At the same time, the skin of radishes repels almost all types of cancer, making these small root vegetables a suitable food to prevent the disease.

Fennel is a wonderful antioxidant and chemoprotective plant that is extremely useful for viral, bacterial and fungal infections, parasites, pain relief, sleep disorders, cancer prevention and respiratory disorders. Fennel is also regularly used as a digestive aid and can help reduce bad breath, acid reflux, flatulence, indigestion and diarrhea.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 kg small (fresh) potatoes;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 8 radishes, very thinly sliced;
  • 1 tsp green peas;
  • 1/4 tsp. fennel, finely chopped.

DRESSING:

  • 1/4 tsp. sesame tahini ;
  • 2 tbsp. water;
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice;
  • 2 tbsp. fennel;
  • 2 tbsp. onion;
  • Salt and pepper .

Method of preparation:

Place a medium-sized saucepan on the stove with a steamer basket and add two inches of water.

Place the potatoes in the pot, cover and cook until tender, about 30-40 minutes. Drain and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, radishes, peas and dill.

Make the dressing by mixing tahini , water, lemon juice, dill, onion, salt and black pepper . Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.

Portion for 4 people.
