Potatoes are wrongly blamed for contributing to obesity, diabetes, cancer, candida overgrowth, and many other diseases, while in reality these miraculous tubers can help fight these ailments. That's right! Potatoes are actually beneficial for people with diabetes because they help stabilize blood sugar. Every part of the potato is valuable and beneficial for your health: potato plants extract some of the highest concentrations of macro and microelements from the earth. Potatoes are also high in potassium and rich in vitamin B6, as well as a fantastic source of amino acids, especially lysine in its bioavailable form. Lysine is a powerful weapon against cancers, liver diseases, inflammation, and viruses like Epstein-Barr and herpes zoster, which are at the root of rheumatoid arthritis, joint pain, autoimmune diseases, and more.

Radishes are a remedy for restoring the immune system. When consumed, the sulfur in radishes repels all kinds of pathogens and acts as a vermicide to kill intestinal parasites. The organosulfides in radishes also keep arteries and veins clean by creating a protective barrier in blood vessels so plaque doesn't adhere to their lining. Radishes are an amazing heart food, excellent for preventing heart disease and other cardiovascular problems, partly by increasing good cholesterol and lowering bad cholesterol. At the same time, the skin of radishes repels almost all types of cancer, making these small root vegetables a suitable food for disease prevention.

Dill is a wonderful antioxidant and chemoprotective herb that is extremely beneficial for viral, bacterial, and fungal infections, parasites, pain relief, sleep disorders, cancer prevention, and respiratory issues.
