SHOT ON EXPOSURE TO PESTICIDES, HERBICIDES AND FUNGICIDES

This shot is an excellent tool when:

  • you have inhaled an unfamiliar or strange smell;
  • you have had contact with recently delivered packages;
  • a neighbor sprays or treats his lawn with insecticides or chemical fertilizers;
  • chemical treatments are applied around your residential building;
  • you are exposed to treatment by the municipality that takes place on the street;
  • you spot someone with a tank on their back and a hose in their hand spraying weeds;
  • you see a small to medium-sized truck with a large tank and company signs on the side that say "lawn care," "bug control," or something like that drive through your neighborhood (which means they've probably sprayed someone's lawn recently or house);
  • you drive behind a tanker truck leaking a mysterious liquid;
  • spend time in parks or on the golf course;
  • classrooms, from kindergartens to elementary schools and universities, as well as dormitory rooms, are sprayed with insecticides, especially often at the beginning of the school year;
  • you live within a radius of 30 km from an agricultural farm for the production of fruit or vegetables during their cultivation.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup compactly picked fresh parsley;
  • 1/2 cup compactly picked fresh cilantro;
  • 2 large leaves of kale;
  • 2 radishes;
  • 1/4 cup fresh or thawed blackberries;
  • 1 to 2 celery stalks;
  • 1/2 to 1 orange or 1 to 2 tangerines, peeled (optional);
  • 1/4 tsp. spirulina .

Method of preparation:
Put the parsley, cilantro, cabbage, radishes, blackberries, celery, orange or tangerines through a juicer in the order indicated. Add and stir the spirulina .
 Pour into a glass and serve.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots.
