Thyme tea shock therapy

Thyme tea shock therapy

Thyme contains a phytochemical compound that is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-yeast, and anti-fungal that remains in the bloodstream long after nutrients from other foods have been used, dissipated, or eliminated by the body. Thyme lingers, creating a time-releasing protective barrier against pathogens. Thyme's phytochemical compounds enter every organ of the body, unlike other herbs that only enter certain organs.

Healer Medium Thyme Tea Shock Therapy Directions.

  • Make a special thyme tea infusion with 12 sprigs of fresh thyme for every cup of hot water. (If you only have access to dried thyme, use 2 tbsp of dried herb for every cup of hot water.) Let steep for at least 15 minutes. Remove the thyme sprigs or strain the tea, especially if using dried thyme.
  • Drink 1 cup of this strong thyme tea every 3 hours while awake.
  • You can do this for 3 to 5 days and then switch to the dosage on the individual nutritional supplement list.
  • After 1 or more weeks of thyme tea shock therapy, you can try another cycle of it.
  • If you are sensitive, you can make the thyme tea with less thyme.
  • You can sweeten the thyme tea with the juice of half a lemon and/or 1 tsp. raw honey per cup of tea.
  • You can make more than one serving of thyme tea at a time by multiplying the ingredients accordingly and then setting aside the extra servings to drink throughout the day. It is not necessary to drink the tea hot. It is good to drink the tea cool or warm.

For children, prepare the same thyme tea as above and then give your child these child-friendly amounts for this therapy:

  • 1-2 years: 30 ml of cool or warm (not hot) tea every 3 hours while the child is awake;
  • 3-4 years: 60 ml of cool or warm (not hot) tea every 3 hours while the child is awake;
  • 5-8 years: 90 ml of cool or warm (not hot) tea every 3 hours while the child is awake;
  • 9-12 years: 120 ml of cool or warm (not hot) tea every 3 hours while the child is awake;
  • Over 12 years: 180 ml of cool or warm (not hot) tea every 3 hours while the child is awake.
