NEGATIVE ENERGY EXPOSURE SHOT

This is a useful shot for when:

  • you feel an inexplicable sadness that overwhelms you;
  • you experience a confrontation or misunderstanding with another person;
  • inexplicable anger appears in you or even in another person around you;
  • you are having a bad day;
  • things in your life seem to go wrong or you feel unlucky;
  • you are afraid of something or someone and cannot shake it;
  • you feel terrified after a bad dream;
  • you have to stay strong because you have no choice but to be around someone, such as a friend or colleague, who you feel has negative energy or a persistent negative attitude;
  • you spend time around someone who is going through mental health challenges that can make them angry or sad;
  • you are around someone with suicidal problems;
  • you can't deal with depressing bad thoughts.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup compactly picked fresh sage (about 30 leaves);
  • 1/2 cup compactly harvested sunflower sprouts;
  • 1/4 cup compactly harvested wheatgrass, (or 2 teaspoons thawed wheatgrass juice);
  • 1/2 small garlic clove (optional);
  • 1/2 to 1 orange or 1 to 2 tangerines, peeled.

Method of preparation: 

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Stir in thawed wheatgrass juice if using this option.
 Pour into a glass and serve.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots
