ICE CREAM LICKS WITH COCONUT WATER AND BARLEY GRASS POWDER JUICE

Making these delicious popsicles couldn't be easier. Simply mix the ingredients, pour into ice cream molds and freeze. They are cute and extremely helpful. Thanks to coconut water , raw honey and raspberries, they are full of glucose, which our body and brain need, and a large amount of the minerals we need are contained in the juice of barley grass powder and in the juice of lemon or lime.

Coconut water supplies the blood with vital glucose and important mineral salts, including potassium and sodium. It is an essential component of the chemical production of our neurotransmitters. Coconut water also increases the power of anything it touches. She has incredible range. When combined with any healing food, the coconut comes into contact with these benefits and energizes them.

This recipe uses barley grass juice powder (not just barley grass powder) as a main ingredient along with coconut water. Barley grass juice powder is rich in iron, calcium, selenium, vitamins C and E, essential amino acids and many other important nutrients. Anthony William uses and recommends Vimergy® barley grass juice powder , a nutritional supplement company he endorses.

Ingredients:

2 cups of coconut water ;
1 tsp barley grass juice powder ;
2-3 tbsp. raw honey
1-2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice;
1/3 cup raspberries.

Method of preparation:

In a medium jug, combine the coconut water , barley grass juice powder , lemon or lime juice, and raw honey and stir until smooth.

Divide the raspberries into ice cream molds, then pour the mixture from the bowl over the top. Cover with a lid and/or insert a lollipop stick into each mold. Freeze popsicles until hard.

Portion for 6-8 people.
