Ingredients:
- 2 MSM capsules ;
- 1 measuring spoon of Micro-C Immune Power ;
- 1 cup of water, preferably warm;
- Juice of 1 orange, freshly squeezed.
Method of preparation:
Mix the contents of 2 MSM capsules with 1 measuring spoon of Micro-C Immune Power powder . Add the juice of 1 orange and 1 cup of warm (not hot) water and mix well for 30 seconds, then drink.
The mixture can be consumed all at once or consumed slowly over several hours.
