Description
Hemp seed originated in Asia and was later imported into Europe via silkworm. It contains complete protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vegetable protein, high in iron and magnesium. All these elements give it a broad-spectrum effect on our body - increases energy in the body, maintains the health of the nervous system, bone and tooth health, regulate the amount of good cholesterol and brain function. I participate in many recipes for hemp seeds because of their pleasant, light and nutty taste.
How to use: 20 g per day. It can be consumed directly or added to salads, dishes, desserts and drinks.
