Description
Tulsi, also called "sacred basil" is an herb from Central and Northern India. According to Ayurvedic medicine, it has strong healing properties and has been used in Indian folk medicine for thousands of years because of its powerful adaptogenic behavior, which helps the body overcome stress. Tulsi reduces the effects of mental stress, emotional problems, illness, pollution and more. Tulsi tones the nervous system, sharpens memory, strengthens the stomach and balances blood sugar. And despite all its tonic benefits, tulsi does not contain any stimulants.
How to use: Add half a teaspoon of tulsi powder in warm water. Stir, allow the water to cool and drink. Take in the morning or evening, before or after meals.
