A SHOT TO STABILIZE WISDOM AND INTUITION

Use this shot when:

  • you try to improve your intuition;
  • you want to get the most out of your meditations;
  • you are trying to increase the power of your psychic abilities;
  • you try to gain sight and seeing through your third eye to see what others cannot see;
  • you want to strengthen your spiritual connection with the heavenly world;
  • you feel that you lack intuition or that you have disconnected from it;
  • want to get the most out of a yoga session, spiritual training or gathering;
  • you are seeking wisdom on any topic, such as something that is happening in your life;
  • you are looking for answers that apply to you and your loved ones.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. fresh or thawed wild blueberries or 1 tsp. wild blueberry juice or 1 tsp. wild blueberries powder ;
  • 1/4 cup fresh or thawed blackberries;
  • 1/4 cup compactly collected fresh sage;
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup compactly harvested wheatgrass, (or 2 tsp thawed wheatgrass juice);
  • 1/2 cup chopped raw yellow zucchini;
  • 1/4 teaspoon of spirulina.

Method of preparation:

Juice the wild blueberries, blackberries, sage, oregano, wheatgrass, and yellow squash in the order listed. If using wild cranberry juice or wild cranberry powder or thawed wheatgrass juice, add and mix with the spirulina after all other ingredients have been juiced.
Pour into a glass and serve.

 Amount for 1 to 2 shots.

ADVICE:

  • If you're in a part of the world where you don't have access to fresh or frozen wild blueberries, wild blueberry juice, or wild blueberry powder , you can add three or four more blackberries to the 1/4 cup called for in the recipe.
