HEALING JUICE FOR THE THYROID GLAND

HEALING JUICE FOR THE THYROID GLAND

Juices are a great way to get a variety of healing ingredients. This Thyroid Healing Juice from the book The Healing Medium: Healing the Thyroid Gland (which you can find on our website for pre-sale) is made entirely of ingredients that support the health of this important organ. The best part is that you can easily change the recipe according to your tastes. You can easily replace the stalked celery with cucumbers or the coriander with parsley. Either way, you'll get a big dose of powerful thyroid support!

Celery boosts hydrochloric acid in the gut and helps the liver produce bile to break down food. It also provides minerals that counteract the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and support the central nervous system with powerful electrolytes while stabilizing and supporting the adrenal glands. Celery stalks have the ability to cleanse the thyroid gland of EBV toxins and boost the production of the thyroid hormone T3.

Apples are anti-inflammatory to the thyroid gland as they suppress the hunger of EBV. When their pectin enters the digestive system, it releases phytochemicals that bind to EBV, enveloping the virus cells so they cannot feed and reproduce.

Ginger helps in the absorption of nutrients and relieves cramps. Loaded with its signature variety of bioavailable vitamin C, ginger is also a powerful antiviral. One of ginger's special qualities is its ability to bring the body out of a reactive state by calming the nerves and muscles. Ginger helps balance and homeostasis the thyroid gland by stimulating it if it is hypoactive and calming it if it is hyperactive.

Coriander works wonders in fighting EBV. It is crucial for binding the toxic heavy metals like mercury and lead that feed the virus. It also binds to EBV neurotoxins, which, when loose in the body, can cause numbness and stiffness, pain, inflammation, depression and anxiety.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of stalked celery;
  • 2 apples, sliced;
  • 1 bunch coriander;
  • 5 to 10 cm piece of fresh ginger.

Method of preparation:

Put all the ingredients through a juicer (for Anthony William's recommended juicers see: here ). For best results, drink the juice immediately on an empty stomach.

Alternative option: coarsely chop the stalked celery and apples. Add all ingredients to a blender . Blend the ingredients until a thick liquid is obtained, then strain it. Drink the resulting juice immediately.

Advices:

* As we said, this juice can be adapted to your taste preferences by replacing the bunch of celery stalks with 2 cucumbers or 1 bunch of parsley instead of cilantro.
