Congested liver

Congested liver

A congested liver develops over time as a result of a long-term diet that is too high in fat/protein combined with loading the liver with toxins such as pesticides and herbicides; toxic heavy metals such as mercury, aluminum and copper; plastics and other products of the petrochemical industry; old pharmaceutical products; chronic viral and bacterial infections with a low degree of activity; colognes, perfumes, air fresheners and scented candles. Excess adrenaline also puts a strain on the liver. Problem foods such as eggs, dairy, gluten, corn, soy, canola oil and pork aggravate these liver conditions.

Also, it's not just about what we're exposed to in our lives. We can also inherit pathogens and toxins from our parents, who got them from their parents, etc., which means that some of the mercury, DDT, or EBV that our livers struggle to contain comes from the past. It's hard work, and the liver does a great job of it.

At some point, however, this work may prove to be too much. We don't learn how to give our liver a break from time to time, or at least make it easier. The liver is stressed as everything we are exposed to accumulates and increases. All of this leads to a condition that Anthony William calls a stagnant liver, where it can no longer protect you as well. As a result, diseases can benefit from it.

The symptoms and conditions that result from a weakened liver are not just what you would expect or what medical studies and science have documented. Contrary to popular belief, for example, eczema and psoriasis actually arise from a certain type of overworked liver. Acne, a problem we're told is just hormonal or skin-related, is also a sign of a liver that's under a different kind of strain. Mysterious high blood pressure, mysterious palpitations, type 2 diabetes, seasonal affective disorder (SAD) , dark circles under the eyes, chronic dehydration, varicose veins, weight gain , chemical sensitivities, bloating , constipation - these are not known to and other problems originate from the liver. And before they become recognizable health problems, they start with the liver, which has to deal with too many tasks and too little support. They start as a stagnant liver.
