Here's a delicious and energizing breakfast that will help you stay healthy! This smoothie in a bowl is loaded with frozen bananas, oranges, and spirulina! It's sweetened with a little maple syrup and you'll love it from the first try! This sophisticated and healthy breakfast, which is full of anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting ingredients, is super easy to make at home.

Spirulina is a natural detoxifier - it enriches the blood with oxygen and helps cleanse the body of toxins and other impurities that can cause diseases or health problems.

Spirulina suppresses harmful bacteria such as E. coli and stimulates beneficial intestinal flora such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria, supporting healthy digestion and normal intestinal function.

Spirulina is essential for removing heavy metals such as mercury, aluminum, lead, cadmium, and toxic copper from the liver, reproductive system, intestines, thyroid, and brain. Removing these metals also eliminates some of the preferred “food” of viruses that are behind many chronic diseases and symptoms, including autoimmune diseases.

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas;
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple;
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or more if desired);
  • 2 tsp maple syrup ;

  • Fresh fruit of choice, for decoration.

Method of preparation:

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favorite fruits!
