Description
Mung beans are typical of Southeast Asia and are widespread in various Asian cuisines. Its grains look like peas and, unlike ordinary beans, Mung beans are very easily absorbed by the stomach and do not cause gas. The most common combinations of mung beans in cooking are with rice and vegetables.
How to use: It can be consumed directly after cooking for about 25 minutes. A good addition to dishes and some salads. It can also be consumed as sprouts (soak beans in water in a ratio of 1: 3 and leave in a place without direct light for about 8 to 12 hours)
Storage: at room temperature, in a dry and cool place.
