Ingredients:

2 medium-sized cucumbers;
6 celery stalks;
2 medium-sized apples;
1 whole head of fennel.

Method of preparation:

Run all ingredients through a juicer of your choice. Serve immediately.

Tip:

When juicing fennel, you can use just the head or the head plus the lower part of the stems.
