Pomegranate juice

Pomegranate juice

Pomegranate juice is best when freshly squeezed with a juicer, not store bought. When the inner core of the pomegranate seed is ground into a powder in the juice that is obtained from the fleshy part of the seed, powerful phytochemical compounds are released that form the juicy pulp called the aril. This combination makes pomegranate juice an exceptional remedy.

Nutrients extracted from the inner core of the seeds have a detoxifying effect on the liver, gall bladder, lungs, lymphatic system and kidneys. These phytochemical compounds and nutrients are anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-fungal, and help nourish the immune cells needed to absorb toxic waste in the blood, becoming a beneficial blood purifier that helps keep the brain clean.

Ingredients:

2 medium pomegranates, seeded (about 3 cups pomegranate seeds).

Method of preparation:

Pass the pomegranate seeds through a juicer.

Serve immediately.

Portion for 1 person.
