TROPICAL PUNCH

Freshly squeezed orange juice, naturally sparkling water and fruit sorbet made from fruits such as pineapple, raspberries and mango combine to create a tropical punch. Naturally sparkling water replaces soda to create a fizzy sensation combined with sweet tropical flavors, resulting in a glass full of bubbly delight. Using sorbet instead of ice cream makes this drink incredibly tasty even without fat and dairy. This tropical orange juice punch is sure to be a standout and favorite holiday drink for a long time.

Tropical punch

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups orange juice (about 10 large oranges, squeezed)
  • 2 cups naturally sparkling water

Mango Sorbet:

  • 4 cups frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice

Pineapple Sorbet:

  • 4 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice

Raspberry Sorbet:

  • 4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 3 tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 3-4 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method of preparation:

Make each of the sorbets one at a time by combining all the ingredients in the new Omega MM1500 juicer and blending them until smooth using the sorbet attachment. Place in an airtight container and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight until set.

Combine the freshly squeezed orange juice and sparkling water in a medium punch bowl. Add 1 or 2 scoops of each of the sorbets and serve immediately.

Portion for 4 people
