How to make aloe vera water:


Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh aloe leaf (only a 5 cm piece is used for one serving)
  • half a liter of water

Method of preparation:

Cut a 5 cm piece from the aloe leaf. Scrape out the gel and place it in a blender with half a liter of water. Blend on high for 10-20 seconds. Pour into a glass and drink immediately on an empty stomach for optimal effects.

Tip: wrap the remaining aloe leaf in a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator, it will stay good for up to 1-2 weeks.

Is this safe for pregnant women?

Can I mix aloe gel into a juice or smoothie or add lemon or honey to it?

Aloe has the most therapeutic benefits when consumed alone or in water, but you can certainly mix it into a juice or smoothie if you like, or add some lemon and honey.
