BRAIN DETOX TONIC

BRAIN DETOX TONIC

This two-component tonic helps remove ammonia gases that reach the brain from rotting proteins and fats stuck to the lining of the intestinal tract and other food debris that ferments there. After drinking the main part of the tonic, it is important to drink 1 glass of pure coconut water 15 minutes later: this is necessary to push toxins out of the body.

Supplement for after the main part of the tonic:

Method of preparation:

Mix all the ingredients except for the extra cup of pure coconut water , which is for after the tonic.

15 minutes after drinking the brain detox tonic, drink the additional glass of pure coconut water .

Advices:

Avoid coconut water that is pink or red – that means it's spoiled and rancid. Also avoid coconut water with added flavors.

Portion for 1 person.
