NORI ROLLS WITH LEAFY VEGETABLES

These nori rolls are a fun and easy way to consume a large amount of leafy greens without having to fork over a big bowl of salad. Nori rolls with green leafy vegetables
- 4 sheets of nori
- 6 cups loosely packed leafy greens (romaine lettuce, lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)

Method of preparation:
Place a sheet of nori, shiny side down, on a cutting board with the long end close to you. Arrange the green leaves, prepared vegetables, sprouts and dulce (if using) on one end of the sheet. Brush the other end of the leaf with orange or lemon juice and roll it tightly.
