GABA : 1 capsule daily;
Lemon balm : 4 droppers three times a day;

Licorice root : 1 dropper daily (take for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks off);
Melatonin : 1 capsule twice a day;
Spirulina powder : 1 tbsp. or 9 capsules daily;
Vitamin B12 (as adenosylcobalamin with methylcobalamin) : 3 droppers twice daily;
Vitamin C (as Micro-C) : 4 capsules or 1 scoop of Micro-C Immune Power powder daily;
Wild blueberries powder : 2 tbsp. daily;
Zinc (as liquid zinc sulfate) : 1 dropper twice daily.
