Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 lime, peeled;
  • 1/4 cup compactly harvested spinach;
  • 1/4 cup compactly packed, coarsely chopped kale;
  • 1/4 cup compactly harvested, coarsely chopped lettuce;
  • 1/4 cup compactly picked fresh cilantro;
  • 1/4 cup compactly picked fresh parsley;
  • 2 pcs. raw asparagus stalks, medium (1/4 cup chopped);
  • 1/2 stalk celery.

Method of preparation:

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Pour into a glass and serve.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots
