This shot can be taken at any time of the day or evening. If you want to drink it before a nap or before bed, you can make a shot earlier in the day and keep it in the fridge until you're ready. You can use it when:

- not getting enough sleep - this shot can help you heal through your dream process for the short amount of sleep you do get.
Ingredients:
- 1 cm piece of fresh ginger;
- 1/2 cup fresh or thawed mango;
- 1/2 cup fresh or thawed pitted cherries;
- 1/2 cup chopped raw zucchini;
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional)
Method of preparation:
Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Pour into a glass and serve.
Amount for 1 to 2 shots.
