ANTHONY WILLIAMS' RECIPE FOR BABY FORMULA, CLOSEST TO BROTHER'S MILK
• 5 min. read
The inability of some women to breastfeed their babies naturally has recently become an increasingly common problem. Families with small babies are increasingly worried about this fact.
While Anthony William does not encourage formula feeding unless there are absolutely no other options, some mothers are simply unable to breastfeed or maintain a sufficient supply of breast milk for their babies (of course there are hidden reasons for this and with the help on information from the Healer Medium this can be corrected). Because of all this, while facing this problem, mothers will need other options.
The Spirit of Compassion has given Anthony William a recipe for baby formula that most closely resembles mother's milk. His patients have used it on their newborn babies all the way to infancy. Anthony William shared this recipe for baby formula in a live video he did with Kimberly Van der Beek a few years ago and we thought we'd share it with you because we believe it will be helpful to many of you.

Here's a little more about the ingredients and the recipe itself:
Avocado
Avocado is one of the most perfect foods. It contains over 25 essential nutrients, including iron, magnesium and essential fatty acids. In addition, avocados are easily digested and increase the body's ability to absorb nutrients.
Avocados are high in glutathione, which boosts the immune system, strengthens the heart, helps restore the nervous system and slows down the aging process. Also, this amazing food helps stabilize blood sugar levels as the monounsaturated fats found in avocados reverse insulin resistance.
Did you know that avocados are one of the closest foods to breast milk? In it, the ratio of proteins, fats and glucose is equal to that of mother's milk.
Barley grass juice powder
Barley grass juice powder is one of the most nutrient-dense foods found in nature. Anthony William uses and recommends this product: Vimergy® Barley Grass Juice Powder .
This powerful food can help suppress the growth of disease-causing bacteria and balance the body's PH, which boosts immunity. It not only strengthens the immune system, but also alkalizes the body, increases energy, aids digestion, relieves constipation and improves the overall health of hair, skin and nails.
Banana
A banana contains about 76% water, making it a fantastic electrolyte food. They are also full of vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, copper and manganese. The high glucose content makes bananas an excellent brain and muscle building food. So, as you can imagine, bananas are an ideal food for athletes – they replenish energy and instantly revitalize the body.
This amazing fruit contains very strong antifungal and antibiotic compounds and has the ability to stop the virus in its tracks. Bananas also aid in the absorption and assimilation of nutrients. Bananas also support the natural bacteria in the gut, which keeps the digestive tract healthy and the immune system strong.
Coconut water
Coconut water is an incredibly nutritious drink full of B-complex vitamins and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc and manganese. Additionally, coconut water is one of the highest sources of electrolytes on the planet. In fact, it has the same level of electrolytes as we have in our blood.
Did you know that coconut water is identical to human plasma? Plasma makes up 55% of human blood. Coconut water can be considered a "universal donor".
As a complete electrolyte, coconut water hydrates at a deep, cellular level.
The ingredients in this baby formula recipe are the closest you can get to breast milk.
Ingredients:
2 pcs. avocado;1 tsp barley grass juice powder ;
2 bananas;
coconut water or water to thin the mixture enough.
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together and add enough coconut water or water to make the formula thin enough to pass through a baby bottle.
Strain (using a nut milk bag or fine strainer) before serving to baby.
This recipe is best eaten fresh, but can be made the night before and stored in the fridge for overnight/morning use.
