularly apply the cleanses from Anthony William's book Cleansing for Health , follow the individual dietary supplement recommendations from the chapters we mentioned a moment ago, and continue to keep the problem foods from chapter 7 out of your diet between cleanses, the damaged nerves will recover.
If you are someone who has been ill for a long time, repeating the cleanse is important because chronic illness is a sign that you have very deep-seated toxins in your liver, whether they are pathogen-based, environmental-based, or toxic heavy metal-based. Repeating the 3:6:9 Cleanse will have an extremely beneficial effect and you will begin to see the results.
Repeating the cleanse is helpful, whether you do several cycles in a row or take breaks in between. Repeating the cleanse without gaps or with only a few days in between is helpful for deeper health conditions. These are people who need to cleanse a toxic, stagnant, sluggish liver overloaded with viruses, bacteria and toxic heavy metals. Repeating 3:6:9 over and over will be of immense benefit in these cases.
On the other hand, if you're someone who has a relatively clean liver and isn't struggling with chronic symptoms or illnesses, you may not feel the need to do multiple reps. If you have a chronic problem and are hypersensitive, it is understandable that you prefer to rest between individual cycles.
It is individual for everyone and depends on what your health condition is and how you feel. There is no "one-size-fits-all" solution. If you have the strength for consecutive reps, that's fine. If you're just as motivated to heal and still need or want to take a week or month off between cleanses, that's fine too. Consider what state you are in and decide for yourself.
If you repeat the cleansing in the long term, try not to lose patience and not deviate from the recommendations. Adding different foods and drinks, even if they are healing options that you have read about in other Healer Medium books or in other books at all, will only confuse the mechanism of the 3:6:9 Cleansing. For example, don't start substituting celery stalk juice for cucumber juice unless you really can't find celery stalks or you can't tolerate it. Likewise, don't start getting distracted with the Liver Aid broth (stay tuned for the recipe on our blog soon) every day if you're following the Original or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse protocol. Except for the specific adaptations and substitutions listed in the cleanses, follow the recommendations exactly for your chosen variant.
Another exception is when you drink ginger water or aloe water because of some physical problem. It is not a problem to continue taking them during the 3:6:9 Cleanse as long as you leave enough time between them and the celery stalk juice.
Vary your diet within the guidelines for the cleanse. Each version of the 3:6:9 Cleanse offers opportunities to customize the meals to your taste, whether it's creating different versions of the Liver Helper salad from the long list of ingredients or choosing between different recipes when the recommendations allow this. You'll be grateful for the progress you'll see by following the guidelines.
]]>Follow these directions throughout the nine days of the cleanse.
Consume only fruits and vegetables
Stick to fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, and fresh herbs—specifically, the foods mentioned in this article and in the modifications and recipes from Anthony William's Cleanse for Health .
Cleansing foods are meant to help you heal. If you have a specific problem with any of the foods mentioned, refer to the "Adaptations and Substitutions for Cleanse" chapter (expect a detailed article on this subject on our blog soon). For example, if you find it difficult to eat a salad, puree its ingredients. Strictly adhere to the recommendations in this article. It won't do you any good if you try to be clever.
It may sound overwhelming to eat only fruits and vegetables. This is because we are used to eating small amounts of them, and in this cleanse they are the main component. If you think that salad won't fill you up, you're probably used to eating small portions of salad as a side dish consisting of wilted leaves and pale tomatoes. The foods included in the Intensive Cleanse are fortifying, delicious and filling; at the same time, they are easily digested, giving the body the opportunity to put as much of its energy as possible into the healing process.
Support your body with the foods included in the cleanse (or their substitutes) - you have no idea how it will benefit it. During this part of the cleanse, it's worth the effort to stay away from foods that take a little more work to digest. The nutrient-dense healing fuel you're about to ingest is exactly what your body needs right now.
Avoid radical fats altogether
To aid your healing, cut out radical fats for all nine days. This means no nuts, seeds, nut butters (such as peanut butter), nut milks, butter, olives, coconut, avocados, chocolate, cocoa beans, dairy products (including butter, cheese, milk, yogurt, kefir, and whey protein powder ), bone broth or other animal products. If you consume these fats, it will disrupt your cleanse.
The liver does not have to be interrupted to process radical fats. During this period, he will continue to produce bile, but it will not have to be as strong to break down fat. Thus, the liver uses its energy to cleanse at a level it cannot otherwise reach. Remember: it is very difficult for the liver to cleanse itself on a deep level while on a high-fat diet. The surprising bonus is that once you eliminate radical fats from your diet, you'll likely find that food is more satisfying than ever.
This break from fat, combined with the density of bioavailable nutrients in the foods you eat, gives the body a unique opportunity to put its energy into healing. Without fat in the bloodstream to block glucose absorption, the liver can build up stores of glucose and glycogen, which are vital for the hard work of expelling toxins during the Nine .
Fat loss is also related to the viscosity of your blood. If you have too much free-floating fat in your blood, you slow down your body's ability to flush out poisons and toxins because the fat absorbs and holds the toxins in them, causing toxic pockets of fat to form in and around your body's organs. The goal during a cleanse is to break up the fat deposits (what people call fat cells) – to open them up so that they can release the poisons, toxins and old, built-up adrenaline they contain to be flushed out of the body. If you continue to consume radical fats during this period, the blood will continue to contain a large amount of fat, which will make efforts to get rid of the already existing accumulations meaningless.
By the way, even if you really like eating avocado, enjoy it after the 3:6:9 Intensive Cleanse. Although avocados are indeed a fruit and are more easily digested than other radical fats, when you're cleansing your liver, even good, healthy fats get in the way.
And again, no legumes during this cleanse. Although they are not a source of radical fat nor a problem food, their fat content is higher than that of fruits and vegetables. Eliminating them will guarantee you the most peaceful possible cleansing for the digestive tract.
Avoid problem foods
Eliminate Problem Foods from Chapter 7 of the Cleanse for Health book. They should not enter your menu at all during all days of the cleanse, unless specifically indicated:
If you missed Chapter 7 of the Cleanse for Health book, read it to find out why you should avoid these foods during your cleanse. As much as you want to eat a slice of pepperoni pizza, this chapter will remind you that you're doing the right thing by taking a break from certain foods while doing the 3:6:9 cleanse.
None of the problem foods are included in this list because it is fashionable to exclude them from the diet. Gluten, for example, is not avoided because of today's common belief that it causes inflammation. The reason is much more specific and important to understand.
Cutting out these foods is easier than it sounds—your focus will be on nutritious fruits and vegetables every day. Eating these nutrient-dense foods will leave no room for other tempting foods, and this will help curb your appetite.
Take food in the right amounts for you
Every person is different, with unique caloric needs and appetite levels. Eat as much as is right for you. You don't want to starve or stuff yourself. You will find out what amount is right for you. Stock up well so you have an abundance of fresh, healing foods on hand.
At no point during the cleanse should you force food if you are already full.
Stay hydrated
Don't forget to hydrate. Every day, drink about 1 liter of water during the day between your morning and evening lemon or lime water. This makes approximately 4 cups. Of course, you can drink more. If you feel like you need more fluids at any point during the cleanse, don't limit yourself, but adjust your water intake.
Avoid water with a pH above 8.0. This also applies if you use a water alkalizing machine – keep it at a pH of 8.0 or below. The best pH for drinking water is 7.7. Water content with higher pH levels is held in the stomach until the digestive system can lower it to 7.7 to be released throughout the body. The same goes for water with a pH below 7.7 - your body has to put energy into raising its pH. Drinking water with an ideal pH level prevents your digestive system from weakening.
During the first 8 days of the cleanse, you can drink Hot Spicy Apple Juice at any temperature (recipe is on page 386) or coconut water (no dyes or "natural flavors") throughout the day. This is in addition to the daily intake of 1 liter of water. Be sure to drink these liquids at least 15-30 minutes before or after the celery stalk juice. On a day of additional celery stalk juice intake (eg Day 7 or 8) you can reduce the water a bit if you like.
Take only liquids and pureed foods
Be strict with the Day 9 Cleanse Drinks as described. At this stage of the cleanse, when your body is releasing larger amounts of poisons, viral and bacterial waste, and other pests, it needs smaller amounts of food and larger amounts of liquid-based healing solutions. These specific variants provide critical balance as you flush out toxins.
By sticking to the menu, you are stacking two critical pieces of the healing puzzle: (1) keeping the day fat-free, and (2) removing a large percentage of the digestive burden. Even healthy, whole foods require a certain level of digestion, especially bulkier and cooked foods. Liquids and pureed raw foods for this day are especially light and allow the body to rest from the usually strenuous digestive process. Thus, the organs can be cleansed of harmful toxins and poisons and they can be removed through the kidneys and intestines.
Some special circumstances warrant repeating Day 8 instead of Day 9. An unexpected trip may force you to stop the cleanse before Day 9. If you need to repeat Day 8 to end the cleanse or simply stop before you've completed the 9-day cycle, don't worry about missing the Day 9 protocol. Each completed day of the 3:6:9 Cleanse has helped to greatly cleanse the body and you have only benefited from it.
Give yourself a break
If possible, slow down on this day. Leave commitments for another time. Designate Day 9 as a day of sacred rest, or dedicate at least part of it to rest. Make time even for a nap. At least think about what the body is doing for you during this period. The healing process is successful - with the removal of toxins and poisons and the reduction of pathogens and their waste material, emotional, physical and spiritual renewal occurs. You begin to free yourself from the burden of symptoms and disease in order to live life to the fullest.
]]>Just as safe and gentle as the other two options, the Intensive Cleanse is more powerful and will help you release larger amounts of toxins. People who suffer from more serious problems also face more aggressive toxins accumulated in their body and that is why they are so sick. The 3:6:9 Intensive Cleansing aims to clear out all those poisons that are causing great suffering to these people so that they can get faster relief.
This cleanse is also for those who have tried the 28-day Healer Medium cleanse and felt results from it, and now want a version of the 3:6:9 Cleanse that works for them. The Intensive Cleanse is the easiest and most simplified version of the 3:6:9 Cleanse. With the special foods included and its steady rhythm, it allows anyone who prefers raw fruits and vegetables to get the most out of the 3:6:9 Cleanse.
The nutrition options for the 3:6:9 Intensive Cleanse are the simplest of all cleanses. The goal is to find your rhythm while consuming these foods and beverages while abstaining from radical fats. The main rhythm of this cleanse comes from increasing the celery stalk juice - from 750ml the first three mornings, to 1L every morning during the Six, to 1L twice a day for the last 3 days. (And if you repeat the cleanse a few times, you're starting right at 1 L.) This increase in juice, combined with precisely defined, nutrient-dense, easily digestible, fat-free raw foods, gives the liver what it needs to prepare for the release of the poisons in the iconic Day 9.
In the 3:6:9 Intensive Cleanse, the body still goes through the changes of the Three, Six , and Nine that you read about in the original and simplified version, but this time they affect the stronger toxins responsible for extreme ill health. These can be neurotoxins and dermatotoxins from viruses in the body or toxins accumulated over months, years or a lifetime.
As we move through the stages of Intensive Cleansing 3:6:9, we are preparing to release a larger toxic load:
During the Three, the body tunes into detoxification and the liver in particular gets a chance to shift into high gear and take advantage of the opportunity to help us heal. The triple is like warming up the engine.
During the Six , the body begins to withdraw deeply accumulated toxins that sabotage health.
During the Nine, the body uses the reserves it has accumulated since the beginning of the cleanse and puts them into getting rid of the garbage and poisons that the organs have been holding on to for years.
If you have been struggling with your health for a long time and have lost hope that anything can help, know that the Intensive Cleanse offers your body the opportunity to start a process of self-recovery. Your body can heal itself. The 3:6:9 intensive cleanse will give him every opportunity to do so. It is also a good idea to refer to Part IV of Anthony William's book Cleansing for Health to learn which nutritional supplements to use according to your condition after completing one or more cleanse cycles.

]]>This is the moment your liver has been waiting for all along. When you go through the Three and Six stages, your body has begun to decompress, and you will be amazed at the positive impact this can have on both your body and your mood. In addition to starting to help yourself, it will undoubtedly inspire those around you who notice these positive results to take action towards change.
But now is not the time to relax. During the last 6 days you have been improving your liver and replenishing your body's reserves, preparing them for the Nine stage, so that the body has the strength to expel the garbage and poisons that the organs have held inside for years. This is about much more than the ability of simple cleansing to process everyday waste. These 3 days are a whole new step in your healing journey.

Consume only fruits, vegetables and leafy greens
Eat fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables for all 9 days of the 3:6:9 Simplified Cleanse. That means smoothies, fruit, salads, healing soups, and comforting foods like sweet and regular potatoes, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, and steamed asparagus.
Millet and oats are exceptions - it's no problem to include them in many of your meals. (Millet is preferred. If you choose oats, look for gluten-free.) From Day 4 onwards, have millet, oats or cooked vegetables no earlier than lunch. As you will read in just a moment, with the onset of the Six you should be all about fruit every morning.
By eating more fruits and vegetables, you'll reach for your usual problem foods less often. The minerals, vitamins and micronutrients in green leafy vegetables and vegetables, which work together with the antioxidants and glucose in fruit, are critical to stabilizing organs and repairing cells. Another important aspect here is that fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables are foods that do not feed pathogens – and everyone is fighting pathogens in their bodies that create different symptoms.
Do not consume any legumes during any 3:6:9 cleanse. They are not a powerful cleansing food. While not a radical fat or problem food, they are higher in fat than fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables.
It may sound overwhelming to eat only fruits and vegetables. This is because we are used to eating small amounts of them. During the cleanse, make your salads more nutritious by adding orange slices, ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh green leafy vegetables, and other ingredients from recipes like the Liver Helper Salad .
If one or two apples don't satisfy you for breakfast, eat another apple. You don't have to worry about eating too many apples. If your body tells you that you are full, respect it and limit yourself.
In order for your liver to successfully go through the 3:6:9 Simplified Cleanse, it must not be interrupted to process radical fats. During this period, he will continue to produce bile, but it will not have to be as strong to break down fat. Thus, the liver uses its energy to cleanse at a level it cannot otherwise reach.
This break from fat, combined with the abundance of bioavailable nutrients you take in, gives the body a unique opportunity to put its energy into healing.
Fat reduction is also important for blood viscosity. Too much fat in the blood slows down the elimination of poisons and toxins. Fat absorbs and traps toxins, leading to toxic fat accumulation in and around the organs. During a detox, the goal is to open up these toxic fat stores so that the poisons, toxins, and old adrenaline can come out and out of the body. If you continue to consume radical fats during this period, the blood will continue to contain a large amount of fat, which will make efforts to get rid of the already existing accumulations meaningless.
By the way, if you really like avocado, include it in the evening menu during the first 3 days of the cleanse. From Day 4 onwards, you should stop it because, although it is a fruit and easier to digest than other radical fats, when you are detoxifying your liver, even the good fats interfere with this process.
Avoid problem foods
Eliminate Problem Foods from Chapter 7 of the Cleanse for Health book. They should not enter your menu at all during all days of the cleanse, unless specifically indicated:
If you missed Chapter 7 of the Cleanse for Health book, go back and read it to find out why you should avoid these foods during your cleanse. As much as you want to eat a slice of pepperoni pizza, this chapter will remind you that you're doing the right thing by taking a break from certain foods while doing the 3:6:9 cleanse.
None of the problem foods are included in this list because it is fashionable not to eat them.
Celery stalk juice
On the simplified 3:6:9 cleanse, you will increase the amount of celery stalk juice you consume every 3 days. This is a protective measure that works with the 3:6:9 structure of the cleanse to encourage the liver and other organs to relax. Celery juice helps collect the increased amounts of toxins your organs are releasing, bind to them, and flush them out of your body.
Breakfast
During the simplified 3:6:9 cleanse every three days, make gradual changes to breakfast as well:
When thinking about what to eat for breakfast, especially during a cleanse, hydration is key. In the morning we are inundated with poisons and toxins that our liver and other organs have released during the night, so we want the first meals of the day to be high in water to help flush them out. Also, the cleansing process can be slightly dehydrating. Live foods - raw fruits, vegetables, herbs and green leafy vegetables and their juices - are the ideal solution because they have the necessary water content. During the gradual transition to an all-fresh (and/or frozen) fruit breakfast, ingested fluids attach to toxins and flush them out through the kidneys and intestinal tract. And since at the same time we abstain from radical fats, the body gets an opportunity to activate its natural detoxification process.
Here's another vital reason a cleansing breakfast should focus on living foods: when our cells are freed of poisons and toxins, space is created for nutrients. Mineral salts, electrolytes, glucose, antiviral and antibacterial agents, antioxidants, medicinal phytochemical compounds, minerals, vitamins - these are precisely the nutrients that fresh, water-rich fruits, vegetables, herbs, green leafy vegetables and their juices contain and can provide in our cells now that there is free space.
Stay hydrated
Don't forget to hydrate. Every day, drink about 1 liter of water during the day between your morning and evening lemon or lime water. This makes approximately 4 cups. Of course, you can drink more.
However, avoid water with a pH above 8.0. This also applies to using a water alkalinizer - set it to a pH of 8.0 or lower. The best pH for drinking water is 7.7. At higher values, it remains in the stomach until the digestive system can lower the pH to 7.7 to pass it to the rest of the body. The same goes for water with a pH below 7.7 - the body has to work to raise the value. When you drink water with an ideal pH level, you do not stress the digestive system.
A note on cooking techniques
If you generally eat clean, during the simplified 3:6:9 cleanse you can choose lighter recipes from chapter 23 of the book Cleansing for Health , which include lots of raw fruits, leafy greens and vegetables, as well as vegetable recipes steamed, soups or stews. Steaming soups and stews conserves more water. Baking and frying food, while not bad by any means, slows down detoxification due to the moisture the food loses when cooked with these techniques.
Take only liquids and pureed foods
Follow the cleansing drinks for Day 9. At this stage, when the body is releasing greater amounts of poisons, viral and bacterial waste material and other pests, it needs less food and more healing fluids. By sticking to the menu, you put two very important pieces of the healing puzzle in place - first, you don't consume any fat throughout the day, and second, you don't stress the digestive system. Even digesting and digesting healthy whole foods, especially bulkier and cooked foods, requires energy. Liquids and pureed raw foods for this day are particularly light and allow the body to rest from the usually strenuous digestive process. Thus, the organs can be cleansed of harmful toxins and poisons and they can be removed through the kidneys and intestines.
More special cases were mentioned that warrant repeating Day 8 instead of Day 9. An unexpected trip may force you to stop the cleanse before Day 9. If you need to repeat Day 8 to end the cleanse or simply stop before you after completing the 9-day cycle, don't worry about missing the Day 9 protocol. Each completed day of the 3:6:9 Cleanse has helped greatly cleanse the body, and you've only benefited from it.
Give yourself a break
If you can on that day, take a break. Consider leaving some commitments for another time. Maybe you can schedule day 9 as a sacred rest day or a day where there is at least some rest. If possible, take some time to rest, maybe even take a nap. At least think about what the body is doing for you during this period. Take a moment to pause and think about your liver and other organs. It's the end of your liver's great plunge into the depths of cleansing, and it's doing beautifully. You thrive in the healing process: you rejuvenate yourself emotionally, physically and spiritually by eliminating toxins and poisons and reducing pathogens and their waste. When you begin to free yourself from the burden of symptoms and conditions, then you begin to live fully.
]]>Most people, when following a diet, often reach for the familiar food they usually eat or what they have at hand. The Simplified Cleanse plan offers more options and flexibility than the Original Cleanse, making the change smoother. It helps with high cholesterol , high blood pressure, fatty liver, arterial plaque, lymphedema, arthritis, insomnia, varicose veins, dark circles under the eyes, acid reflux , constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, dry skin, type 2 diabetes . headaches, migraines and many other chronic problems.
With fewer changes to individual meals and specifics, the Simplified Cleanse is a great option for someone who doesn't have the time or energy to focus on the details of the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse—ie. someone who prefers a simpler yet diverse set of options. Although the Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse has 70% of the power of the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse, the simplified version is not for amateurs. This version also requires dedication and is extremely cleansing for anyone looking to eradicate toxins and pathogens. Not to mention, if you're more likely to start and stick with it than the Original Cleanse, that's 70% more healing than you'd otherwise notice. A result like this can mean everything to your health and well-being.

You will find all the recipes mentioned here in chapter 23 of the book "Cleansing for Health" . In Chapter 22, you'll also find sample menus that describe recipe options for each meal. Coming soon to our blog , all the recipes and sample menus from Anthony William's cleanses.
Adaptations and substitutions
If for some reason you cannot eat or have access to any of the foods listed on the following pages or solid foods are a problem for you, see Chapter 21, which is about modifications. There you will also find an option to include Heavy Metal Cleansing in this protocol.
First, as with the Original Cleanse, it is important to think of the first 3 days as the last moments before removing the spare wheels from the bike. The idea is not to make drastic efforts, because that will not benefit you. Rather, it is the beginning of the cycle, and without this adjustment period, the overall result of the cleanse will be less successful.
Skipping the Troika stage is like taking a driving test without knowing how to start the car. This is a mistake that is made in many of the famous detox regimes that put our body under stress. In such a situation, the organs cannot function effectively. They will not cleanse because we have not properly prepared them for detoxification.
The beginning of the cleanse should be especially careful with the body so that poisons and pathogens can be flushed out of it at a later stage. We should not immediately give the liver too much work or overload the brain and heart. The purpose of the first 3 days is to prepare the body for cleansing.

During these 3 days in the middle of the cleanse, the liver gets a long-awaited break from having to produce large amounts of bile. Almost all people live in a mode of constant bile production due to a high-fat diet - and the need to break down that fat. This pace exhausts the liver and prevents it from performing its daily tasks of detoxifying the body. When he finally gets a break, he has the opportunity to focus on releasing the toxins that he has spent a lifetime storing deep inside. When the liver is cleansed and restored, it promotes health on all levels.

]]>After you go through the periods of the Three and the Six, you arrive at the cherished moment – the moment your liver has been waiting for all along, which means you've been waiting for it too, because your goal is a healthy liver. When your liver and other organs are unloaded at this stage, you'll be amazed at the positive impact it can have on both your body and your mood. You will also achieve something else - you will inspire yourself and others who see the change in you to make further changes. No one can tell whose life you will inspire with your improved health and what you will do next?
For the past 6 days, you have been revving up your liver engine and replenishing your body's reserves in preparation for the Nine stage , so that your body has the strength to expel the junk, waste and poisons that your organs have been holding onto for years. This far exceeds the morning cleanse's ability to process daily waste. These 3 days full of liquids are completely new territory.

These guidelines apply to all nine days of the cleanse.
Avoid problem foods
Eliminate Problem Foods from Chapter 7 of the Cleanse for Health book .
Steam the vegetables (do not bake them)
Avoid baked foods for the entire nine days. During the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse, only steam vegetables or as part of soups and stews. Baking and frying are processes that evaporate much of the water content of foods, and during the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse it is important that they retain this as it aids the cleansing process. Baking itself is not harmful. By avoiding it, the best possible internal hydration of the body is achieved and its ability to clear toxins even faster.
Consume food in the right amounts for you
Every person is different, with unique caloric needs and appetite levels. Eat as much as is right for you. Reduce the amount if you happen to overeat. During a cleanse, the instinct is often to restrict food. Don't wait until you're completely starving. Fasting will only hinder the healing that this cleansing is trying to achieve.
On the days of the Three , you increase your glucose intake to support liver and brain function. During the Six, the organs need the cleansing foods in the table that prepare you for the most important moment - the Nine . Stock up well so you have an abundance of fresh, healing foods on hand.
If the volume of food involved in this cleanse seems overwhelming to you—for example, if two apples at once seem like a lot—don't cram. At no point during this cleanse should you force food if you are already full.
Stay hydrated
Don't forget to hydrate. Every day, drink about 1 liter of water during the day between morning and evening water with lemon or lime. This makes approximately 4 cups. Of course, you can drink more.
During the first 8 days of the cleanse, you can drink hot spicy apple juice at any temperature or coconut water (without dyes and "natural flavors") throughout the day. This is in addition to the daily intake of 1 liter of water.
Be sure to drink these liquids at least 15-30 minutes before or after the celery stalk juice. On a day of additional celery stalk juice intake (eg Day 7 or 8) you can reduce the water a bit if you like.
Here are some more basic guidelines for the days of the Troika :
Reduce fat in food
Cut dietary fat by at least half and avoid radical fats until dinner. Radical fats include nuts, seeds, avocados, oil, olives, coconut, bone broth, and all animal proteins. (Dairy products such as yogurt and fresh milk, cream, butter, cheese, kefir, and whey protein also contain free radical fats and are not consumed during the cleanse.) Whatever amount of free radical fats you normally consume, cut it at least in half.
By waiting until dinner to eat radical fats, you probably accomplish this. Skipping the usual morning radical fats like yogurt, nut muesli, avocado toast, buttered toast, bagel with cream cheese, coconut milk smoothie or whey protein powder, bone broth, bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, chocolate , cocoa beans or creamy coffee drinks already reduce fat intake a lot. The next step is to keep them out of lunch and afternoon snack. This means cutting out unhealthy and slightly healthier ones like salad dressing with oil or cream, smoothies with nut butters, guacamole, hummus with tahini or olive oil, vegetarian meat substitutes, baked potatoes with avocado, oil, butter, sour cream or cheese, bacon sandwiches, cheeseburgers, hamburgers, French fries, boiled or otherwise prepared eggs, chicken, fish or steak salads, tuna sandwiches, peanut butter crackers, a handful of nuts, and a bunch of other popular foods that contain radical fats . This in turn means you are giving your body a chance to rest from the hard work required to process free radicals.
If just cutting out free radical fats in the morning and afternoon doesn't result in a 50% reduction in fat for the day, consider cutting some of your usual servings of free radical fats in half for dinner and increasing your vegetables and green leafy vegetables to compensate. For example, if you are used to adding olives to your dinner salads, put half as much and add some chopped tomatoes and cucumbers instead. If you like grilled salmon for dinner, serve yourself less than usual and pile your plate with green leafy vegetables or steamed asparagus. Also be wary of dressings, sauces, and dips, as they are often much higher in fat than you might think and often contain oil and other ingredients to avoid while cleansing. For filling meals and snacks that aren't high in fat, check out Chapter 23 of Cleanse for Health .
If you like animal products, eat only one serving at dinner. Let it be lean biomeat from grazing animals or wild-caught fish (salmon, trout or sardines). One of the main reasons to cut fat during the Three is to give your liver a chance to rest from the constant production of bile. Freed from processing so much fat, it can put its energy into preparing you for detoxification.
Another reason is that you can get the glucose you need. Eating less fat allows the liver to better absorb glucose, and building up glucose and glycogen stores is vital for the hard work ahead during the Nine , when the liver begins to detoxify itself. As with the Morning Cleanse , regular and sweet potatoes and pumpkin are the glucose-rich foods that will help fuel your liver during the Trio .
Eat more fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables
Focus on getting more fruits, vegetables, and green leafy vegetables each day. By including more of these healing foods in your snacks and meals in the Three , you'll feel less drawn to your usual problem foods. The minerals, vitamins and micronutrients in green leafy vegetables and vegetables, which work together with the antioxidants and glucose in fruit, are critical to stabilizing organs and repairing cells. Another important aspect here is that fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables are foods that do not feed pathogens.
Skip legumes entirely during the 3:6:9 cleanse. They do not have a strong cleansing effect. Although they are not a source of radical fats, nor are they a problem food, their fat content is higher compared to fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. Not consuming them will ensure that the cleanse is as easy on your digestive tract as possible. Stronger hydrochloric acid is needed to break down the proteins in legume foods, and most people live with lower hydrochloric acid levels and have a hard time digesting these foods. Their stomach glands are extremely exhausted and need recovery, which will be helped by celery stem juice .
Here's what to remember during this cleansing period:
Avoid all radical fats
To aid your healing, cut out radical fats completely starting on Day 4. This means completely avoiding nuts, seeds, nut oils (such as peanut butter), nut milks, oil, olives, coconut, cocoa, avocados, and animal products ( including bone broth and dairy products). At this stage, if you consume these fats, it would disrupt the cleanse. It's like washing dishes and someone spills grease in your sink - you have to start over.
In order to successfully pass through the Six (and the Nine ), the liver's work must not be interrupted to process radical fats. During this time, the liver will continue to produce bile, but it will not need to produce as much bile to dissolve the radical fats. By avoiding them, you allow your liver to use its energy to cleanse at a level it can't otherwise achieve. Remember: it is very difficult for the liver to cleanse itself on a deep level while on a high-fat diet. This break from fat, combined with the density of bioavailable nutrients in the foods you eat, gives the body a unique opportunity to put its energy into healing.
Fat reduction is also important for blood viscosity. If you have too much free-floating fat in your blood, you slow down your body's ability to flush out poisons and toxins. Fat absorbs and traps toxins in it, causing toxic pockets of fat to form in and around your body's organs. The goal during the cleanse is to disperse the fat depots - to open them up so that they can release the poisons, toxins and old, accumulated adrenaline contained in them and be removed from the body. If you continue to consume radical fats during this period, the blood will continue to contain a large amount of fat, which will make efforts to get rid of the already existing accumulations meaningless.
By the way, if avocado is one of your favorite foods, enjoy it with dinner during the first three days of the cleanse. From the fourth day onwards, you should stop it because, although avocado is indeed a fruit and is more easily digested than other radical fats, when you are cleansing the liver, even healthy fats interfere with this process. Forget avocados for a while so you don't overload your liver and make it harder for it to try to cleanse itself.
Consume more fruits and vegetables
Stick to the fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, and herbs mentioned in this article, as well as the modifications and recipes in the Cleanse for Health book. Also, continue to avoid the problem foods we described in the article.
What does it mean to stick to the foods listed for each meal? This means not trying to outsmart the cleanse. Specific foods are prescribed for a specific reason: to help you heal. Trying to add other types of fruit to the smoothie, substituting a salad for a smoothie or a smoothie for a salad, skipping the salad, sautéing other vegetables with asparagus or Brussels sprouts, eating bananas for breakfast at night, or adding nutritional yeast or coconut aminos to your diet too often mean you're missing out on what you really need to make the cleanse work properly. If steamed vegetables aren't your thing, the sample menus in Chapter 22 of Cleanse for Health will show you how to add some variety to your cleanse. If you have a specific problem with any of the cleansing foods, refer to Chapter 21, "Adapting the Cleanse and Substitution." For example, if you have trouble eating salad, keep mixing it into the Liver Help soup or make a Liver Help juice.
It may sound overwhelming to eat only fruits and vegetables. This is because we are used to eating small amounts of them. If one morning liver help soup isn't enough, make another or make a heavy metal detox soup. (For more information on this modification, see Chapter 21 of the book "Cleansing for Health" .)
If the salad isn't enough to fill you up, it's probably because you're used to eating small portions of tasteless salad as a side dish. During the cleanse, make your salads more nutritious by adding orange slices, ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh green leafy vegetables and other ingredients from the recipe. Keep in mind that the Liver Helper Salad with Brussels Sprouts and Steamed Asparagus is more filling than you might think.
If two apples don't fill you up in the afternoon, eat another apple. If that's not enough, eat another apple. You don't have to worry about eating too many apples - just stop eating when you feel full.
Nourish your body with the specific foods (or their substitutes) that are mentioned in the cleanse and it will have countless benefits for you. During this part of the cleanse, it's worth the effort to stay away from foods that take a little more work to digest. Healing foods that are rich in beneficial substances are exactly what your body needs right now.
Day 9: on this day you mainly drink fluids to flush out any remaining poisons that the liver has picked up during the Six stage .
There is one important difference that makes this fluid day different from fasts or juice cleanses you may have tried before. The combination of celery stalks, cucumber and apple you take on Day 9 has the right balance of mineral salts, potassium and natural sugar to stabilize glucose levels while your body cleanses itself of toxins. On this final day, when your body is working so hard to get you back in shape – as always, it's important to protect your adrenals – and that's exactly what Day 9 Special Juices do.
Stick to liquid and blended
Be strict with the Day 9 Cleanse Drinks as described. At this stage of the cleanse, when your body is releasing larger amounts of poisons, viral and bacterial waste, and other pests, it needs smaller amounts of food and larger amounts of liquid-based healing solutions. These specific variants provide critical balance as you flush out toxins.
By sticking to the menu, you are stacking two critical pieces of the healing puzzle: (1) keeping the day fat-free, and (2) removing a large percentage of the digestive burden. Even healthy, wholesome foods require a certain level of digestion, especially bulkier and cooked foods. Liquids and pureed raw foods for this day are especially light and allow the body to rest from the usually strenuous digestion process.
]]>When we're sick and struggling with lingering symptoms, we seem to forget what it's like to feel good. Months and even years pass and we no longer remember the feeling of lightness and energy or even what it is like to feel healthy. Some people have never known what it's like to feel good because they've been suffering since childhood. When symptoms dominate our daily lives, it can be easy to think that we have no control over our health. The Original 3:6:9 Cleanse is a powerful way to take back control so you can move forward.
By cleansing the liver and other organs of the toxic pests responsible for chronic health problems, the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse becomes one of the most effective methods of cleansing the body. This protocol helps you relieve and even get rid of symptoms and conditions such as palpitations, hot flashes, tingling and pins and needles, aches, vertigo, dizziness, brain fog , migraines, anxiety, depression, bloating , fatigue, reproductive problems , problems with the thyroid gland , lupus, Lyme disease , rheumatoid arthritis , psoriatic arthritis, eczema, psoriasis , acne , urinary tract infections and many others. When the poisons and toxins and the viruses and bacteria that feed on them are gone, life is full of possibilities again.
You have the right to heal. You deserve to feel strong and productive and to feel healthy and energetic.
Keep these important notes in mind as you review this article:
Improvements
As we already mentioned in the article "Guide to Choosing a Cleanse - Part 1 and 2" , the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse is an improved version of the 3:6:9 Liver Cleanse from Anthony William's book Helping the Liver . Carefully read the following pages to take advantage of these improvements - for example, include celery stalk juice on all nine days of the cleanse for extra support, and add steamed zucchini to your lunch menu for the first three days. Also check out Chapter 19 - "Cleaning Basics" of the Cleansing for Health book , where you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about cleansing.
Recipes and sample menu
You will find all the recipes mentioned here in chapter 23 of the book "Cleansing for Health" . In Chapter 22, you'll also find sample menus that describe recipe options for each meal.
Adaptations and substitutions
If for some reason you cannot eat or have access to any of the foods listed on the following pages or solid foods are a problem for you, see Chapter 21, which is about modifications. There you will also find an option to include Heavy Metal Cleansing in this protocol.
For starters, it's important to think of the first three days of this cleanse as the moment we're about to take the spare wheels off the bike. The idea is not to make drastic changes because that wouldn't be helpful.

Constant bile production mode is the state most people live in due to high fat diets and the body's need to break down these fats. This pace exhausts the liver and prevents it from performing its daily tasks of detoxifying the body. When the liver finally takes a break from producing large amounts of bile, it can work to flush out the toxins it has stored deep within. ]]>Whether you choose the Original, Simplified, or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse, you'll start with a three-day preparation phase that Anthony William calls "The Three" ( days one through three at the start of each cleanse ) and is an integral part of the plan. Do not skip it by starting directly from the following days, because the body needs this preparation to benefit from the other stages as well.
During the next three days, when you go through the "Six" (from the 4th to the 6th day of the cleansing plan) , the inner cleansing begins. This is the time when your liver and other organs open up some of the old compartments full of toxins ( old drugs, petrochemicals, plastics and toxic heavy metals ), fat and viral waste that they have held for months or years.
And during the last three days, when you're in the Nine stage , the liver can relax, sending a host of pests into your bloodstream to be flushed out of your body to get you closer to your healing goals. With this stage, the 3:6:9 cleanse ends and a real change in your state of health occurs.
If you're looking for a longer cleanse, you can safely start over after completing the first 9-day cycle of the Original, Simplified or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse. You can repeat the nine day cleanse cycle as long as you like. For more guidance on this, see Chapter 13 - "Repeat of Cleansing 3:6:9" and Chapter 19 - "Basic Cleansing Instructions" of the book Cleansing for Health . There you will also clarify your questions about what to do if for some reason you need to stop the cleanse in the middle of it.
The structure of this cleanse is not arbitrary. These 3-day liver care steps, which are integral parts of the 9-day protocol, put your body into a state of deep cleansing. If you want to learn more about the meaning of these numbers, you will find information in Anthony William's book Help for the Liver . You will discover how to take advantage of the power of numbers in "The Secret of the Year of Birth Cleansing" in Chapter 19 of the book Cleansing for Health .
The 3:6:9 Cleanse is designed to help you from day one, regardless of your condition. If you're used to eating the standard way, don't worry, you don't have to prepare for the cleanse by cutting out problem foods for a whole month or doing the Morning Cleanse or Heavy Metal Cleanse , although that would be helpful too. Regardless of your diet, you can safely start with any of the 3:6:9 cleansing options.
The exception is if you are overly sensitive. If you have digestive issues that make it difficult to process a variety of foods, then consider starting with a Monofood Cleanse. In Chapter 18 of the book "Cleansing for Health" you will find a detailed explanation of it.
If you work Monday through Friday, a good option to start the purge is to start on Saturday and finish the following Sunday. That way, you'll have the first weekend to ease into the meal plan, shop for the foods you need, and prepare them for the week ahead. Then on the second weekend you will have the time and space to focus on the most important days of the cleanse.
With the release of poisons and toxins, it is possible to experience mild fatigue or emotional excitement. Purification is not only physical – it can also be a spiritual process. When you release poisons and toxins, you are parting with an older part of yourself. You release the past. While these emotions can appear at any time during the cleanse, prepare for them to happen especially during the last three days. Before you even begin the cleanse, make a plan. Choose a start date that will mean the last three days will occur at a time when you can afford to be a little more tired or emotional – which is one of the reasons why Anthony William recommends finishing the cleanse over the weekend. If your week is structured differently, or if you prefer to start on a different day for some other reason, then start your 3:6:9 cleanse whenever you want. The important thing is that this protocol finds a place in your daily life and helps you.
If you've been eating the standard way - in other words, you're used to consuming processed and fried foods or high amounts of gluten, dairy, and animal protein - and you want to jump straight into the 3:6:9 Intensive, keep in mind, that this approach will be much more radical than if you start with the Original or Simplified 3:6:9 or any of the cleanses in the Cleansing for Health book . We don't mean to scare you with this, just to prepare you for the fact that you will be excreting far more poisons and toxins into the blood than someone who had a cleaner diet before starting the 3:6:9 Intensive. Your bloodstream will quickly fill with toxins from the surface layers of your organs as well as cells and tissues throughout your body, while someone who has been eating cleaner foods will mostly release deeper stored toxins. The large amount of toxins eliminated suggests a little more rest during all 9 days of the Intensive Cleanse.
One of the best things about 3:6:9 cleanses is that they protect the adrenal glands. Unlike many other cleanses that make you starve, forcing the adrenal glands to release extra adrenaline that the liver then has to "clean up", the 3:6:9 cleanse doesn't deplete these precious glands because it doesn't starve you.
If you're cutting out foods in the wrong way—if you're doing a cleanse where food is removed without thought, consideration, or understanding of how your adrenals really work—then your adrenals can react because they haven't been alerted to such a change. The reaction will be in the form of a continuous release of adrenaline, which the body will use as a substitute for blood sugar. This way, your organs stay stable and withstand the unexpected lack of glucose from the new diet you're trying. However, the adrenal glands pay the price for this. An example of this is the older versions of the keto diet and other high-fat/high-protein diets - cutting out carbs completely weakened and damaged the adrenal glands, and then for months one felt tired and lacked energy.
If you are worried that you will experience hunger pangs during the 3:6:9 cleanses, you can rest easy. The 3:6:9 Cleanse protects you and protects your adrenal glands. You don't have to limit yourself to small portions, and each version comes with options for light additional snacks.
Although the Original 3:6:9 reduces fat intake to give the liver and pancreas a break, this is done gradually. Although the Simplified and Intensive 3:6:9 cleanses require you to abstain from radical fats at all times, you have the opportunity to satisfy your appetite and be full. Plus, all three plans are nutrient-dense and satiating at a deep cellular level.
You've decided it's time to try the 3:6:9 cleanse. How do you know which option is right for you? This brings you back to the guiding question: "What seems doable to you right now?".
Does the idea of more specific guidelines appeal to you? Want to see faster results? Then you might like the simplistic nature of the 3:6:9 Original Cleanse.
Maybe you have a very busy schedule and want to have more flexibility and the ability to eat more cooked food and don't like quick healing reactions. This is a good time to choose the Simplified 3:6:9 Cleanse.
Do you think your health is critical, or have you been eating clean for a long time, or prefer an all-raw diet and want to take it to the next level? Intensive cleansing 3:6:9 is right for you.
The original 3:6:9 cleanse gives you a little more freedom in the first 3 days to gradually transition to the strict eating plans, while the simplified version directly stops radical fats while offering more variation in the long term. Perhaps this will be a factor in your choice.
If you start with the Original 3:6:9 Cleanse and feel that it is difficult for you to follow it, or you feel discomfort, you can safely stop it and switch to the Simplified 3:6:9. Sometimes you can try the original version again. This is the essence of the leading question - things are always changing, so one does not know what the answer will be in the future.
Likewise, if you take the 3:6:9 Intensive Cleanse and decide halfway through that you'd be better off with the Original or the Simplified right now, no problem. On the other hand, your motivation to persevere with the Intensive Cleanse is likely to be strong because, if you chose it, you want deeper healing of more complex health issues. When a person is looking for a way out of an acute chronic illness that has plagued him for months or years, the relief he experiences from the Intensive Cleanse keeps him determined to complete it and even repeat it several times.
If you have an intolerance to certain foods, you will probably wonder which cleanses will be more suitable for you.
First, the Healer Medium cleanses avoid problem foods. Depending on which cleanse you try, you'll limit or eliminate the foods that disrupt your health the most—a break that will allow you to get rid of many food intolerances. Additionally, cleansing helps to relieve your liver of the burdens that cause many food sensitivities, ultimately leading to even greater relief.
Second - for the 3:6:9 cleanse, which requires eating the most specific foods, there is a whole chapter on adaptations and substitutions to deal with your food intolerances - see chapter 21 in the book Cleansing for Health .
Third, you may still be afraid to eat fruit. When someone says they have an intolerance to fruit, it probably means they have other food intolerances. Fruit is the food that takes the brunt of it because it is often wrongly attacked by experts for its fructose content.
Food intolerance is associated with a diseased liver. If you never pay attention to this liver and work to heal, cleanse or rejuvenate it, you will never be able to deal with your food intolerances, including what you may think is a fruit intolerance. Discomfort when eating fruit is usually a warning of another problem. The fruits have such a strong purifying effect that they move poisons and toxins and remove putrefying fats and proteins from the body, which in turn causes a healing reaction of swelling or rash. The 3:6:9 cleanse and other Healer Medium cleanses do not cause these problems, which are actually due to the cleansing action of the fruit.
The problems are already there and have been for longer than you realize. The same applies to the appearance of disease symptoms when we do not cleanse. The disease has been developing unnoticed for a long time - at least months, and usually years before the onset of symptoms.
When the fruit activates the cleansing process, poisons and toxins leave the liver and body and you may experience symptoms. In all likelihood, even without fruit, you would have gotten them at one point or another. For example, when the organs that have been holding these poisons and toxins reach their maximum capacity and begin to overflow, or if you have exercised a little more intensely than usual and this has displaced the poisons and toxins depots, causing symptoms several days later - late. Fruits have the power to do this faster without having to over exercise or wait for the toxic load to overflow. The cleansing nature of the fruit causes toxins to come out of the places where they are stored and leave the body.
The symptoms we think of as fruit intolerance are actually a sign of something else. For example, swelling or rashes will continue to appear regardless of our diet if we do not take care of the liver. Sometimes this happens inconsistently, at different times, with different foods - because, as I already said, the problem is not in the food, but in the liver. If the reactions disappear with little or no fruit intake, this does not mean that the problem is solved. But he remains - our liver is sick and works hard. Our condition continues to deteriorate without suspecting it, and by avoiding the fruit, we will not help ourselves.
The solution to this situation is to heal the liver, and that means detoxification. Choosing a 3:6:9 protocol will depend on what your problems are. In Chapter 21 of the Cleanse for Health book , you'll find an option to gradually enter the cleanse if you don't feel ready to do the full course. And if you're not ready to eat fruit yet, there's still a solution – a mono-meal cleanse includes fruit-free options. Or maybe you are no longer afraid of fruit and are ready to try the 3:6:9 Cleanse. If you experience swelling or rashes during the regimen, it means that you have reached that deep internal problem and healing it will eliminate the symptoms.
When you are breastfeeding, it is not a problem to undergo the Original, Simplified or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse, or any other cleanse from the Cleanse for Health book . They all help make breast milk cleaner by drawing impurities from the breast tissue.
During pregnancy, the Original and Simplified 3:6:9 cleanses are recommended because they are extremely rich in nutrients. They are healing not only for your organism, but also for that of the fetus. Instead of the Day 9 protocol, repeat the Day 8 meal plan.
If you decide to try Intensive 3:6:9 during pregnancy, discuss it with your doctor. The likely reason you are interested in this option is that you are experiencing disease symptoms during pregnancy for which you have already seen one or more doctors. Consult with them whether to apply the Intensive Cleansing 3:6:9.
If you are suffering from symptoms or conditions that make you want to consider another cleanse from the "Cleanse for Health" book during pregnancy, contact your doctor.
Children can also benefit from the Original, Simplified or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse with one major change: food quantities must be adjusted to the child's usual portions and appetite. This means that you should reduce the portions so that they are suitable for your child's appetite. If you think Day 9 of the 3:6:9 cleanse will be difficult for your child because of the many liquids, Day 8 can be repeated.
The other cleanses in the book are also totally kid-friendly. All Healer Medium cleanses are safe for children.
Sometimes people wonder if they should even be purging and wish there was a test that could give them that answer. You don't want to wait for a test to tell you that you have liver problems before you decide to take care of it. There are still no tests that detect liver problems early enough before liver steatosis or reduced function has developed.
Are there any signs of these early, undetectable stages of liver disease? Yes - symptoms. Specifically, many of the symptoms we dismiss as a normal part of life are actually indicators of incipient liver problems. This includes chronic constipation, bloating , dark circles under the eyes, brain fog , decreased energy levels, unexplained weight gain , varicose veins, inflammation, insomnia , skin problems, food sensitivities, premature aging, hot flashes, gallstones , heart palpitations, mood problems, seasonal affective disorder , unexplained hunger, reproductive problems , migraines, eczema , acne , vertigo, tingling, numbness, and many more, which Anthony William covers in detail in his book, Liver Help . If you consult a doctor because of any of these symptoms, he may tell you that your liver is in excellent condition because the medical community is not yet trained to recognize the early symptoms of liver disease.
Therefore, it is not worth waiting to hear that you have liver problems to undertake a cleanse. We all have a diseased liver that can affect almost every aspect of health. Even a person who appears to be in good shape may have the unknown initial stage of fatty liver, which causes hidden health problems. The early stages of liver disease is the perfect time to undertake the 3:6:9 Cleanse.
If you have advanced liver disease and your blood tests, imaging, or biopsy show a diagnosis of fatty liver, it doesn't mean it's too late to cleanse—quite the opposite. It just means that you most likely have a longer road ahead of you. However, the relief you'll feel and the results you'll see during the 3:6:9 Cleanse may be so quick that you'll be determined not to give up until you heal.
Testing for toxic heavy metals is a good opportunity to find out if you need to get rid of them. Note, however, that the test will only detect the presence in the blood of those toxic metals that are known to the test makers and in high enough amounts to be detected. Even if the test does not report the presence of toxic heavy metals, it is possible that you have them, and in large quantities. Heavy metals are not always found in the bloodstream. They often accumulate in organs such as the brain and liver and go unnoticed, but in no matter how small they cause trouble by damaging tissue, interfering with nerve signals and releasing corrosive substances.
As with liver problems, symptoms are what can tell us if we are suffering from high levels of toxic heavy metals. Examples of such symptoms are anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, confusion, tics, spasms, brain fog , attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease , autism, eczema, psoriasis , rosacea, vitiligo, and Crohn's disease. . However, don't wait for them to deepen to resort to the cleanse from the "Healer Medium's Toxic Heavy Metal Cleanse" article or to include the Heavy Metal Detox modification in the 3:6:9 Cleanse. As we have already discussed in the article "Pests that make us sick - toxic heavy metals" - through air, water, ready-made food, cosmetics, gasoline and rain it is possible to come into contact with toxic heavy metals that we need to get out of our body if we want to spare ourselves and our loved ones the suffering they cause us because of their long-term effects on our health.
Sometimes people worry about the side effects of a toxic heavy metal detox, and that's an important concern—especially when you're trying one of those techniques that only claim to help you remove toxic heavy metals. With them, there is a risk that metals are removed from some organs to accumulate elsewhere in the body, causing reactions and side effects. In particular, chlorella and chelation cannot be trusted to be good for detoxing from toxic heavy metals. In contrast, the heavy metal detox technique we discuss here removes the metals in a proper and safe way.
Fresh celery stalk juice is part of every cleanse in the Cleanse for Health book . It is part of every list of herbs and supplements that Anthony William recommends, as well as every book he has written. He even devoted a special book to this medicinal tonic because the juice of celery stalks is so powerful. ( "Celery Juice" - not yet translated into Bulgarian. Most of the information from the book in Bulgarian, you can find in our blog articles on "celery juice" . )
With so many directions in the health world and so many approaches that sound convincing, it's easy to give up on even trying celery stalk juice . This applies to all information in the Healing Medium series. Some people say they've tried this method and dissuade others, but they haven't really taken it seriously at all. It's like coming to a bridge and someone telling you, "I've been over it before. There is nothing on the other side.' If you believe him, you will never know that on the other side you will find a garden of paradise. This man has not come far enough to find her.
Try not to deprive yourself of this extraordinary opportunity to heal just because someone told you not to cross that bridge. Maybe he wasn't sick enough to follow the directions exactly, or maybe he got carried away with other methods. It is easy to be dissuaded before one has even begun and thus deviate from the path of healing.
The severity of symptoms is relevant to how seriously we take the treatment protocol. It can be difficult for a person to get out of bed every day and take a shower. Another may have complaints but manage to travel and hike in the mountains. Still, even the mildest symptoms bother us. A mild form of eczema or anxiety cannot be ignored. At the same time, some people in this situation still manage to live well and may not follow the guidelines exactly. They will likely lose interest quickly and abandon an otherwise successful protocol. They probably won't be as motivated and committed as someone who suffers every minute. It's easy to assume that the person who claims celery stalk juice didn't help them was in the same position as the person who says the juice saved their life. It is easy to assume that they both followed the instructions correctly and waited more than 2-3 days to feel the effect. In fact, it wasn't like that.
Why is celery stalk juice included in all cleanses? Not because it's a cute little addition, but because it enhances the action of everything else. Celery stem juice enhances all the cleanses from the Healer Medium books . It helps you get the most out of the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie , as well as all other cleansing recipes. That's how powerful and important celery stalk juice is.
Whatever you're doing for your health, whether you're on a cleanse or not, celery stalk juice gets in on it and makes it stronger so you can get its full benefits. It enhances the effect of any remedy.
If you are consuming foods or taking products that are not good for you, celery stalk juice will not magically make them good for you. It will help you against those problem foods that feed viruses and unproductive bacteria and contribute to chronic disease—the foods you're not ready to give up just yet. Celery juice is your ally.
As well as they know other aspects of health, health professionals do not have enough information about the causes of chronic diseases. In order for us to make progress, we must admit this.
On top of that, we can be misled by all those enthusiasts who are amazingly good at quickly spreading rumors and misinformation on social media, thinking they've discovered something very interesting. These people are basically pulling information from the internet and willfully or not spreading false claims, taking advantage of the growing number of confused chronically ill.
Keep all of this in mind when some emerging trend or theory makes you question the information about the purges in Anthony William's books. In the article on Intermittent Fasting, we took a detailed look at it as a trend that interferes with proper cleansing and healing, and analyzed why it is not a long-term solution to health problems. However, there are other popular methods that you can fall into, so we'll look at the trends for bulking, calorie restriction, and macronutrient counting.
Calorie counting fell out of favor after it became clear that it confused our ideas about food. In its place, counting "macros" (or macronutrients) became popular. Now young people (and older people too) are watching how many grams of fat, carbohydrates and protein are in everything they eat and trying to control their intake, all the while not taking into account the most important parts of the food we eat: phytochemicals , antioxidants, antiviral and antibacterial substances, trace elements and mineral salts. Because macronutrient counting is more complex and can be adjusted according to personal preference, we are left with the impression that it is beneficial. This is yet another trend that is about to mislead those struggling with chronic illness. Many believe this is another long-term solution. For your own protection and that of your family, you should know that this is not a long-term solution. There is no logic in counting macronutrients.
People often have trouble gaining muscle mass without gaining fat if they follow a high protein diet. The confusion comes from the widespread belief that the secret to gaining muscle and staying healthy is to eat mostly protein and keep carbohydrates to a minimum. However, fitness enthusiasts have begun to realize that protein alone is not enough to build and maintain the much-desired lean muscle mass. This results in alternating excessive calorie intake with reduced calorie intake. First, more calories are consumed than can be expended to gain mass from training, and then, when muscle is supposedly gained, which in many cases is simply accumulated water and toxic fat in and around the muscles, calories are cut in order to keep the muscle mass, but melt the fat. This method is a big mistake and leads to a vicious circle. The goal should be the exact opposite - not to have to constantly increase and sharply decrease calories in order to gain muscle mass. This strategy places an enormous burden on the body, especially the liver, which loses its ability to process and store nutrients, which leads to their deficiency and accelerates the aging process. This additional stress on the body can eventually manifest as cardiovascular disease, cholesterol imbalance , pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes , excess weight, muscle strain, wear and tear of cartilage and joints, kidney problems, reduced immunity, etc. This approach also leads to complications in autoimmune diseases.
The truth is that what contributes to the accumulation of muscle mass during intense training is carbohydrates. Meanwhile, fat added to an already high-fat, high-protein menu overloads the liver and results in body fat accumulation.
Basically, there are two camps that support the method of alternating increased and decreased calorie intake. Some deliberately stuff themselves with unhealthy foods such as doughnuts, pastas, cookies, muffins, croissants, burgers, pizza, ice cream and greasy fries - without realizing that the fat that sticks to the body is not from the carbohydrates, but from the radical fats in these foods. Others overindulge in foods they think are healthy—avocado toast, gluten-free spaghetti with butter sauce, nuts, seeds, nut butters, eggs, chicken, salmon, beans, rice with fat, hummus with tahini, oatmeal with peanut butter, and protein shakes with almond butter, almond milk, oat milk and some fruit. Some of them believe that the accumulation of body fat is due to legumes, fruits, rice and spaghetti, when in fact, as already mentioned, radical fats such as tahini, avocado, oil and the fat in eggs are to blame.
The way to build muscle safely and more efficiently is to provide adequate glucose levels to muscle cells along with enough micronutrients to help insulin easily attach to glucose and get it into muscle tissue so the muscles can are maintained without atrophy when you don't exercise and grow when you can exercise. Gaining lean muscle mass without gaining fat negates the need to cut calories.
If you've read Anthony William's books or followed his advice articles on our blog , you know that a high-protein (meaning high-fat) diet is taxing on the body. However, the good thing is that at least people refrain from processed foods and include vegetables in their menu. When eating a lot of protein and a lot of carbohydrates at the same time, one is not very careful and is more likely to consume the mentioned processed foods, which are not good for anyone.
Those who advocate the theory of alternating increased and decreased calorie intake do not realize that if they instead keep the diet low in protein and fat while increasing carbohydrates, they can build proper muscle without gaining fat. which they then have to take down.
This is why none of the cleanses in Anthony William's books are protein and fat based. They consist of the true sources of health and strength—the fresh juice of celery stalks , leafy greens, other vegetables, and what Anthony William calls the essential clean carbohydrates —fruits, squash, sweet and potato, that our bodies need. .
Many people fear that cleansing leads to muscle loss. That fear can be heightened when they flip through the pages of cleanses and see that they don't have calorie restriction and macronutrient counts. They worry that afterwards they won't look the way they want and maybe they will say to themselves: "This one doesn't understand anything!" This is the shadow of the old protein monster that has ruled our minds since the 1930s, and it will prevent people from getting the help they need from Anthony William's books . Don't be one of them. Don't write off the Healing Medium protocols as worthless just because they don't involve increased or decreased calorie intake and macronutrient counting. You already know the truth! These cleanses will fill you with strength and energy and at the same time restore your health.]]>How do you choose between a cleanse from the book "Cleansing for Health" and another cleanse from the other books in the "Healing Medium" series? If you've read them, you know that in almost all of them, Anthony William includes at least one cleansing suggestion. Whether to start with the 28-Day Healing Cleanse from The Healing Medium - Revised and Expanded Edition , the 90-Day Thyroid Rehab from Thyroid Healing , or the 3:6:9 Cleanse he first introduced in " Help for the liver" ?
Sometimes it's hard to navigate the possibilities. In the Cleanse for Health book alone , there are five main methods – Anti-Pathogen Cleanse , Morning Cleanse , Heavy Metal Cleanse , Monofood Cleanse , and 3:6:9 Cleanse – and almost every one of them has different variations. Intermittent fasting, water fasting, and juice fasting options are also included for adherents of these practices. Where to start? This article will help you in your choice.
Here are the main topics we will cover:
As we consider which cleanse to choose, we must remember that our bodies change. When we first embark on a cleanse, we may have been suffering from a chronic illness for a long time, which has created numerous nutrient deficiencies. In addition, every year we are exposed to different pests. Sometimes our liver is toxic and sluggish, then it needs special care and should be our priority because it is this congestion that has made our body so toxic. In other cases, we go through an emotionally difficult period and begin to eat poorly and release a huge amount of adrenaline. It happens that we are attacked by a new pathogen that can weaken our immune system. Life meets us with difficulties that constantly change us. One cleanse may be appropriate for the moment, but in half a year we may need another. This may continue to change or repeat itself over the years.
Use the following guiding question when choosing a cleanse: " What feels doable to me right now?" The most beneficial thing for you will be the cleansing you will actually do.
Maybe for now you will be able to remove a few harmful foods from your menu for a while. If so, read more about the Anti-Pathogen Cleanse to find out how cutting out certain foods can bring you relief. Choose the level that's right for you, and one day you might even tackle the 3:6:9 Cleansing.
If you travel a lot, as much as you'd like to try the 3:6:9 Cleanse, it's just not feasible with your schedule. In that case, maybe the morning cleanse will be feasible enough to last you until you get a nine-day free period to get serious about the 3:6:9.
Maybe you're trying to help a loved one who suffers from anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or Alzheimer's disease, but they don't want to follow the directions for every meal. In this case, it will be useful for you to read and learn more about Heavy Metal Cleansing .
If you have sensitive digestion, before starting the 3:6:9 Cleanse, you should be able to process food without feeling pain or irritation. This is an excellent time to introduce the Monofood Cleanse to give your body a gentle detox and restoration of the gut lining that will allow you to one day move on to the 3:6:9 Cleanse protocols.
Or maybe you're fed up with other chronic disease symptoms, your gut is functioning well enough, and you're ready for a change. This is the perfect time to take the Original, Simplified or Intensive 3:6:9 Cleanse for a complete change.
And once you've completed the 3:6:9 cleanse as many times as you need, you may feel ready to tackle the 28-day cleanse or the 90-day thyroid rehab from Anthony William's other books. If you have already completed one or more of the Healing Medium series cleanses - congratulations! Thus you have prepared your body for the deeper healing effects of the 3:6:9 protocols.
It is extremely important to give the body and mind what they need to heal. Whatever you start with will change you. Then, when you again ask yourself the leading question " What seems doable to me right now?" ”, in all probability the answer will already be different.
One answer is that whichever cleanse you choose, you can't go wrong. Each cleansing from the Healing Medium books prepares you for the next.
Also, any 3:6:9 protocol is almost always an excellent start. This cleanse is the most effective and the shortest, making it easy to do. The 3:6:9 cleanse directly targets the foundation of health – the liver – and restores the body's strength. By helping the liver to rid itself of the poisons and pathogens that have accumulated deep within it and prevent it from functioning, you are aiding in your overall healing.
By the way, if you're wondering how the 3:6:9 cleanses differ from the Health Cleanse and Liver Help books , the answer is simple - The original 3:6:9 Cleanse is the same as the Liver Healing Plan fraction, only with some improvements. In addition, in the book "Cleansing for Health" Anthony William offers two more options - simple and intensive, which are new.
You choose which option to do and we will look at their comparison a little further. You can also upgrade the Original or Simplified 3:6:9 by adding a heavy metal detox modification to it. You will find information about this in Chapter 21 of the book "Cleansing for Health" . ( The 3:6:9 Intensive Cleanse now contains a heavy metal detox. )
Once you've completed the 3:6:9 cleanse, you can repeat its nine-day cycle as many times as you like, choose one of the other cleanses for long-term healing or health maintenance, or return to your normal lifestyle. Whichever plan of the Medium Healer series you choose after Purging 3:6:9 will be much more effective because of what has already been accomplished. This lays the foundation for even better results from the healing practices you will undertake subsequently.

And now let's take a closer look at the choice of cleansing. When we try to cleanse the body, we need to think about what we are actually trying to eliminate. What do the words detox and cleanse mean? What are we trying to get out of our body? Popular detox regimens do not provide specific explanations for the nature of poisons and toxins and their removal from the body. In fact, no one knows what, if anything, leaves the body.
The word detox calls attention to toxins. It makes you realize that first a toxicity has occurred, and then you begin to wonder about the origin of that toxicity. The last thing industries want is for us to become aware of their poisons and what they do to us, and the need to purge. If we are not aware of the industrial poisons that contribute to making us sick, it ends up forcing us to spend our money trying to cure ourselves, and their manufacturers will only profit from this.
In a series of articles under the general title "Pests That Make Us Sick" , we have looked in detail at what we should try to cleanse our bodies of and most importantly, what we should try to limit our exposure to. Here is a brief summary of what is hidden in our body: first, traces of industrial chemicals that have seeped into all our organs. Many of them were
produced before we were born and passed down from generation to generation at conception. Therefore, when we think about cleansing, it is necessary to approach in great detail. We must consider the toxic heavy metals, insecticides and other pesticides, fungicides, residual fumes, household cleaners, air fresheners, scented candles, hair sprays, perfumes, colognes and other everyday chemicals that saturate our tissues. We have to think about all the organs and especially the liver and the brain.
Let's not forget the pathogens. One of the main reasons we strive to eliminate industrial toxins is that they feed pathogens and cause disease. This is the biggest problem - the more toxic industrial chemicals and poisons lurk in our body, the more food there is for the countless viruses and disease-causing bacteria. Different symptoms and diseases result from different combinations of pathogens and toxins in the body.
We do our body a huge favor when we cleanse these pests. You will notice that in the 3:6:9 Cleanse, as with every other cleanse in the Cleanse for Health book, dietary fat is limited. The idea is to thin the blood. As already mentioned, today almost everyone eats too much fat, which prevents the body from carrying out a daily detox. When you dilute the blood, poisons easily come to the surface of the tissues and freely enter the bloodstream. When we add foods that contain beneficial substances and healing phytochemicals, and which make up absolutely all cleanses in the Healing Medium series, we promote the removal of toxins from the body and recovery from the damage caused by pathogens and poisons.
When someone is suffering from multiple chronic illnesses, it can be difficult to decide where to begin with what a Healing Medium has taught them. As already mentioned, the 3:6:9 Purification is a very good starting point. It builds strength faster, so when a person later decides to do another detox protocol, it will be easier to follow and reap more benefits.
We must keep in mind that each of us has a different mix and variety of pathogens, toxic heavy metals and other pests. We face different emotional challenges, losses and stressors and rely on different sources of help and support. Some of us have yet to face emotional or even financial challenges. All of these differences play a role in how we feel and how our body works as it searches for answers to healing. Baseless statements like "My body doesn't like this food," "This approach isn't for me, but maybe it will work for you," or "This food doesn't work for me because my body works differently, but it will work for you ' miss something important: our bodies function in a very similar way. If it seems to you that this is not the case, it is because of the different physical and emotional difficulties that we go through that affect our health in different ways. Anyone can benefit from the information in the Healer Medium's books .
It's important to reiterate that you can't go wrong with your cleansing choices. It's impossible to make a mistake. All Healing Medium cleanses are good and will help stop the progression of the disease. None of them will be a waste of time and effort - on the contrary, you will achieve excellent results.
Each cleanse is effective in its own way, and each cleanse heals many aspects of the body – for example, when you start the 90-day thyroid rehab, you don't neglect the liver or the brain. Take another look at the main features of cleanses and see what makes the most sense for you at this time. If the Healing Medium 28 Day Cleanse appeals to you and you can do it, do it. And if you prefer one of the Cleanses 3:6:9 - start with it. If you are looking for a long-term cleanse, repeat 3:6:9 several times, and why not the intensive version if you have the opportunity.
The 3:6:9 cleanse effectively sets the stage for any other Healing Medium cleanse, so if you're still undecided, start with the 3:6:9. It's the perfect first cleanse to prepare you for the other cleanses, and it's also the most basic cleanse. Once you experience its results, you will always be able to rely on it as a great guide to lean on.
This by no means means that you must start with a 3:6:9 cleanse. The other minutes of Anthony William's books also provide an excellent foundation. The reason it offers so many options is that they are tailored to your needs. Some are longer, others shorter; some have a flexible schedule, others - a certain rhythm, and still others - a specific feature. Some focus on specific healing foods, while others cover a wider perimeter. Some offer you ideas as part of your regular routine, while others give you a menu for the whole day.
Remember that you have the freedom to make changes. We are constantly evolving physically, emotionally and spiritually, so we should be able to change in terms of cleansings as well. If one plan works for you now, months or a year from now you may find that another works for you. There are periods when we travel more; there are periods when we spend more time at home or at work and this affects the way we eat. Trying each different cleanse is a highly individual experience.
If you're still wondering which cleanse to choose, it's time to break out of that loop. Whichever cleanse you choose from the Healer Medium's books , it will be the right one for you. The angels know that your body wants to heal. The universe knows your body wants to heal. God knows your body is ready to heal. You will get the right guidance in the beginning and you will be free to choose another cleanse in the future. The results will make the direction clearer.

]]>We are all exposed to heavy metals every day, through sources such as air fresheners, tattoo ink, scented candles, colognes, perfumes, fabric softener, toothpaste, cafe coffee or tea, tap water, pots and pans in restaurants, aluminum cans and the air we breathe – just to name a few. It is impossible to avoid all of them in our daily lives, let alone the ones we are born with or those we have been exposed to in the past that have not left our body. Toxic heavy metals do not leave the body naturally, they must be removed using the right combination of foods that trap them and remove them from the body safely and effectively. The Healer Medium's Toxic Heavy Metal Cleanse is specifically designed to help us flush these pests out of our bodies. It's important to read all the details about the cleanse in the Cleanse for Health book to make sure you're doing it right.
Every day for three months, and ideally at six months, a year or more, you can follow this protocol:
Toxic heavy metals, by themselves or in combination with viruses, cause numerous chronic diseases, symptoms and conditions, including:
It is extremely important to know the truth about toxic heavy metals and how to eliminate them from the body in order to recover from chronic symptoms and conditions. Anthony William covers this topic in detail in his book Cleanse for Health .
Some of the toxic heavy metals that can make us sick are:
These metals accumulate in different areas of different organs. The two most popular places where they gather are the brain and the liver.
"Toxic heavy metals have a charge that interferes with electrical impulses in the brain. Neurotransmitters are chemicals whose job it is to transmit signals from one neuron to another neuron or cell. However, in the presence of toxic heavy metals such as aluminum and mercury, the electrical impulses are weakened and disorders occur in electrical activity, leading to a host of symptoms and illnesses that develop over many years. Cloudy thinking, memory problems, confusion, anxiety, and depression are just a few. Toxic heavy metals in the brain can also lead to Alzheimer's, dementia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) , Parkinson's disease and even bipolar disorder, mania and schizophrenia.
The problem may not be the accumulation of toxic heavy metals themselves. They oxidize and release a byproduct that can reach neighboring brain cells and affect more neurons, causing more symptoms or worsening existing ones. In addition, heavy metals interact with each other and thus become more problematic. For example, when mercury and aluminum come into contact, a highly toxic reaction occurs where both metals can oxidize even faster. This often causes neurological symptoms." - Excerpt from the book Cleansing for Health . In it you can read more about how toxic heavy metals work and how they cause symptoms and conditions.
Removal of toxic heavy metals
Toxic heavy metals do not leave the body on their own. We need to take the right steps to remove them effectively. The Toxic Heavy Metal Cleanse in Cleanse for Health is designed to help you do just that.
You can also choose to do the Advanced 3:6:9 Cleanse for a longer period of time, which also clears out toxic heavy metals, or do the Toxic Heavy Metal Detox Modification that Anthony William shares in Chapter 21 of his book "Cleansing for health" .
Whichever option you choose, know that you will effectively remove the toxic heavy metals that we are exposed to in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the prepared food we eat, the cosmetics we apply, the fuel we fill our cars with, the rain that seeps into our skin and in many other ways. It is worth getting rid of toxic heavy metals if we want to save ourselves and our loved ones the unpleasant moments of their long-term effects on our health.

No one wants to shrink, to become shorter. No one wants their nails to become brittle and discolored. No one wants their teeth to darken and decay or develop cataracts or degenerative retinal disease. We just don't want to get old - we constantly talk about anti-aging, not exposure to radiation that accelerates the aging process. It contributes to the degeneration of cells. It's true that cells are constantly renewed, but radiation doesn't just disappear. We need to take active action using the 3:6:9 Cleanse and Heavy Metal Detox. (Heavy metal detox also targets radiation.) Otherwise, radiation stays with us even after death—hundreds of years after we're buried, our remains continue to emit radiation.
Radiation lowers immunity. Maintaining a strong immune system is extremely important to be able to fight off the pathogens and toxins we encounter every day. When we fly an airplane, we are exposed to a huge amount of radiation. Radioactive particles from tragedies such as Fukushima, Hiroshima and Chernobyl are still floating in the sky. Also, having just gone through baggage check, all the passengers on the plane have put their suitcases in the compartments above the seats, and all this concentration of radiation is right over our heads. And when we add the other sources of radiation, for example, X-rays, computed tomography, nuclear magnetic resonance, mobile phones and even food and water. If there is anything we can do to protect our health and vitality, it is worth doing.” - excerpt from "Cleansing for Health"
You might be surprised to hear that MRI is a source of radiation exposure. The industry does not tell us that there is a specific form of radiation that comes from an MRI that is different from the radiation that comes from X-rays and CT scans. Additionally, MRIs are often performed at the same medical center or in the same area of the medical facility where X-rays and CT scans are performed. This means that when you go for an MRI, you may inadvertently be exposed to additional radiation just because you are in the same area where these services are offered. You can sit in the waiting room or lounge of a medical center and be exposed to radiation from dozens of people carrying radiation from X-rays or CT scans performed at the same center. Also, many people who get an MRI have already had X-rays or a CT scan very recently, which means you could be exposed to the radiation they bring with them to the medical center. Again, we cannot avoid all exposure to radiation, which is why knowing how to remove it from your body using the information in the Cleanse for Health book is so helpful.
“Here's a lesser-known source of radiation - the luggage that just went through the check-in scanner. The bags collect radiation that stays on them for years – even centuries. Every time your backpack, bag or briefcase passes through the scanner, radiation accumulates on it and increases with each trip. That's why we have to throw the bags out of our carry-on every three trips. Checked bag scanners emit less radiation, so you may throw out those bags less often, say after 6 trips. (We're actually talking about a one-way trip. A round trip counts as two trips.)
This information sounds a little startling. This advice seems drastic and unreasonable, especially given the popularity of expensive suitcases and the attitude that we should use our belongings for as long as possible. You must be asking yourself - "Can I afford to buy a new suitcase every 2-3 trips?" Isn't that a waste?” – and rightfully so. The more important question is: Can you afford not to? Especially if you have a newborn or toddler who is even briefly around bags you've flown multiple times with, can you afford to expose them to that? (About the protection of children - in a moment.)
We also need to think about where we keep the bags we travel with at home. Especially when we have children or suffer from chronic diseases, we must be very careful not to leave frequently used luggage nearby. What if you're using the wardrobe in the nursery to store the family's carry-on that you've been on 5, 6 or 7 trips with? What if you sleep near the backpack you've traveled with 10 times and it emits radiation under your nose every night? Think about these questions. If you have children, try to change your travel bags regularly. Be especially careful not to let the baby near the luggage you were on the plane with. If you don't have children and can't afford to change suitcases, keep them as far as possible from where you spend most of your time at home.
What about the items that were in the luggage when it went through airport security? The biggest thing that collects the most radiation is the bag itself. Computers, phones and clothes are smaller and we keep them in separate places at home. We usually don't put all the shirts, pants, and sweaters from the trip in the same drawer where the radiation they absorb can accumulate. Also, these smaller items are replaced with new ones more often than travel bags, and we don't use them all the time, so it shouldn't be too much of a concern. The same applies to packaged food in hand luggage. When we consume something that has passed through the scanner, we absorb a small dose of radiation. However, the food they sell at the airport has also passed through a scanner. If you're eating while traveling and especially need fluids, take care of your health later with cleansing measures like the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie .
This is what we mean when we talk about a normal lifestyle. There are exposures we cannot avoid. There are some that we can limit. Either way, it would be good for us to be informed. Then we'll make sensible decisions, like next time buying a cheap travel bag to throw away after a few flights, and not letting kids sleep near radiation-emitting luggage. If you're concerned that regularly throwing away travel bags is wasteful, think about the costs of illness and hospitalizations and how that would affect all aspects of your life.
It is possible that one day more attention will be paid to radiation at airports. If it does, expect to hear experts claim that radiation levels on luggage, if detectable at all, are harmless. That doesn't mean radiation is harmless - it's like being told mercury fillings are safe. Trust the truth.” - excerpt from the book "Cleansing for Health" .
In his book Cleansing for Health, Anthony William shares advanced information about what happens in the body that causes symptoms and conditions to develop, and provides protocols for cleansing and healing. Thanks to them, you will discover how to cleanse your body of pathogens and toxins responsible for disease (including radiation), strengthen your immune system and other systems in the body, provide your body with the necessary hydration and nutrients, heal yourself emotionally and spiritually so that you can experience all the benefits that proper cleansing offers. Cleanse for Health is written with the sole purpose of becoming your compassionate ally and guide as you make the choices that are best for the health of you and your family.]]>If you want to heal, Anthony William recommends limiting or completely avoiding the following:
Many people are sensitive to these ingredients, and while some of them may seem fun at the moment, their impact on our physical and emotional state is not so pleasant. Anthony William shares exactly how you can cleanse your body of these chemicals in food in his book Cleanse for Health .
Aspartame and other artificial sweeteners
You can find them in diet sodas as well as hidden in flavorings. Aspartame enters the deep, inner core of the liver and is unique in the way it is stored in the liver – it tends to injure the small blood vessels in the liver, causing them to atrophy or shrink. Other artificial sweeteners are also highly toxic to the liver.
Citric acid
Citric acid is very irritating to the lining of the stomach and intestinal tract, so it can cause severe inflammation and discomfort if you are sensitive to it. Citric acid (the additive) is not the same thing as the naturally occurring acid in citrus fruits. It is important not to confuse them. Citrus is a healing food in itself. However, the isolated ingredient citric acid is often of corn origin. Especially if you're experiencing any stomach aches, keep an eye out for citric acid on ingredient labels and consider avoiding foods that contain it.
Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
MSG usually accumulates in the brain, penetrating deep into the brain tissue. It can then cause inflammation and swelling, kill thousands of brain cells, disrupt electrical impulses, weaken neurotransmitters, burn out neurons, make you feel confused and anxious, and even lead to microstrokes. It also weakens and damages your central nervous system. Monosodium glutamate is especially harmful if you have a disease that affects the brain or central nervous system. However, there are no circumstances in which it would be useful to you. As a result, this is a supplement you should always avoid.
The following terms on food labels usually mean that they contain monosodium glutamate: glutamate, hydrolyzed, autolyzed, protease, carrageenan, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, balsamic vinegar, barley malt, malt extract, yeast extract, brewer's yeast, corn starch, wheat starch , modified food starch, gelatin, textured protein, whey protein, soy protein, soy sauce, broth and seasoning.
Natural and artificial fragrances
Any ingredient with a name like natural flavoring is hidden MSG. Natural cherry flavor, natural orange flavor, natural lemon flavor, natural fruit flavor... they are not just fruit extracts. The same goes for smoke flavor, turkey flavor, beef flavor, natural mint flavor, natural maple flavor, natural chocolate flavor, natural vanilla flavor, etc. (Although pure vanilla extract is safe to use.) Any type of natural flavoring potentially contains numerous biohazards and chemical compounds.
Artificial fragrances can be any one of thousands of chemicals that have been created in a laboratory. Do not take risks by consuming them.
Nutritional yeast
Nutritional yeast is an MSG-tainted ingredient—there's a reason it's so addictive, with people pouring it in to flavor countless foods. It also has the potential to be an irritant to the digestive system and feed pathogens such as non-productive bacteria.
Preservatives
If you're already anti-preservatives and make sure to buy foods that don't list them, that doesn't mean they aren't sneaking into your diet. Responsibility borders on recklessness when it comes to listing all preservatives on product labels. Not to mention, it's been years before you know it, so your liver has had plenty of time to accumulate different varieties of chemically created preservatives. Your liver may be storing preservatives from a hot dog you ate decades ago, cotton candy from an amusement park, an imitation fruit flavored milkshake, a purple iced frappe... the list is endless.
Alcohol
Alcohol is extremely hard on the liver, making it sluggish, slow and stagnant and damaging liver cells. When someone drinks, it interferes with the liver's ability to recognize, decipher, extract, and retain the vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial elements that also enter the bloodstream. This slows the liver's ability to perform its more than 2,000 chemical functions for the body. ( Don't let this stop you from using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Killing the flu virus, strep, or other pathogen you'll encounter in a public restroom or other smelly place is far more important than how much your liver will suffer from this disinfecting wipe ).
In the case of herbal tinctures, actively seek alcohol-free options (avoid the word ethanol as well). You can also refer to the Preferred Dietary Supplements page from Anthony William's blog ( https://www.medicalmedium.com/preferred/supplements ). He maintains this directory of high-quality nutritional supplements to help you choose the ones that will be most beneficial to you.
Formaldehyde
You can be exposed to this chemical from many sources, everywhere from cosmetics to pharmaceuticals, from carpets to food. It does what alcohol does to the liver, only much stronger. It is also fuel for viruses.
Learn more about the pests that make you sick and to avoid and how to heal yourself in the book Cleanse for Health .]]>By eliminating certain foods from your diet that are described in the Anti-Pathogen Cleansing chapter of Anthony William's book Cleansing for Health , you will prevent pathogens from developing and break the cycle of chronic health problems.
An Anti-Pathogen Cleanse gives your body a break from foods that also suppress the immune system, liver and digestive system ( you choose what level of foods you want to eliminate - read "Cleansing for Health" for information on the possible levels of this cleanse ). Eliminating these foods frees up more room in your diet for healing foods to help your body recover.
You can also adapt toxic heavy metal detoxification while doing the anti-pathogenic cleanse. When you read the book Cleanse for Health , you will be able to decide what is right for you and find out how to do it.
A quick look at the anti-pathogen cleanse
Drink 500 ml every morning on an empty stomach. or more fresh celery stalk juice . Do not add anything to it like ice, water, lemon, apple, spinach, cucumber, ginger, collagen, apple cider vinegar or anything else.
Eliminate problem foods from your diet (choose any of the levels between level 1 and level 5 of the "Cleanse for Health" as desired). Some examples of the different levels include:
You can choose the level that suits you.
Drink at least 1 liter of water during the day.
Follow the directions in Cleanse for Health for 2 to 4 weeks or take it for life.]]>Today, different strains of bacteria are responsible for many different symptoms and conditions, including small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) , acne , yeast infections, urinary tract infections, sinus infections, chronic sinusitis, food poisoning, infertility, urinary tract infections blisters, lung infections, most ear infections, etc.
Mold is not the real cause of disease like bacteria, but it is a trigger. This means that exposure to mold can suppress your immune system so that any underlying viruses or bacteria that cause diseases, symptoms and conditions can thrive and develop. When these pathogens multiply, new symptoms or conditions may appear or existing health problems may worsen.
Parasites are a very real cause of problems, but they are often misdiagnosed and misunderstood. If someone is truly infected with a parasite, they will fight for their living situation. Either the parasite will win, meaning someone may lose their life, or the human will defeat it. If someone has been struggling with chronic health symptoms and conditions for an extended period of time, they are likely caused by underlying viral and bacterial infections rather than parasites.
The way to support your body is to kill and starve bacteria, feed your body with the right foods and supplements, strengthen your immune system, cleanse and heal your liver, and clear out bacteria and germs. Taking care of your liver is the real key to creating health in the rest of your body, and cleansing is the best liver care.
You will learn more about the bacteria and microbes that attack our body and how to heal your body in Anthony William's book - "Cleansing for Zdave" .
]]>There are very specific reasons why we face so many chronic diseases today. Anthony William shares these reasons in his book Cleanse for Health . There are pathogens and toxins behind chronic illness and symptoms, and it's important to know the truth about them and how to cleanse your body to begin healing.
"Even when a large part of the population is experiencing mild to severe symptoms, people often prefer not to know that there are toxic heavy metals or pathogens in their bodies. This is especially true for the young. They cannot accept the idea of a pathogen living in their body When a young person in their twenties or thirties suffers from a symptom or disease, they tend to think that the cause is a lack of protein or good fats in the diet, some imbalance in the digestive tract, too many carbohydrates, or even only when he has tried all of these and found that they do not help him, he becomes wiser and is willing to understand and accept that there is a possibility that toxins, viruses or other pathogens in his body are making him sick.
Our planet is not clean. It is not easy for her to live in good health. Maybe there are no toxins on other planets, nothing harmful, and the cells of the people living there have not been exposed to poisons since the Industrial Revolution. But here it is. We all have pathogens inside us that feed on drugs and traces of industrial waste - some more, some less. There are poisons and toxins built up in our cells that won't leave them until we do something about it. We can't just assume we don't need cleansing. We can't just assume that the body naturally takes care of everything, and we just have to follow the best modern diet or what is thought to be the "right" one. It is a big mistake to believe that any 'healthy', 'balanced' or 'intuitive' eating regimen negates the need for detoxification." - excerpt from the book "Cleansing for Health" .
One of the biggest root causes of chronic symptoms and conditions is viruses and the viral debris they produce. Below we list some of the viruses that are responsible for so many symptoms and conditions.
"When we bombard our liver with the wrong foods and fluids every morning, we unwittingly deprive it of its all-important morning regimen of detoxification. Thus, we compromise the very essence of our health and well-being. The consequences are far more serious than if we skip our morning meditation , brushing your teeth, exercising or talking on the phone – or avoiding the phone if it's part of your regimen. we allow."
It is these pests (specifically pathogens and toxins) that your body tries to remove in the morning that are the cause of chronic diseases, symptoms and conditions. These pathogens and toxins are stored in your liver and elsewhere in the body as well. Even if you have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and told that it is an autoimmune condition and your body is attacking itself, the truth is that pathogens and toxins are still the cause of your symptoms and conditions. Your body is never attacked. You can read about this truth in Cleansing for Health .
"As a result of the radical fats we consume in the morning, our liver becomes overloaded and produces too much bile to break them down. If we ate a meal with a high fat content the night before, the liver is already tired while processing it during the night. Let's not forget that at the same time he was busily collecting the poisons and toxins and preparing them for disposal in the morning.
Every day we eat fat for breakfast, we prevent the body from doing its natural detoxification. On the other hand, every morning we work in harmony with the body, hydrating it and abstaining from radical fats, we walk the path of healing. That's what a morning cleanse is all about." - Excerpted from Cleanse for Health .
In Cleansing for Health, Anthony William provides an in-depth understanding of how the morning cleanse works, exactly how to do it and what not to do to ensure its effectiveness, as well as countless other important tips and a wealth of healing information for everyone , who wants to heal with the morning cleanse or any of the other cleanses or information in the book. Below in the article we will give you a quick overview of some of the key elements of a morning cleanse, but please note that it is essential that you read at least the entire morning cleanse chapter in the book to ensure that you do it right and you get the benefit of the time and effort you put into it.
After waking up in the morning:
What to eat:
Do not consume:
For better results from the morning cleanse, do not eat any of the problem foods described in Chapter 7 of the Cleanse for Health book all morning (ideally all day).
In Cleanse for Health, you'll also find detailed guidance on how to choose the right cleanse for you, when to use the morning cleanse versus another cleanse, for how long, and much more information on how to make the morning cleanse work for you. The book contains healing information and wisdom for anyone living with a chronic symptom or condition of any kind, or anyone who wants to preserve and protect their health for the future. The truth is that today we are all exposed to pests that cause disease in one way or another, so it has never been more important to know how to protect and take care of our body.]]>Petroleum products include:
Let's take a brief look at some of these pests. Read more about each of these in Anthony William's book Help for the Liver .
Exhaust gas is the most common pest you encounter. Exposure to them occurs when you walk down the street, pick up a package from the courier's van while it is still running, get stuck in traffic on the way to work, pass a mowed lawn or mow your own, go to a restaurant for lunch, just when someone starts a car a few meters away from you, etc. Although carbon monoxide is deadly if someone is poisoned by it when there is insufficient ventilation for the exhaust gases, it is not the poison that enters the liver. It is the petrochemical particles in the exhaust itself that end up in the liver.
Imagine a world covered in dust too fine to see, inhaled and consumed by every creature on the planet. This is our world, and dioxins are this "dust". These pollutants, a byproduct of over 100 years of chemical plant abuse, end up in the air, water and food. Modern life is an embodiment of dioxin exposure.
Carpet chemicals include the chemicals used to treat new carpets during their manufacture, the chemicals released from old carpets when they are cleaned, and the carpet cleaning chemicals themselves. We breathe in carpet chemicals and they also get on our skin and clothes when we sit on carpets or walk on them with bare feet.
You can read more about the group of petroleum products in Anthony William's book Help for the Liver . Information on how to clear these toxins from your body and heal yourself from chronic diseases, symptoms and conditions can be found in both Helping the Liver and Cleansing for Health .]]>The most common pests of industrial chemistry:
Let's take a brief look at some of these pests. You can read more about each of these in Anthony William's book Help for the Liver .
DDT, other pesticides and herbicides are the main cause of immune suppression - they weaken people's bodies so that pathogens and pollutants can take advantage of them. Generation after generation, DDT can make members of a family susceptible to the same diseases. So a simple condition that can be cured by detoxification starts to be passed down as a genetic problem that can be much more difficult to deal with.
Although DDT is now in our history, it still haunts us - for example by making our liver hypersensitive (viruses are the other cause of major liver disorders), causing diabetes, enlarging the spleen and heart, causing indigestion, causing migraines and chronic depression , creates skin diseases and disrupts hormones. We are still exposed to DDT as it remains in the environment and enters our food chain.
Fungicides are being used more and more, being sprayed on new clothes and manufactured goods – from jeans to dresses, underwear and outerwear, socks, shoes, furniture, mattresses and blankets. Originally created to remove molds - such as fungi on agricultural crops and those that spread in hospitals, fungicides now have much wider applications. Fungicides have a perfumey scent that is easy to distinguish if you pay attention. Whenever you can wash or dry a new item you purchase, do so.
Fluoride is a byproduct of aluminum that is highly toxic to the liver, causing liver cell damage.
Chlorine is highly toxic to the liver, it lowers the immune function of the organ.
You can read more about the group of industrial chemical products causing problems in Anthony William's book Liver Help . Information on how to clear these toxins from your body and heal yourself from chronic diseases, symptoms and conditions can be found in both Helping the Liver and Cleansing for Health .]]>The disgusting nature of these toxic chemicals, which each of us has been exposed to throughout our lives and usually continues to be regularly exposed to in one way or another—for example, in offices, restaurants, doctors' offices, and public places or when we are around other people— means that each of us carries within us these toxins that must be cleared from the body. These insidious toxins do not leave the body on their own, not with the high-fat diets that almost everyone has been subjected to for most of their lives, and with the pathogens and other toxins that most of us carry around. You need to know exactly how to support your body and liver in the right way so that it can do the hard work of cleansing you of the toxins that are deep in your liver and cells. You will find this vital information in the pages of Anthony William's book Cleanse for Health .
Even if you don't believe you've been exposed to toxins, chemicals, or pathogens, or if you're not currently struggling with symptoms or conditions, your health will inevitably be affected in one way or another in the future. It is now almost impossible to avoid developing symptoms or conditions at some point in your life with everything we face these days. The way to prevent or reduce the risk of this, or the way to recover from already experienced symptoms or conditions, is to know how to properly cleanse and heal your body.
Household chemical products are only one group of the causes of problems that can make us sick. Let's look at the pests in this group:
Below in the article you will find an excerpt from Anthony William's book "Cleaning for Health" which is specific to some of these household chemical products.
Air fresheners, scented candles, conventional detergents, fabric softeners, perfumes, colognes and aftershaves
"We all think it's normal and actually nice to be surrounded by synthetic chemicals with pleasant fragrances. Who does it really please? If no one actually likes the smell of cologne - neither the wearer nor the people around them, why so many people use it? Just five people wearing cologne in a room of a hundred people and the air will be saturated with the fragrance.
Do not underestimate the toxic levels of products in this category. Just because these products have scents that we've been taught to identify as pleasant, whether they're in our home or on our bodies, doesn't mean they're safe. These are some of the most dangerous chemicals that threaten our health.
For example, we think that by using an air freshener, we are creating a more pleasant environment. However, as soon as we activate the air freshener from the outlet, our sense of smell is instantly dulled. When you live in a home, work in an office, or other environment with an air freshener on that releases chemical-filled fumes into the air, you may not even be able to smell them anymore. After plugging them into the wall, many people forget the air fresheners are there and don't notice when they're done because the walls, bedding, pillows, furniture, vents, and blinds are saturated with its scent. And until we clear our sense of smell of that scent, it's almost impossible to smell anything else.
These chemically flavored and vaporized poisons harm the lungs – their waxy, oily residue accumulates in the lung alveoli. If you are a non-smoker but still love electric air fresheners, you would be better off ditching the air freshener and starting smoking. That's right - you actually have a better chance of long-term health and complication-free vitality if you smoke cigarettes than if you breathe in the fumes from electric air fresheners day in and day out. Does that give you a clear picture of things?
The oily film from air fresheners does not only affect the lungs, but also reaches the liver through the bloodstream. In addition, when we inhale it through the mouth, it also enters the intestinal tract, from where it enters the bloodstream and is again directed to the liver. Air freshener residues in this organ can reduce liver function. If a truly inquisitive surgeon were to open up the body of a patient who had lived for years in a space heavily saturated with air freshener, he would smell the aroma of the air freshener that had seeped into the patient's blood and cells.
The chemicals in synthetic fragrances can quickly lower the immune system. What does this mean? It means that when the chemicals enter the bloodstream, our natural killer cells - lymphocytes and other white blood cells - absorb them and this immediately weakens our immune cells and even kills some of them. Our white blood cells need clean, fresh, oxygenated blood. Under the influence of chemical aromas, their number decreases. Exposure to large doses of air fresheners, scented candles, colognes, perfumes or other similar odors can lead to reduced immunity after only 3-4 days. Pathogens can take advantage of this and "raise their heads" - especially because the chemicals in synthetic fragrances feed viruses and bacteria, causing them to multiply and make illness worse. A person who has a urinary tract infection, sinus infection, or sudden flare-ups of fibromyalgia , ME/CFS , lupus, multiple sclerosis , eczema, psoriasis , or Hashimoto's thyroiditis may experience another flare-up after exposure.
Turning on a device that emits the smell of wildflowers may sound like a great idea, but after all, these aren't real fragrances. They are synthetic, manufactured in a factory, invented by a group of people who try different smells in a laboratory and choose the one they like best. Bottled air fresheners and scented candles are just as harmful. Don't be fooled by the "natural fragrances" label. It's a tactic like listing "natural flavors" on a food's ingredient list to avoid mentioning MSG. It's hard to find an enclosed space these days that isn't saturated with chemical scents. When looking for a new home, it is difficult to find an apartment or a house where the walls are not permeated with artificial fragrances. We are exposed to them in stores, malls, hotels, restaurants, offices, homes of friends and relatives, and public restrooms. If you get into a taxi or rental car, there will most likely be a freshener inside. We inhale it even just by being around a person whose clothes smell of it - in addition to the scented laundry detergent, deodorant, shampoo, hair product, lotion, aftershave, cologne or perfume they use.
We live in a world where chemical sensitivities are becoming more common. This means that this exposure to chemical fragrances is a nightmare not only for people who already suffer from sensitivities; they create new cases of chemical sensitivities for people who previously had none. Years ago, it was older people who complained about smells, saying, "I need fresh air," "Can you put that fire out?", "Please close the window," "Close the front door - dust is coming in." or "I don't like the smell of this cologne". They were the ones who had lived long enough to become sentient. Now that is no longer the case. Younger people are rapidly developing actual chemical sensitivities due to everything they are exposed to and the complaints of the older generations are nothing compared to what the younger generations are facing today.
Don't let all this scare you and confuse you. While we're out and about, we can do our best to take steps to avoid these scents. For example, we can choose not to walk past the perfume counter in the department store; to buy bath, body and laundry products that are unscented or scented only with pure essential oils and to find an alternative to the corner coffee shop that burns scented candles. But since we can't always avoid them – we can't ask the person sitting next to us on the train to go home, take a shower and wash their clothes with unscented detergent – we should at least transform our own homes, cars and places where we spend extended time, in oases inaccessible to these smells. If we have a say in our workplace, it would be best to insist that no synthetic fragrances be used. And since there's no way to avoid absolutely all exposure, cleansing is essential so that we can continually rid ourselves of what we accumulate."

Duration of cleaning: periodically, as desired
Although Anthony William does not generally recommend intermittent fasting, this is an option for intermittent fasting enthusiasts. If you want to try this cleansing technique, this is the way to do it. To read more on the subject, see the article "Anthony William reveals the truth about intermittent fasting" .
That is all! Stick to lemon or lime water, followed by celery stalk juice , followed by lemon or lime water (with raw honey) and/or coconut water . That means no reaching for the coffee, matcha tea, energy drinks, or bone broth. Anthony William doesn't recommend riding all day on caffeine while not eating any food. It is best to eat within four to six hours of waking up. This is a safer alternative to intermittent fasting, but we still advise you to choose the Morning Cleanse or one of the other cleanses in the Cleanse for Health book .
While Anthony William's usual recommendation is not to treat celery juice as a meal replacement because it's not a source of calories (and so he usually says to follow it with breakfast 15 to 60 minutes later), there are followers of intermittent fasting who wondering how to incorporate celery stalk juice into their daily regimen The option offered here is the answer to that question.
This option fits into intermittent fasting because you don't add any calories from fat during the morning fast. Intermittent fasting takes a break from fat, and people don't know that it is this break that sometimes helps to temporarily maintain or lose weight. ( Again, see the article "Anthony William Reveals the Truth About Intermittent Fasting" for more on this. ) One of the actual reasons some people feel more energetic and clear-headed when they intermittently fast is that the energy that otherwise it would go to break down the fat from breakfast, it is used by other systems in the body. There are more sustainable ways to reduce the fat in your life for more lasting results - methods covered specifically in Anthony William's book Cleanse for Health .
Intermittent fasting that includes coffee and butter does not bring your body any real relief because it contains not only fat but also caffeine. By limiting your intake to lemon or lime water, a teaspoon of raw honey, celery stalk juice, and optional coconut water, you're cutting calories and abstaining from food—which is what fasting people want—while also caring for and for your health by abstaining from fat throughout the morning so that the body can remain in detoxification mode. The option we just looked at gives you that break from digesting fat. So does the Morning Cleanse, as well as every other cleanse in the Cleanse for Health book .
“In all the years I have helped many people heal, the Spirit of Compassion has always told me that when you know the true cause of your illness, the battle is half won. The other half is gained when you know what to do and what to treat with, and how to apply that knowledge.”
When you are sick and trying to recover from a chronic illness or symptom that is interfering with your life, intermittent fasting will not bring you the long-term relief you need, it will only hinder you and may even make your illness or condition worse. . Although we know that many people get carried away with intermittent fasting, you should not include it in the 3:6:9 cleanse, which is specifically aimed at cleansing the body. Intermittent fasting does not become a cleanse. What does one eat beyond intermittent fasting? What is happening to his health? There are complexities here that make it unwise to combine intermittent fasting with the 3:6:9 cleanse or any other cleanse in Anthony William's Cleanse for Health .
If you're still looking for an intermittent fasting option, we'll be publishing an article soon with a variant of Anthony William's Morning Cleanse specifically for people who practice intermittent fasting. Keep in mind that when you do intermittent fasting, you are never really fasting. Only when you go 24 hours without food or drink other than water can you call it fasting. The body does not begin the fasting process until the sun has risen at least twice. So if you abstain from food in the morning or most of the day and eat food before 24 hours have passed, or drink black coffee, or even squeeze lemon in your water within those 24 hours, you stop the onset of the fasting process. (This does not mean you have to fast. While water fasting has its time and place, it should only be done with great care and under special circumstances.) The point is that the name of this technique is wrong to begin with, which shows that the "experts" on intermittent fasting are not aware of how the processes in the body really work.
Let's talk about the short-term positive effects of intermittent fasting. People who are not sick and enjoy intermittent fasting say they have clearer thinking, more energy and better concentration. The reason this happens is that when food is removed for more than two or three hours, the body begins to work on the principle of adrenaline (also called epinephrine), which works like a natural amphetamine. Adrenaline travels to the brain and creates electricity there. So if you're someone who's not that sick and not that compromised, meaning you still have adrenaline stores and you hold down food long enough, you're going to start working on those adrenaline stores. This is where clarity, focus and temporary levels of increased energy come from.
Another reason some people report feeling better when they start intermittent fasting is because they eliminate one or two of their fat meals for the day. When you give your body a break from a fat-based breakfast (and possibly lunch) that would include radical fats such as avocados, peanut butter, almond butter, milk, cheese, bone broth, eggs, or other animal proteins (because animal proteins always are intertwined with fat), you automatically start to feel better because you're allowing your body to do a little cleansing. The right way to give your body this break is to follow Anthony William's morning cleanse. This is the healthier option that protects you. And if you are still very attached to intermittent fasting, then the intermittent fasting variant of the morning cleanse is the best solution for you. Giving your body a break from eating really gives your liver, pancreas and other organs a break from high fat foods.
A huge mistake with intermittent fasting is that people consume caffeine throughout the day, slowly destroying their adrenal glands. Their addiction to caffeine forces their adrenal glands to pump a raw mix of adrenaline through their bodies for hours on end. This is a really unhealthy practice that will eventually lead to aging, damaged skin, brain fog , serious focus and concentration issues, fatigue, hair loss and weight gain . These symptoms may not appear in a person's 20s. They tend to emerge later in the 30s and 40s. Even if someone loses weight easily or is at a stable weight right now, they may gain weight later after the adrenal glands have been sufficiently destroyed or the liver has become stagnant and sluggish enough from the excess adrenaline caused by caffeine use. This brings us back to the reality that experimental intermittent fasting practices are temporary solutions that do not address what people or their bodies really need. (For more on caffeine, see The Truth About Caffeine .)
The popular trend in intermittent fasting is to eat nothing containing sugar in the morning. The method many people choose is coffee, water and no calories. Anthony William recommends that you don't just ride on coffee and water, but at least include celery stalk juice, coconut water, lemon water and raw honey, skipping the caffeine if possible. You will see this in our special article on the variant of the morning cleanse for people practicing intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting "experts" believe that avoiding sugar is why they think more clearly and feel better during certain parts of the day. They don't realize that the cause is not the sugar, but again that they stopped eating fat.
When you eat fat in the morning, you stress your liver and force it to produce bile, which stops the cleansing process your liver was trying to do at night while you slept. All these poisons should be flushed out in the morning and out of your body. Instead, people tend to eat high-fat foods in the morning, such as peanut butter on oatmeal, avocado toast, or eggs. This stops the body from leaving the poisons that the liver collected during the night. Instead, poisons stay in the bloodstream and end up in organs like the brain.
In intermittent fasting, fat is accidentally eliminated without anyone realizing that it is the lack of fat, not the elimination of sugar, that makes people feel better in the morning. People don't know that if they lose weight or maintain weight through intermittent fasting, especially if they exercise, it's because they're consuming less fat for the day. When you keep dietary fat out of the bloodstream for long enough – often 16-18 hours – it allows body fat stores to be maintained or even reduced. This enables the body to get rid of the old fat that it has stored in the organs and body tissues. Adherents of the theory and experiments with intermittent fasting do not realize that this is exactly what the positive results are due to. They also don't realize that when they abstain from food all morning and most of the day, they only look thinner because their intestinal tract is not full of food, which naturally causes expansion in the stomach area. The time difference between the period of abstinence from food and the period of eating is especially evident in people who often have bloating after eating. In addition, we must take into account the dehydration factor during the fasting period, people often resort to various caffeinated drinks with a diuretic effect or do not drink enough water. All this creates the illusion of less fat and the formation of lean muscle mass. In fact, this type of fasting is not an optimal way to achieve the goal in question and there are other, much better solutions.
Improvements seen with intermittent fasting may include reductions in high blood pressure and improvements in A1C, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. All this is due to the fact that the liver rests for a moment without consuming fat or protein for many hours. People don't realize that they would see the same benefits from reducing fat in their diet as a whole without having to go hours without food. When fat is removed from the diet long enough, the blood is thinned enough to help alleviate any symptoms and conditions.
This is one of the main reasons why, in the past, when someone switched to a whole plant-based diet, many symptoms improved because they were naturally consuming less fat than usual. When the current plant-based eating movement was in its infancy, plant-based diets were very low-fat—less fat and more carbohydrates were recommended. Anthony William has been preaching this idea for over 30 years. Nowadays, due to nutritional trends, plant-based diets are less effective because they have become ketogenic, that is, high-fat plant-based diets. Even the Paleo diets of years ago were lower in fat than they are now.
As people reach a plateau with these diets and no longer get the results they want, they abandon, change, or combine Paleo, Keto, and high-protein plant-based diets with intermittent fasting—and there's no one to tell them (because no one knows) that the reason for the results of intermittent fasting is that it cuts off fat intake for part of the day. Instead, they are told that maybe sugar is the problem, so they should avoid it. Or they believe that intermittent fasting helps by giving digestion a break and allowing that energy to go toward fat loss, cell regeneration, and body repair, which can actually happen when the liver isn't dealing with a lot of fat in the body. the blood. Again, however, no one realizes that it is resting from fat that allows the body to recover and get rid of body fat. All these diets and intermittent fasting are based on guesswork. The simple truth is that being lower in fat improves your health. There are better ways to lower the fat in your diet, namely the 3:6:9 cleanse and the other cleanse options from Anthony William's Cleanse for Health .
People also adopt the intermittent fasting approach because they find that if they abstain from eating long enough, they can go much of the day without eating foods that are bad for them or that they overindulge in. When you eat the "wrong" breakfast in the morning, it can set the stage for "wrong" eating throughout the day. Proponents of intermittent fasting get around this by withholding food as long as possible and using caffeine as a stimulant to get through. If enough hours pass like this, then when you start eating, it's already at the end of the day and you don't have to make as many food choices or have the opportunity to eat as many calories before bed. There are a bunch more reasons why someone chooses intermittent fasting as they are trying to improve their health and miss the truth in the process. A better approach would be to drink coconut water throughout the day, because the downside of holding back food and critically needed glucose and minerals while running on adrenaline all day is that eventually you'll reach a point where it's time to eat, or you will even reach a breaking point, and then it will be difficult to stop eating because you have become deficient in glucose, carbohydrates and mineral salts. Intermittent fasting people often indulge in problem foods, even if it's just on the "dirty day" when they give themselves permission to indulge once a week. There are also those who pounce on problem foods without making it public. Both of them fail to heal and do not learn to eat healthily.
Even if they choose healthier foods in the beginning, after too many weeks of fasting where they don't eat carbs – and carbs are converted to glucose, which is absolutely necessary for brain function – plus too many weeks of using caffeine for stimulation of adrenaline to replace that glucose for the brain, intermittent fasting people can reach a point of burnout. This may mean more problems with focus and concentration than you had before you started, even if your focus and concentration seemed to improve at first. This is a risky situation leading to a dead end, and you should try to avoid it. If you suffer from any neurological symptoms (such as anxiety, tremors, tics, spasms, shaking, dizziness, vertigo, balance problems, blurred vision, migraines, trigeminal neuralgia, nerve pain, numbness, stiffness, or others), please note that even if they improve with intermittent fasting, it is temporary and most often return and eventually worsen because intermittent fasting does not remove toxic heavy metals or kill the viruses and bacteria that are at the root of these symptoms and conditions. When the nervous system is sensitive, it is crucial to maintain a constant balance of glucose and mineral salts so that the nerves do not weaken and your health does not deteriorate.
Intermittent fasting experts are trying to teach people how to improve their health by not eating. Intermittent fasting originates from people who have been under great stress, experienced loss and suffering. In such emotional challenges, a person's stomach shrinks, loses appetite and does not reach for food, drinks only tea or eats very little while the tense and uncertain life situation continues. This is how the idea of intermittent fasting appears.
We'll say it again: this is only a temporary help, a temporary solution to help us get through the difficulties before everything goes wrong, precisely because we practice intermittent fasting.
You don't have to make life difficult for yourself. If you're a fan of intermittent fasting, Anthony William recommends sticking to the cleanses in his book Cleanse for Health . Why do children need "food insurance"?
Imagine it... on any dinner table. Nutritious meals full of colorful foods, lovingly planned, sourced, bought and cooked in precise nutrient ratios, with the right combination of flavors and textures to appeal to everyone, before being plated to perfection and right then ... it begins. The capricious nature of little people appears, the squinting, the sniffing, the digging in the plate, the wrinkling of the nose, the teenage looks (even in the smallest children) followed by "Pffff" and "I'm not going to eat that!" Finding a balance between what your kids want to eat and what they will eat is often a delicate process, even with what we call "picky kids"! Frustrated parents around the world are increasingly concerned that their children are not getting the nutrients they need. And their concerns are real!
Even in the developed countries of the world, where an epidemic of childhood obesity is raging, simply consuming enough or even too many calories does not ensure that adequate levels of nutritional micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals are consistently provided. Recent large-scale data on children in developed countries show that 1 in 4 children have an inadequate intake of at least 1 nutrient, with the risk for girls being higher than for boys. This is not surprising considering the amount of processed foods that children consume. The second largest source of energy intake among children aged 2 to 19 years is processed snacks and sweets. The link between adequate nutrition and health is undeniable, especially in children, where the impact of nutrient deficiencies on growth and development is more likely to be permanent.
Children are not just miniature versions of adults, and inadequate nutrition is particularly important because children are considered an "at-risk" population when it comes to meeting their nutritional needs. Infancy is a period of rapid physical and cognitive growth that moves them from infancy to childhood and finally to adolescence. Their needs are different. Although they are obviously smaller in overall body size than adults, the nutrient requirements of children are proportionally higher, meaning that they require more nutrients per kilogram of body weight than adults, and these requirements are change rapidly during the different phases of childhood. But trying to get kids to eat healthy can quickly turn into a clash of wills.
So if we can't guarantee that children will consume enough of the right foods to meet their micronutrient needs, what can we do to protect them? Give them Vimergy® children's products ! Supplementing a child's diet with important vitamins and minerals can reduce the risk of nutrient deficiencies. Vimergy® Children's Vitamin B12 and Zinc delivers the trusted nutrients through special formulas created just for kids! They taste great, are easy to take, added to juice, smoothies or even taken straight from the bottle, providing hassle-free nutrition for you and your child. Nutritional supplements are a great way to give yourself peace of mind that your children are getting what they need, regardless of their eating habits or the quality of the foods they eat.
Inadequate levels of micronutrients can lead to many problems related to growth and development, and some of them can even be permanent. Their impact can be seen on the body's systems, leading to impaired immunity, stunted growth and poorer brain development, ultimately having a negative impact on human potential worldwide. Providing your children with high-quality, pure nutrients like Vimergy® Children's Vitamin B12 and Zinc is among the best defenses you can give them to support healthy growth, development and maturation throughout their bodies. Don't delay any longer and get Vimergy® children's vitamin B12 and zinc now !
