Description
Coarse Himalayan Salt is much richer than traditional iodized salt. Himalayan salt has existed for millions of years. Known in the Himalayas as "white gold", it contains the same 84 natural minerals and elements found in the human body. This crystalline form of salt has matured over the last 250 million years under constant tectonic stress. Its minerals exist in colloidal form. This means that they are small enough for human cells to be easily absorbed into them.
