Description
Nettle (Urtica Dioica) has been used for centuries in traditional Bulgarian medicine, cosmetics and cooking. It is covered with thin hairs that release hot juice when touched.
Nettle powder is a good source of protein and fiber of plant origin. Our nettle powder Dragon Superfoods is entirely organically grown in ecologically clean regions of Bulgaria.
Recommended use
You can add 15 g (2 tablespoons) of nettle powder to soups, sauces, smoothies and dressings.
