Description
Cinnamon cassia has a sharper and sweeter taste than Ceylon cinnamon. It has a strong antibacterial effect and a high content of coumarin, which makes it poisonous in larger doses.
RECOMMENDED USE
Suitable addition to cakes, desserts, mousses and Asian dishes.
STORAGE: In a dry, cool place at room temperature.
