PATHOGEN EXPOSURE SHOT

(Viruses, bacteria and viral/bacterial waste products)

This brain shot can be administered before exposure, during exposure, soon after exposure, or even days, weeks, or months after exposure to environmental factors.

A pathogen exposure shot may be helpful if:

  • you suspect that you have been around other people who may have been contagious due to Covid, flu or mononucleosis;
  • you worry that you have shared bodily fluids with another person through shared cups, bottles, food, utensils or plates;
  • you are worried that you have shared bodily fluids through public toilets or sexual activity;
  • you think you may have been exposed to foodborne pathogens and are worried about getting food poisoning.

Also consider trying this shot before attending an event where there will be a crowd of people and/or before eating in public restaurants.

Ingredients:

  • 6 sprigs of fresh thyme;
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary;
  • 1 small clove of garlic (optional);
  • 2 raw medium asparagus (1/4 cup chopped);
  • 2 pcs. raw Brussels sprouts;  
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery.

Method of preparation:

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Pour into a glass and serve.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots

ADVICES:

  • If the stems of the fresh thyme and rosemary are tough, you can use just the leaves. If the stems are soft, you can also make juice from them.
