Agar-agar is a plant substitute for gelatin extracted from red and brown algae. It has no taste, color or smell and tightens stronger and faster than gelatin.
How to use: Add 1 tsp. agar-agar to 1 tsp. hot water and wait for it to dissolve. Bring the mixture to a boil, simmer for 2-5 minutes and mix with the remaining warmed ingredients. Allow to cool and gel. It does not need to be refrigerated.
STORAGE: In a dry and cool place - preferably in the refrigerator.
