SHOT FOR FEAR OF CERTAIN FOODS

The fear of a certain food can take many forms. Take this shot regularly if you suffer from an eating disorder. The shot for fear of a certain food is also a useful tool when:

  • someone is pressuring you not to eat healthy;
  • you are upset about what you ate recently;
  • you feel closed in about food in general, you are afraid to eat because it is difficult for you to know which foods you can eat safely without symptoms such as digestive discomfort;
  • you have other symptoms or conditions and are afraid to change your diet to heal;
  • someone wants you to eat healthy, but you are afraid of fruits, herbs, leafy greens, forest foods and vegetables.
  • you have an unexplained dislike or fear of certain healthy foods;
  • you have a fear of food, which is due to wrong information about this food;
  • you have a hard time giving up a food that you love but is also bad for you.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup compactly harvested fresh dill;
  • 1/2 cup compactly harvested spinach;
  • 3/4 cup fresh or thawed mango;
  • 1/4 stalk celery.

Method of preparation:

Put each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed.
Pour into a glass and serve.

Amount for 1 to 2 shots
