MOLD EXPOSURE SHOT

MOLD EXPOSURE SHOT

A helpful shot for any type of mold or mildew exposure, including when:

  • you have visited or live in a house or building where mold has been found;
  • you work in an office or other workplace where mold or mildew is present;
  • you have inhaled mold from another person's clothes;
  • you have consumed water contaminated with mold or mold spores or eaten moldy food.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup compactly picked fresh basil;
  • 1/2 cup compactly harvested fresh oregano;
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary;
  • 1 cm piece of fresh ginger;
  • 2 radishes;
  • 1/4 slice (1/2 cup chopped).

Method of preparation:

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Pour into a glass and serve.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots

ADVICES:

  • If the stems of the fresh rosemary are hard, you can use just the leaves. If the stems are soft, you can also make juice from them.
  • When juicing a scallion for this recipe, you can use just the bulb itself, or the bulb plus the lower and middle parts of the stem (in which case you skip the leafy tips).
