Dragon Superfoods Sesame flour is obtained from organic sesame seeds, after extraction of fat, retaining a high content of protein and fiber. It is suitable for mixing with other flours, enriches the taste and adds a touch of nutty aroma. Used in recipes for gluten-free crackers, pastries and desserts.
