Description
The hemp seed originated in Asia and was later introduced to Europe by way of the comfrey. It contains complete protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vegetable protein, high iron and magnesium content. All these elements also give it a broad-spectrum effect on our body - it increases energy in the body, supports the health of the nervous system, the health of bones and teeth, regulates the amounts of good cholesterol and brain functions. I use hemp seeds in many recipes because of their pleasant, light and nutty taste.
Method of use: 20 g daily. It can be consumed directly or added to salads, dishes, desserts and drinks.
