Why pork is a troublemaker food

Why pork is a troublemaker food

Pork seriously burdens the pancreas, heart and liver. When a person consumes pork bacon, sausage, ham, steaks, ribs, skin, bacon and others, the blood thickens a lot. This degree of thickening differs from that obtained by eating an avocado, a handful of nuts, or salmon. The variety of fat in pork products, their consistency and heavy nature saturates the blood like nothing else. Even if you think your steak has almost no fat because you've trimmed away the fat, you're still taking in more fat than your body can handle because it's in the meat itself. The blood thickened by the lard is so hard on the pancreas that it forces the gland to use up much of its insulin and enzyme stores to prevent disaster. Why? Because most people also take sugar at the same time or shortly after eating pork - with barbecue sauce, bread or dessert. So, while the high level of fat from the pork is still in our blood, the pancreas releases insulin to deal with the high level of sugar, and it is this fat that gets in the way of the sugar that overloads the pancreas, which in order to save secreted insulin and enzyme reserves for months in one day. Finally, it can reach the point of exhaustion. Then a person ends up in the hospital with pancreatitis, and no one will know what the real reason is.

Also, lard interferes with detoxification and cleansing. When the blood is so thick with fat, it cannot remove pathogens and toxins from certain organs, such as the liver. The liver is exhausted, producing large amounts of bile to break down fat and keep the blood thin enough so that the heart doesn't have to work as hard to pump blood through the fat-clogged veins. When the blood flow is so busy, it means that the brain is practically not being purified. We often talk about clearing the mind. When we eat pork, we are working against this because we are not clearing the brain. Blood vessels filled with higher levels of fat carry less oxygen that reaches the brain cells. It also means fewer healing phytochemicals from the foods you eat (including celery stalk juice) reaching your brain cells. Thick blood makes the heart pump harder, which means increased pressure in the blood vessels when the blood finally enters the brain. Although this pressure is at its mildest, it is still pressure that ultimately puts pressure on the brain tissue. It's a pressure that pushes toxins deeper into the brain cells instead of allowing them to leave, so the toxins end up building up in the brain.

As we've mentioned several times in our cleanse articles, you'll find that every cleanse focuses on fat loss. One reason is blood thinning. When you thin the blood, poisons easily surface in the cells and tissues and enter the bloodstream freely so they can finally leave your body. Avoiding pork products is an important part of giving yourself a chance to rid yourself of toxins so your body and mind can heal.
