Apricot Smoothie

Смути с кайсии

When you use well-ripened fruits, this sweet and refreshing smoothie with a slightly sour note becomes a true little pleasure. Apricots are the main highlight, and dates add extra sweetness.

The recipe allows for different variations – you can add more apricots or include mango and/or banana for a creamier texture. Orange juice provides a fresh acidity, while coconut water creates a softer and delicately sweet taste. Your favorite variation might change depending on your mood.

Apricots are a warming food and a natural energy stabilizer. They support the formation of red blood cells, strengthen the heart, and nourish the brain. When you feel exhausted and depleted, apricots are an excellent choice for restoring your strength.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pitted apricots;
  • 1 cup chopped frozen mango, banana, or extra apricots;
  • 1-2 pitted Medjool dates (optional);
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice or coconut water.

Method of preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Serves 2 people.
