Organic trifala, translated from Sanskrit: "three fruits", is an Ayurvedic combination of three dried fruits - haritaki, amalaki and bibhitaki. In Ayurvedic science, Trifala affects all three energies that make up each individual (doshi) - vata, pita and kafa and contains five of all six flavors. Organic triphala takes care of digestion, cleanses the colon and intestinal tract, supports the liver and cleanses and tones the body as a whole.
How to use: pour half a teaspoon of organic triphala in warm water. Stir, allow to cool and drink the water. Twice a day - morning and evening, before or after meals.
