Description
Mung beans are a popular food in Asian cuisine. It is easily absorbed by the digestive system, which makes it a preferred choice. Unlike ordinary mung beans, peeled ones do not need pre-soaking.
Recommended use: No pre-soaking required. Boil for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat until the beans soften nicely.
