Why industrial edible oils are a problem food

Industrial edible oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil, corn oil, safflower oil, soybean oil)

These types of oils are extremely harmful during detoxification because not only are they a source of fats that thicken the blood, block toxins and poisons from leaving the body during cleansing, and strain the vascular system, but some of them are also acidic and irritate the lining of the the digestive tract. Additionally, industrial edible oils create inflammation because they have the potential to feed pathogens such as the many strains and mutations of streptococci , Escherichia coli, staphylococci and hundreds of other non-productive bacteria inside the small and large intestines, as well as viruses in the liver such as the many strains and Epstein-Barr mutations , herpes zoster , cytomegalovirus, human herpes virus type 6 (HHV-6), and herpes simplex 1 and 2 . As has already become clear, pathogenic activity causes inflammation. These oils also overtax the pancreas and liver, leading to poor digestion and insulin resistance, which prevents healing foods from cleansing and healing the body and stops critically needed carbohydrates from entering the cells of the entire body. Exclude these oils while cleansing.

Other oils (including healthier oils such as olive, walnut, sunflower, coconut, sesame, avocado, grape seed, almond, macadamia, peanut and flax)

Some types of vegetable oils and oils are beneficial for health and contain nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids and others, but they prevent the complete cleansing of the body. The blood is quickly saturated with the fats from these oils and fats, much faster than if we consume the products from which they are made. For example, the body processes avocados or walnuts quite differently compared to avocado or walnut oil.

When we consume avocado, it stays in the stomach, from there it passes into the duodenum, slowly being broken down by the bile upon entering the small intestine. Avocado fats are absorbed into the blood vessels of the intestinal mucosa and reach the liver via the hepatic portal vein for further processing. The liver stores some of the fat so that the entire amount is not flushed through the blood to the heart too quickly. Stored fat will be cleared by the liver at a heart- and brain-safe rate.

On the other hand, oil extracted from foods like avocados is no longer a whole food. It saturates the blood and bypasses the defense mechanisms of the organs. From the stomach, butter enters the duodenum and small intestine more quickly than if it were whole food. It bypasses the liver and it cannot do its job. Instead of making its way to it via the hepatic portal vein and being fed to the rest of the body gradually, the oil enters the blood vessels of the intestinal tract, which is not usually the case with fats from whole foods. This leads to a faster and dangerous rise in blood fat. The oil immediately stops the cleansing because it thickens the blood, reduces the oxygen levels in it, traps toxins and slows down the process of their release from the organs. Feeding too much fat too often puts stress on the heart, so the hypersensitive adrenal glands prepare to secrete adrenaline to thin the blood and protect the heart from fat bombardment. All of these hinder detoxification and ultimately hinder healing. Therefore, when you want to get rid of health problems, you should stop taking oils and fats.
