Passersby in the supermarket usually overlook the humble papaya. They do not know that by avoiding this fruit they are missing out on part of their salvation. If you are struggling with any gastrointestinal upset, there is no better remedy than papaya. It can reverse conditions such as colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome , ulcers, diverticulitis, gastritis, stomach cramps, liver disease and pancreatitis. Papaya also destroys Helicobacter pylori, Clostridium difficile and Escherichia coli, as well as ridding the intestines of other unfavorable bacteria and parasites, including worms. Papaya is an ideal food if you have small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).
Papaya is the number one fruit for improving digestion. Each papaya contains more than 500 undiscovered powerful digestive enzymes that support the pancreas, digestion and strengthen the walls of the intestinal tract, reducing inflammation and preventing the formation of scar tissue. The combination of amino acids and enzymes in papaya create undiscovered phytochemicals that repel viruses. Papaya also contains powerful and as yet undiscovered coenzymes that increase alkalinity in the intestinal tract.
If you need help relieving constipation, papaya is for you. If you suffer from stomach pains or inflamed intestinal mucosa, papaya will be your ally in treating the irritated nerve endings that contribute to these ailments. Whenever someone has gone through a period of not eating, whether from starvation, anorexia or severe illness, mashed papaya is like magic to the nutrition process because it offers enough calories, optimal nutrients and digests so favorably.
Papaya is also a miracle remedy for the skin. A SPIRITUAL LESSON
The papaya tree is often thin and fragile, but each one produces a large crop of one of the heaviest fruits. This will and determination to overcome physics and balance no matter what is almost supernatural. It teaches us that we can overcome our apparent weaknesses when we work in the service of a noble cause. It doesn't matter what we look like on the outside; the true essence that is within each of us determines what we can truly achieve.
Healing truths are hidden in every papaya. As we eat it, our body immediately recognizes these elements and uses them, reshaping us physically so we can heal and become our strongest selves. Papaya trees and their fruit want to make us understand that there are no limits to healing, growth and development. Illnesses and physical challenges cannot stop us from transforming situations that at first glance seem impossible.
ADVICES
* For constipation, consume half a papaya daily.
* Look for the variety of papaya known as "Maradol" that grows in Mexico and Central America. The fruit is medium to large in size and is preferable to the Hawaiian varieties that are contaminated with GMOs. (It's another matter if you grow papayas on your own your garden in Hawaii. Just take care to avoid GMO influences.)
* If you like the spicy taste, eat a few papaya seeds along with the fruit. Eating a small portion of papaya seeds weekly kills the parasites. For maximum intestinal health recovery, drink papaya tonic, which is pureed papaya with celery juice.
