A mixture of white, red and black quinoa, which is a beautiful base for salads, vegetable dishes and fillings. Quinoa is an extremely nutritious cereal without gluten, rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber.
Soak the quinoa in water for about 5 minutes. Wash it several times and strain. Mix one part quinoa with two parts water and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
