This recipe is incredibly delicious and filling, with no milk, cream, eggs, or refined sugar, making it a great choice for anyone suffering from health symptoms or conditions.

Cashews are high in protein and a rich source of B-complex vitamins and essential minerals like iron, selenium, and zinc . They are also full of anti-cancer compounds called proanthocyanidins, which have the ability to starve tumors and stop cancer cells from dividing.
