This two-ingredient tonic helps remove ammonia gases that reach the brain from broken down proteins and fats stuck to the intestinal lining, and other foods that ferment in the intestinal tract. 15 minutes after taking the main part of the recipe, drinking pure coconut water plays an important role because it flushes toxins out of the body.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp (500 ml) coconut water ;
- 1 tsp spirulina ;
- 1 tsp barley grass juice powder ;
- 2 tbsp pure blueberry juice or 2 tbsp blueberry powder ;
- 1 dropperful of organic lemon balm ;
- 1 cup (250 ml) coconut water , for later use.
Method of preparation:
Mix all ingredients, except for the additional ½ tsp coconut water for later use.
Fifteen minutes after drinking the brain detox tonic, drink an additional glass (250 ml) of pure coconut water .
Tips:
Avoid coconut water that is pink or red, which means it is spoiled and rancid. Also avoid coconut water with added flavors.
