RAW APPLE AND BANANA OATMEAL WITH BLACKBERRIES
A bowl of plain oatmeal made with gluten-free, dairy-free oats can be a healthy breakfast choice, and this apple, banana, and spice oatmeal recipe is even healthier! It has a creamy texture, quenches hunger and is a wonderful alternative for anyone who avoids consuming grain products.

Blackberries are full of anti-inflammatory compounds and are an incredibly healing food. They aid digestion and assimilation and also help reduce the growth of thyroid nodules while strengthening and strengthening thyroid tissue.

Apples have pectin, which releases phytochemicals when it enters the digestive system. These phytochemicals bind to viruses like EBV, enveloping the virus's cells so they can't feed and reproduce.

Bananas have powerful antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. They are a great source of calcium because the trees grow in calcium-rich soil. Bananas are also a great remedy for hypoglycemia, as they help balance blood sugar.

Ingredients:
  • 2 apples, cut into cubes;
  • 1 large ripe banana, roughly chopped;
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon;
  • 1/8 tsp. cardamom;
  • 1/2 tsp. blackberries.
Optional:
  • raisins or dried cranberries.
Method of preparation:

Place the apples, banana, cinnamon and cardamom in a food processor and pulse until creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sprinkle with blackberries and raisins or cranberries, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
