A SHOT TO CONNECT WITH YOUR TRUTH

This shot provides support in three main areas of truth:

  1. Getting in touch and communicating with your own truths. For example, when:
  • you feel suffocated;
  • they don't hear you;
  • they don't take you seriously;
  • you are afraid to talk about something;
  • you feel that you are doing something that is not typical of you.
  1. Accepting the truth. For example, when:
  • you are afraid to learn the truth about something;
  • you want to know the truth about something;
  • you have understood the truth and it is difficult for you to accept it.
  1. Learning hidden truths. For example, when:
  • you want to expand your understanding and knowledge of what is happening to the world around you;
  • you want to learn to read between the lines and see what others don't;
  • you are looking for hidden truths.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cm piece of fresh ginger;
  • 5 cm piece of fresh turmeric;
  • 1 small clove of garlic;
  • 1/2 cup compactly picked fresh basil;
  • 1/2 cup compactly harvested arugula;
  • 1 cup compactly harvested, coarsely chopped lettuce - for example, common green lettuce or winter butterhead;
  • 1 orange, peeled.

Method of preparation:

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
 Pour into a glass and serve.
Amount for 1 to 2 shots.
