Description
Buckwheat (buckwheat) is an annual plant of the Lapad family. Like all of them, growing it does not require any chemicals, so it is known as extremely clean food. Typical of all plants in this family, it contains exclusively mineral minerals, vitamins and acids. The fiber in buckwheat improves digestion, and flavonoids slow down the aging process. Buckwheat is a good source of protein, so it is widely used in all gluten-free, vegan and other diets.
Storage: at room temperature, in a dry and cool place.
