The Emotional Side of Cleansing (Part 2)

Fats and feelings

After a long clean-up period, during which you have not consumed radical fats, it can be difficult to return to them. The main reason we reduce or eliminate radical fats is to ease the burden on the liver. Essentially, we eat for the liver to serve the brain and the rest of the body, and as we have well established, food and nutrition also affect the emotional side of each of us. Many of the problems we have are related to foods, and the need to abstain from foods that have a soothing effect on us can lead to various negative emotions. Let's look more specifically at the emotions that are associated with radical fats.

Returning to a normal lifestyle

What happens after the cleanse when we start to diversify our food again? Then emotions can also appear. This is because at the end of the cleanse we often feel a sense of satisfaction and feel emotionally strong. Sometimes we're so hyped that we're not even sure if we're ready to go back to normal life. So after the cleanse is over, if we're under stress or emotional pressure and a food at the grocery store calls out to us and we decide to eat it, even if it's a healthy food like tahini or avocado, we might feel a little guilty. Perhaps a sense of defeat or failure will emerge. We may feel that we have broken, reversed, or slowed down the healing process. Even if we initially feel that way, we can't look at it that way. Instead, we must see that we have succeeded. Whether we've given up radical fats entirely or simply switched to a low-fat diet, the fact that we've done it at all is a major achievement for the liver and moves our healing process forward.

Physical sensations

Returning to radical fats after a cleanse can affect not only how you feel emotionally, but also physically. You have just become fat free for the first time in your life. In addition to everything else you have done in the name of cleansing, even just taking special foods and drinks at specific times is exceptional in itself. If you then immediately go back to eating the usual amount of fat, it is quite possible that an unpleasant feeling of discomfort will appear. One reason is that you force the body to produce a lot of bile immediately after the break from radical fats. The other reason is that it will certainly make you realize what high amounts of fat you have been eating before.

There is a key difference here between what your body needs and what you think it needs. A striking example of our having lost touch with the knowledge of its needs is when we say, “My body needs eggs. It feels good when I consume eggs." The truth is that eggs feed every known (and unknown) pathogen in our body. When we stop eating eggs and other problem foods for a while, our intuition improves significantly. After the cleanse, when we go back to eating radical fats again (if we want to), we'll be more inclined to prefer some tahini or avocado in our salad than two hard-boiled eggs or something more harmful.

More secrets of virus cleaning

When there has been viral activity in our body for years - for example, EBV or herpes simplex, a significant amount of neurotoxins has also accumulated in it, which most likely led to unpleasant symptoms. In cleansing, as the fat cells are drained, neurotoxins and even dermatotoxins are also returned to the circulation, being carried around the body before being expelled. They contain information that can be extremely distant and vast, very difficult to pin down. Despite everything, one can experience the sensations associated with it, although barely perceptible.

The information of neurotoxins and dermatotoxins depends on the history of the virus strain that produced them. Before it got into you, the virus was in someone else, and someone else before that, and someone else before that. And like any viral strain, when it's passed from person to person, it collects data. When you became infected, the virus already contained multiple levels of emotional and physical information about the experiences of the people it had already been in. When it penetrated you, it gathered information, and then the neurotoxins and dermatotoxins it produced contained that information. In ridding yourself of these pathogens, you may unconsciously experience some of the emotions associated with information about previous carriers and the times they contracted or passed these viruses on.

When you experience such unclear emotions, don't blame yourself. It's better to realize that it's about something much bigger than you and that it's not your fault because you didn't cause it. At such times, it is important to distance yourself from these feelings. Instead, remember the most important thing - they will pass and you have no reason to blame yourself. There's no point in judging yourself for feelings you don't understand. Just know that your condition is improving, that you are healing, and that you will gradually experience less and less emotional pain. As the neurotoxins and dermatotoxins produced by these viruses leave, conditions such as depression and anxiety will begin to subside.

More adrenaline secrets

When we talk about purging, adrenaline deserves special attention. First, we must clarify that in any life situation, the adrenal glands release a specific mixture of hormones associated with that event. When the experience is intense, the adrenaline mix is ​​stronger, and this both protects you - giving you strength to overcome it - and harms you because of its strength. The hormonal mix that your adrenal glands pump out also contains information that is associated with the experience of the moment. This adrenaline then accumulates in tissues and organs. When it is separated from the cells, tissues and accumulated fat, the emotions of the experience can manifest.

These types of constant adrenaline overload can negatively affect your health if adrenaline doesn't leave the body easily - and one of the reasons adrenaline doesn't leave the body easily is if we eat foods that aren't good or are inherently toxic. This is especially true for foods rich in fat, the regular intake of which leads to the accumulation of fat cells in the liver and other places in the body. These fat cells become saturated with adrenaline. Fat aside, the cells of our organs become saturated with adrenaline – deep in the liver, for example, you could have stored adrenaline without fat.

In many cases, the foods we eat during a crisis prevent the adrenaline from leaving the body. We often eat food to numb the pain. Not that we should feel guilty or ashamed about it – it's natural to reach for food in difficult times as our brain and body need fuel to cope. We are not taught which foods can really help us, so we don't make the best choices and reach for those that fill us with the adrenaline released in the body at the same time. This means that adrenaline can be stored more easily and deep in the body instead of leaving it naturally as intended. When we do not eat in crisis situations, adrenaline actually leaves the body faster, but this does not mean that it is useful to starve! In both cases, it reaches the liver and other parts of the body and accumulates there if we do not take active measures to cleanse it.

Soul mates in healing

Everyone has a unique life experience. Some people experience much more hardships, losses and separations while searching for love, others have had a number of unpleasant business relationships. As they search for their path and calling and recover from an ordeal they blamed themselves for, they deal with difficult memories differently, releasing those they can while others remain buried deep in the subconscious. While our experiences differ, they also bring us closer.

Chronically ill people often feel stronger when they are together and can share their suffering. Even if their physical symptoms are not the same, they feel a closeness and this brings them together. Moreover, there is hardly any emotional experience that is so unique that no one else in this world has experienced it. We all know the feeling of betrayed trust. We've all had relationships with friends, relatives, partners or other people that have deteriorated or even become harmful to us. Many people have experienced physical trauma. We were all disappointed.

Both physically and emotionally, even when the details differ, the similarities in suffering are enough to make us recognize each other. As long as, of course, we are not isolated from those who have experienced similar crises. Sometimes we feel all alone, especially when the experts we look to for help or the people around us hint or directly tell us that we are imagining that we are sick or that we have gotten sick ourselves. Chronic illness is still seen as something to be ashamed of, so it's hard to find help from someone who really knows what it's all about. Take it easy - even if you're convinced that you're the only one who knows what it's like to fight for your life while others are skeptical about the muscle cramps, foggy thinking or fatigue you complain about, there are others who have suffered much the same like you. You are not alone. Your bond with these people when you find them will be strong.
