According to Anthony William, when we talk about bloating, it most often refers to eating too much fat/protein (regardless of whether it's healthy or unhealthy fat), which overloads the liver. When the liver, exhausted from work, constantly has to produce large amounts of bile to cope with such a diet, the stomach, in turn, has to produce more hydrochloric acid to compensate for the diminishing bile reserves over time. Ultimately, this exhausts the stomach glands, and they produce less and less hydrochloric acid to break down and digest proteins, while liver functions slow down further.
Then one or more strains from over 50 groups of streptococci begin to irritate the intestinal lining, which can also cause a mild form of gastritis. Sometimes significant stress can also lead to bloating, as the adrenal glands become exhausted. Excessive adrenaline then begins to irritate the intestinal lining, exhausts the liver, and further worsens its diminished function.
In his book "Cleanse to Heal", Anthony William recommends dozens of protocols with nutritional supplements for various conditions and symptoms. In the following lines, we will introduce you to the protocol for bloating with nutritional supplements:
