Bio amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica) is one of the important herbs in Ayurvedic medicine, its name means "strengthening", hence its function to "strengthen" the immune system. Amalaki has cooling properties in Ayurvedic science, as part of the Trifala mix - it contributes with its cooling role in increased heat in the digestive tract.
How to use: add half a teaspoon of Amalaki in warm water. Stir well, allow the water to cool and drink it. Take twice a day - morning and evening, before or after meals.
