HERPES VIRUSES

HERPES VIRUSES

You've probably heard of the herpes virus, but did you know that the herpes family includes many viruses, all of which have multiple undiscovered strains? Although medical research and science have identified several of the varieties, such as herpes simplex 1 and 2, there are hundreds of other strains of the virus that are either completely unknown or misunderstood. This is the case with herpes zoster and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) , and new viruses and strains continue to evolve. In this article, we will not only discuss the symptoms caused by herpes viruses, but also delve into the facts related to the discovered and undiscovered viruses of this family. We'll guide you through the steps to take to fight these intruders.

Symptoms of herpes viruses

There are hundreds of symptoms associated with different representatives of herpes viruses. In this part of the article, we will look at some of the most common of them.

Fatigue is often a symptom associated with a herpes virus. In some cases, the fatigue may stem specifically from adrenal fatigue, but in most cases, people experience both neurological and adrenal fatigue related to the herpes virus.

Having the herpes virus as well as toxic heavy metals in your body can lead to migraines, depression, anxiety, brain fog and/or trouble concentrating. Thyroid nodules and cysts, glaucoma, exophthalmos (bulging of the eyeballs), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), unpleasant perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause symptoms, breast cancer, mysterious infertility, high cholesterol and/or or hepatitis C if you have been exposed to the Epstein-Barr herpes virus . Anthony William describes this topic in more detail in his book Thyroid Healing .

Some eye problems, such as blurred vision, are caused by herpes viruses. If you have a torn retina, then the cloudy eyes may not be a viral problem, but it is important to note that some herpes viruses tend to weaken the retina over a period of time. Eye problems such as hordeolum (barley) can also be caused by streptococci, which is a cofactor of herpes viruses.

The herpes zoster virus, which belongs to this family, has numerous strains that wreak havoc on the body. Bell's palsy is just one of many conditions that can result from a strain of herpes zoster. If you suffer from edema or swelling in certain parts of your body, including your hands and feet, you may have a herpes virus in your liver. You do not need to have a rash to have shingles, as there are many undiscovered strains of this virus that do not cause a rash. Anthony William has described all of them in detail in his book "The Healing Medium" .

Modern medicine and scientific studies have not yet discovered that other symptoms of herpes viruses can include chest tightness, restless legs syndrome, pain in various parts of the body, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint pain, headache, restlessness, muscle weakness, tremors, cramps, tingling, numbness, palpitations, goiter (enlarged thyroid gland), thyroiditis, vertigo, tinnitus, body temperature problems, Raynaud's syndrome, multiple sclerosis (MS) , and sarcoidosis.

Many undiscovered herpes viruses

All viruses of the herpes group come in different shapes and sizes. Some viruses appear to have spiky ends, while others have a more wavy shape. They may look like ovals or have foot-like protrusions. Although many of these viruses look completely different, each of them confirms its belonging to the family of herpes viruses. In this section you will learn more about some of the many varieties.

Herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2 (HSV-1 and HSV-2)

These two widely popular herpes viruses usually attract people's attention because of their external manifestations on the mouth and private parts. The detection of these viruses is largely due to the visible symptoms that accompany the virus. When these viruses come out of a latent state and become active, numbness, stiffness, and pain in the infected areas may occur, as well as moderate fatigue.

Modern medicine is still unaware that there are currently close to 10 varieties of HSV-1 and about 15 varieties of HSV-2. Fortunately, HSV-1 and HSV-2 cause only mild damage compared to the pain and aggravation caused by other herpes viruses.

Varieties affecting the oral cavity

There are about 40 different varieties of herpes simplex that affect the mouth, other than HSV-1 and HSV-2. Canker sores are not related to HSV-1 or HSV-2, but are created by completely separate varieties of herpes viruses. Canker sores can appear in the mouth, but they can also appear on the tongue or gums. Redness, which is a type of canker sore, can also appear around the mouth. Unfortunately, modern science has not yet revealed the varieties of herpes viruses that cause canker sores, and these strains remain unidentified.

Cytomegalovirus

Although according to modern medicine cytomegalovirus is only one type, it actually has 20 strains that cause different health problems. This nasty virus can cause mild to moderate fatigue and organ problems. Although it does not cause symptoms such as chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia that are associated with the Epstein-Barr virus , it is capable of releasing neurotoxins that can cause kidney, heart and liver problems.

Epstein-Barr virus

This virus, which causes numerous symptoms, including many of the above, was a miraculous accidental discovery made in 1964. Anthony William revealed the existence of over 60 strains that wreak havoc on human health. While some varieties do not cause major problems, others can be severe with extreme complications. Even children are beginning to suffer the effects of some of the more potent strains. Because of the importance of understanding this virus and exactly how it works, Anthony William devotes an entire chapter to it in his first book, The Healing Medium, and goes into it even more in depth in another of his books , Thyroid Healing . The Healer Medium's books are leading reading that will enable you to better understand today's mysterious and chronic illnesses.

One surprising condition that can arise from some strains of the Epstein-Barr virus is breast cancer. Currently, women are screened for a mutation in the BRAC1 or BRAC2 genes as an indicator of whether they will develop breast cancer. This is not a useful or accurate indicator because breast cancer is not a genetic problem. In fact, in over 50% of breast cancer cases, a person does not have the BRAC1 or BRAC2 gene. In most cases, as described in Anthony William's book Thyroid Healing , it is caused by EBV.

It is tragic that modern medicine has not yet discovered these facts about the Epstein-Barr virus , considering that this knowledge could change the lives of sufferers.

Human Herpes Virus 6 (HHV-6)

Human Herpes Virus 6 (HHV-6), discovered in 1986, can be an incredibly daunting virus to deal with. The medical community is still unfamiliar with all the symptoms and conditions associated with HHV-6, and is ignorant of the fact that this virus now has over 20 strains and continues to grow.

HHV-6 tends to go after organs relentlessly. It can cause serious injury and in certain cases lead to death. If you or a loved one suffers from mysterious heart problems or mysterious kidney disease, HHV-6 is the likely culprit. Yes, heart-related problems can occur if poor dietary choices lead to clogged arteries, but there are other problems, such as heart disease, that can occur if HHV-6 moves to that organ . If your doctor finds chronic inflammation in the chambers or valves of your heart, this may be a sign that HHV-6 is present in your body.

If you are on dialysis because of kidney failure, you may have been incorrectly told that you have an autoimmune disease and that your body is attacking itself. This is wrong. Your body never attacks itself! HHV-6 is more likely to attack your kidneys and cause kidney failure.

Human Herpes Virus 7 (HHV-7)

Human herpes virus 7 (HHV-7) started out as a strain of HHV-6, but over time it morphed into a completely separate virus. Although this virus is not currently causing too many problems, it is likely to cause many illnesses and symptoms in the next twenty or thirty years. The reason HHV-7 hasn't started causing problems yet is that it's currently in an adaptation period.

Adaptation process

Every virus that causes serious problems now had a time in its past when it adapted to its new environment. This adaptation period can last approximately 10-15 years. During this initial phase, the virus does not know where it is or what is happening. Over time, the virus will become stronger and more contagious, provoked by poor food choices, medication use, and other behaviors that irritate it. Eventually, the virus will break out into an epidemic and start wreaking havoc on the unsuspecting masses.

Every virus and its different strains have gone through this process of adaptation. The Epstein-Barr virus , which now causes serious health problems for so many people unknown to modern medicine, began to adapt in the late 19th century. It will be several more decades before HHV-7 becomes active and breaks out, but when it does, it will cause far more problems than Epstein-Barr virus .

Fortunately, if you start implementing healing practices into your life today, you don't have to worry about the effects that HHV-7 may have in the future. Stock your body with the right nutritional supplements and healing foods, work to eradicate harmful foods and toxins from your life, and know that if you do encounter HHV-7, you will be fully prepared for battle.

Human herpesvirus 8 (HHV-8) and the link to cancer

This virus, also known as Kaposi's Sarcoma, creates a sarcoma but causes no other noticeable problems. The reason HHV-8 may surprise you is that it points to the fact that some cancers are related to the herpes virus family. If certain herpes viruses begin to feed on heavy metals, chemical residues, harmful foods and/or pharmaceutical drugs, cancers can develop.

Human Herpes Virus 9 (HHV-9)

Like HHV-7, HHV-9 also begins an adaptation process. HSV-9 is a peculiar virus, but it most likely won't be too troublesome. Multiple strains will emerge from this virus. We can expect to see more signs of the virus in about 30-40 years.

Human Herpes Virus 10 (HHV-10)

People are walking around with HHV-10 in their bodies, but so far it's not causing too many problems. Because this virus nests in the liver, it can produce a minimal amount of spirochete byproduct. You may have been convinced that spirochetes are bacteria, but that is wrong. The misunderstanding of these viral envelopes only once again highlights how far behind medical research and science is when it comes to chronic and mysterious diseases.

Human Herpes Virus 11 (HHV-11)

At one point in its development, the undiscovered HHV-11 was a strain of the Epstein-Barr virus , but it eventually split off and became its own virus. It is currently not adapting and is generally inactive. HHV-11 may draw attention to itself in the distant future, but for now it is not one of the viruses we need to worry about.

Human Herpes Virus 12 (HHV-12)

This branch of shingles is starting to cause moderate problems on its own and will likely become a more significant problem in two decades. It already causes rashes in some people and over time will continue to cause more rash symptoms in a larger part of the population as a new herpes virus.

Herpes zoster

The herpes zoster virus, which belongs to the herpes family, contains over thirty varieties, many of which are described in detail by Anthony William in the book The Healing Medium . Varieties of herpes zoster fall into two categories - viruses that cause a rash and viruses that do not cause a rash. Strains in these categories cause a variety of symptoms and conditions, including Bell's palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ), burning mouth syndrome, tongue burning, vaginal burning, bursitis, blurred vision, neck pain, frozen shoulder syndrome shoulder and neuropathy. You will find more detailed information about herpes zoster in our special article "Herpes zoster - the real cause of a number of diseases" .

Lyme disease

Many people diagnosed with Lyme disease have 3, 4, 5 or more herpes viruses. These viruses can give misleading results on certain laboratory tests and mislead people with incorrect, inaccurate data and wrong answers. The truth is that Lyme disease is never actually bacterial or parasitic, it is always a viral disease. These viruses create the neurotoxins that cause the neurological problems associated with Lyme disease. If this information is troubling or new to you, take a look at the Lyme Disease chapter in The Healing Medium and try to remain open-minded so that you have all the possibilities for healing.

Medicinal herbs and nutritional supplements

You might be wondering how to arm yourself against all those herpes viruses. An easy way to start is by incorporating zinc into your daily health regimen. Worldwide zinc deficiency is one of the reasons why the herpes virus family has grown so much and become the problem it is today. Zinc acts as a powerful weapon against herpes viruses, so replenishing zinc stores with a high-quality zinc sulfate supplement can be an incredible protective measure. Blood tests do not account for the possibility of zinc deficiency in places such as the ganglia, nervous system, and liver, so do not rely on a blood test to determine whether you have sufficient zinc stores. Include zinc in your daily diet and consult a specialist to determine the right dose for you. In certain situations, you may apply the best technique for dealing with zinc deficiency, recommended by Anthony William, namely "Zinc Shock Therapy" .

L Lysine is another weapon that can help fight the herpes family. When it comes to fighting herpes viruses, taking just 500 milligrams of lysine daily may not be enough. If you are struggling with Epstein-Barr or another of the serious herpes viruses, you may need to take quite a lot of lysine. In such a case, it is important to discuss with a specialist the exact dosage you plan to take so that you can best support your specific health needs. If you do not suffer from the herpes virus, but want to protect yourself from contracting one of the hundreds of possible strains, taking a smaller dose of lysine can be a good protective step.

Other herbs and supplements you can include are B-12 with methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin , 5-MTHF , lemon balm , and selenium. Licorice root can act as an adhesive to prevent herpes viruses, such as Epstein-Barr, from feeding, multiplying, or migrating .

Euphrasia and Echinacea can be great herbs to fight herpes viruses. Periodic use of hydrastis can be another great measure to implement. Regularly making thyme tea can be a good preventive therapy, and taking oregano oil daily or seasoning food with fresh oregano herb can also lead to healing benefits.

Medicinal foods

Introducing antiviral foods into your diet is an important part of healing from any herpes virus. All fruits and vegetables are antiviral. For this reason, try to saturate your diet with as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible! Many herbs and spices can also provide antiviral support. As long as you enjoy these foods, you can rest assured that none of the herpes viruses are being fed or strengthened by these life-giving foods. Try including ginger , turmeric , spirulina , garlic and onion in your meals. These foods can be incredibly supportive when included regularly in your diet. More in-depth information about the best healing foods for herpes viruses can be found in the book "The most useful foods" .

Eliminating the foods that feed and strengthen herpes viruses is also of such essential importance. Eliminate eggs, dairy, canola oil, and corn products from your diet to aid healing.

When eating out, stick to eating healthfully prepared foods that are served fresh and hot! In restaurants that serve animal products, cross-contamination can often occur between raw animal products and other raw ingredients, such as salads or fresh fruits and vegetables. If you want to avoid contracting a new virus, it's best to stick to clean, carefully prepared dishes when dining out.

Applying just a few of these ideas can help jump-start the healing process in your body. If you feel overwhelmed by all the suggestions, just start by including a few that appeal to you the most.

A story about fighting fatigue

“When I was younger, I worked as a club carrier on a golf course. One day I was helping a husband and wife when suddenly the Spirit told me that the wife was suffering from fatigue. I asked the wife about it and she was shocked! She was surprised that a 12-year-old boy could know such a thing, and admitted that she had been suffering from a mysterious fatigue for a decade. She had seen numerous doctors but never received any answers to help her heal. She was even told she was crazy and sent to a psychiatrist.

I revealed to her that her fatigue was due to Epstein-Barr, a virus of the herpes group. In response, she shared that she had mononucleosis for a period of time as a child. We discussed the necessary steps she needed to take to heal and she began to implement them. Within a year, the woman recovered from the virus and was able to move on with her life.”

Do you or a loved one suffer from EBV-related fatigue? We hope this story will inspire you as you embark on your own journey of healing.

How to move forward

If you suffer from Epstein-Barr virus and HSV-1 or have two different varieties of herpes virus like cytomegalovirus, know that you are not alone! Many people struggle with multiple herpes viruses and experience multiple serious symptoms. Instead of feeling hopeless or afraid, try to take simple steps toward healing by introducing certain foods and nutritional supplements that help your particular situation.

When someone is confused about their symptoms and condition and is panicked and scared about what to do, herpes viruses tend to thrive. These viruses feed on fear, confusion and chaos. Now that you have accurate information and treatment ideas to choose from, you can face these pesky viruses from the position of master and watch as they begin to weaken and lose control. As in the fight against any disease, including herpes viruses, the right knowledge is power!
